I had an incident with my vehicle, and I chose New Again Auto Repair as the shop to fix my vehicle. Within the 24 hours I got in contact with them they picked my vehicle up from my home and took it to the shop to start work on it. Communication was great, I was being informed every step of the way, when parts were being ordered and installed, when work was being done etc. I got images of my vehicle and the progress. The staff are exceptional people very friendly. I am very satisfied with the outcome of my vehicle and the service they provided me with, I couldn't have chosen a better place to have my repairs done.

Excellent body work and excellent service. I came here because they worked with the insurance company paying for my repair and have a good relationship with the nearby Enterprise car rental. Julio was responsive, friendly, and easy to work with.

Words can t even begin to describe the amazing work Mr.Hector and his team at New Again did in my car. I was in an accident in which I rear ended, after taking it to a body shop in which they told me they wouldn t work on my car because of the extent of the damages I took it to New Again and Mr.Hector helped me from the start. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable, kept me updated every step of the way and made sure my car was back looking like new! My car had been hit on the front end on the way to work and I took it to New Again Auto Repair. They have worked on my brothers car and I have always noticed their attention to detail and how much they go the extra mile. The damages were pretty minor (a dent and a couple scratches on the bumper) so it didn't take too long but Hector had left everything looking brand new and even provided a great detail cleaning to my interior and exterior! Every person I had interacted with here was very helpful and friendly, also their work shows for itself. I can't express how much I appreciate their professionalism and sincerity. It is really hard to find these characters nowadays in any fields. -------High Integrity Company!High Quality Services!Thoughtful Customer Communications!Empathetic and Competitive Expenses!------I have known and done business with the Owners/Leaders of New Again Auto Repair for close to 20 years, at a previous location and at the current facility, 9200 Talbot Ave., Silver Spring, MD.They have performed a number of (insured and uninsured) auto-body repairs for me on multiple family vehicles (e.g., vehicular accidents, teenager or caregiver dings and dents, etc.) on multiple family vehicles (e.g., SUV, MiniVan and sedans).In every engagement I've had with New Again, I've appreciated their candid assessments of what the damages are; what expenses are probable; and how the expenses can be mitigated dependent upon the types of parts available (new, refurbished, used).As a long term customer, I've also been able to seek and receive honorable discounts when the vehicle damages (created by kids, caregivers, etc.) were uninsured.Notably, in every engagement I've had with New Again, I have NEVER been disappointed. Whether the work involved extensive or light repairs to my vehicles, they have performed those repairs with very high quality. They've kept me or my related family member abreast of savings or additional expense hurdles as the work progressed. And, as earlier noted, they've worked either me or my auto-insurer (GEICO for +/- 15-Years) to ensure the highest integrity work be performed at the most thoughtful cost.So, I unequivocally recommend New Again as a destination resource for anyone seeking Auto-Body repairs in the area.NOTE also that New Again performs mechanical and structural repairs also but.... they have always demonstrated enough impartiality to decline work that is OUTSIDE of their expertise AND recommend specialized labor if they are not able to address the matter (e.g., mechanical repairs of a Lamborghini). New Again Auto Repair is really the best shop in the area. I ve tried a lot of places and they are the friendliest and the fastest. After being side swiped, I stopped by to get a mirror replacement. Hector was able to get me in and out in no time! I ll definitely be back if anything else comes up. Highly recommend coming here. Hector was great! I needed GEICO to give an estimate and he arranged that to happen. They covered the repair after I paid the deductible and Hector arranged for Enterprise to come there with my loaner. The work was impeccable and every person working there is highly trained in mechanics doing body work and most important to me: customer service!

