Unfortunately for me, I've had to use the services of Jen and her team at Quattro Auto Body in Silver Spring a number of times recently. However, each time in for repairs, they have quoted a very reasonable price for the repair, communicated with me throughout the process, and have done excellent work on the repairs that they completed. They are friendly and professional to deal with, and complete the work in the timeframe that they promise. I honestly hope that I never have to see them again... but if my recent poor driving track record continues, I will definitely continue to have them repair my vehicles.

This place is an absolute scam, they charge my insurance almost 8000$ to repair two doors! They keep lying and lying about the date the car was supposed to be finished, they lied abt extra two days on my rental. They said we talked to rental company and your insurance will pay for the extra days. At the end I was charged for that. They completely messed up my interior, needs a full detailing, another 250 that I should pay. The pictures themselves speak:

The Quattro team did an excellent job with a recent accident repair that included a difficult claim and payment process from the party responsible. I really appreciated their dedication to the job, making sure the process was completed successfully. They are my go to body shop.

I have had car body there since the mid 1990s. they always do a GREAT job. I have never had to bring back my car to Carl or Darlene.Several times I brought my car up there lately to get a scrath buffed out, It was great there was no charge.thank youService: Body & Trim

Great paint and dent work, team was honest about what needed to be fixed and what didn t, honest about insurance coverage, completed earlier than expected, pricing was most competitive around.

Recently Quattro repaired my Mercedes. The front office and employees are both highly professional and knowledgeable. They communicate well, so the customer is at ease in all matters. This breeds confidence in their ability to fulfill your repair. They surpassed my former dealings on such repairs.

Highly recommend! My car was sideswiped in dc and making a funny noise; I called Quattro and Jen (the manager) was able to get me in very quickly. They found the root of the noise and fixed it easily and didn t even ask for any money. I was worried I d get scammed but I m coming away feeling super thankful for them!

The service I received with these guys was just exceptional. First of all, I liked that you could use their online scheduler to contact them about setting an appointment. They called me back later that same day and I was able to drop off my vehicle the following morning. In addition to their prompt service, they also called me after I had dropped off my car to let me know that there was another damaged area (from a previous accident that I hadn't had fixed yet) that could be fixed at the same time for cheap since they were already going to be repainting that area anyway. An auto repair place offering to save you some money? That is pretty unheard of in my experience. They completed the work quickly and my car looked beautiful when I picked it up. Couldn't be more satisfied!I'd be remiss if I didn't mention that this shop has an Enterprise Rent-a-Car that is attached and the guy there was also fantastic. Very accomodating and nice and for basically running a one-man-show, does a great job.

Amazing work and communication. Very happy with the job they did. Even though it was an insurance job, I had some questions for the man appraising the damage regarding further work. He was straight forward and honest, basically telling me what was worth doing and what wasn't. That kind of honesty is rare in the car repair industry and it was highly appreciated. It guaranteed that if I had body work to do that I'd be paying out of pocket for, I'd go to them

The customer service at this shop is beyond extraordinary. Even after the car was deemed a total loss after a tree fell on it, the employees were helpful and generous. They covered both broken windshields sufficiently after the car was towed there despite not being asked to and provided parking for my car even after they knew they were not going to get any payment for the car because it was totaled. I have never been so impressed by the customer service side of a mechanics shop. Thank you so much!

I have just picked up my car from Quatro in Silver Spring. I am 100% happy with my experience. I honestly can't tell where the new paint begins and ends. The car looks perfect. I was so happy with the work that I decided to have all the other little dings removed as well so that my car would look perfect all over. I will recommend this company to everyone.

Both my cars suffered the same fate at Quattro Auto Body. The confused inept estimator did not - for either car - convey to the technicians the various scratches to be removed. Inaccurate communication from the front of the office to the repair shop resulted in a frustrating experience.Service: PaintingService: Painting

The worst customer service I have ever experienced Tylor the adjustor all he worried about collecting money from the customers. No clear explanation, always in rush to answer the question... all his answer is coming from like can you stop asking kind of face and he doesn t even make sure the customer is understanding the payments and the work it needs be done. If he told me I am supposed to pay out of my pocket I would go somewhere else cheaper why would I spend $500 for 1 window glass so Rediclous even MAKE SURE GIVE Estimated PAPER IN CUSTOMER HAND BEFORE THE JOB IS DONE THIS COMPANY STEALS MONEY EVEN IF THE INSURANCE COVER IT GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THE ALTITUDE ISN T EVEN WORTH THE TIME AND THE MONEYService: Body & Trim

Had a terrible experience here. The management is clueless. They didn't perform the services they promised and management was knowingly unapologetic about trying to fix the issues. This place used to be good- watch out !!!!