Got a flat tire that needed replacing. Called for an appointment and was able to drop off my vehicle the next day. Fast, reliable, and most importantly trustworthy. Was also able to schedule maintenance such as tuneup, oil change, cabin air filter replacement, engine air filter replacement the same day. Excellent and honest customer service provided by Julio Arias. The New Again team is friendly, honest and skilled. I arrived at the shop with a battered front fender barely hanging onto my Toyota Camry. In less than a week, I was back at the wheel in a car for a fair price that that was lower than initially expected. Hector Magana was straightforward about the time, work and complexities involved. His team's five days of work transformed my car from an embarrassing eyesore to a gleaming, "like new" vehicle I'm proud to drive again! I recently had the pleasure of visiting New Again Auto Repair in Silver Spring, MD and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience there. The owners, Hector and Julio, are not only extremely knowledgeable about cars, but they are also incredibly friendly and welcoming.From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in good hands. They took the time to listen to my concerns about my car and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. Their level of professionalism was top-notch and they clearly knew what they were doing.But what really impressed me was that they went above and beyond just servicing my car. Since I am also looking to trade it in, they gave me a ton of information about where to do that, what the value of my car was, and even what types of cars hold their value the best. I truly appreciated their honest and helpful advice.Moving to a new area can be tough, especially when it comes to finding a trustworthy mechanic shop. Julio and his team do a amazing job Everytime I bring my Jeep they can tell I care about my vehicle and are honest and trustworthy I don't take my jeep anywhere else for work cause I don't trust easily but they have definitely earned it! DROVE 50 MINUTES EACH WAY TO USE THIS COMPANY AND WOULD DO IT AGAIN!!! After needing almost my entire side of my toyota highlander replaced, Hector and his team did an incredible job of repairing and truly making it NEW AGAIN! They were fast, communicated well, and made it painless to deal with insurance. My car is a white pearl color - a more complex color and they did a great job with the paint! Brought my car in for an estimate for multiple repairs needed to the car and was very happy with my overall service. The customer service is excellent and provided me updates for the repairs and costs. Finally the repair was done well and everything was working properly again. New Again Auto Repair is top of the line! They fixed various dents and scratches on the hood of my Lexus that was caused by a tree branch incident. Hector was communicative and provided a perfect estimate of time for the work to get done. He provided excellent customer service. Also, the job was beautifully done with the damaged areas looking good as new. I was very impressed, Hector and New Again Auto Repair gained a new loyal customer (me) after the great experience I will be going to them for all of my car needs. I got into an accident a few weeks ago and the tow truck company I used recommended New Again Auto Repair. As a woman who knows almost nothing to very little about cars, this shop and Hector made me feel very comfortable with using their services. The communication between Hector and I was superb and beyond my expectations. Hector was very professional and communicated with me every move and detail in regards to my car and the insurance. I like the professionalism and over all amazing service they give, Hector and Julio are super nice. This place was referred to me by my brother and he was right the work they do is great, they have gone above and beyond to make sure the car looks as good as it did before the accident, time frame given for the repairs was accurate and communication on the process of the repairs was great. This is the best body shop I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately my car got hit three times in one year and I Got it done all three times with Hector at new again auto repairs is awesome with great customer service and knowledge. The quality work is amazing and always done on time. He also let me know where he was with the process and gave me great information on what to expect from the insurance Side. I was recommended to New Again Auto Repair by a technician in another shop in Silver Spring. Hector and his crew at New Again could not have been a better choice. They were very professional, easy to work with, and efficient. Although parts were delayed in arriving, Hector called me every other day to keep me up to date and to explain when the parts were to arrive. Hector worked with my auto insurance company and made sure my insurance was covering all the needed parts and repairs. Once the car was repaired I was completely satisfied. I cannot speak more highly of this business and I highly recommend New Again to anyone who needs a good auto body repair shop.

I did a google search for the best rated ASE mechanics/stations in Silver Spring and decided upon New Again based on the superior ratings. I took my car there for a full diagnostic and service check just to confirm that the car I purchased was legit, and it is! A weight has been lifted, not that I thought the dealer was shady, but because you always get a second opinion when it comes to a big purchase like a nused car.Not only was the office stylishly outfitted and comfortable, Julio and his team did exactly as advertised, and they will be my go-to place from now on whenever I need auto service. As a female without a lot of knowledge about cars, it is great to know that they were honest and accommodating, and the service was gratis! You can't beat that. So thanks to all of the other folks who rated this business.
