I had taken my vehicle to a couple of other mechanics who were to put it mildly baffled by the fact that we had a diesel work truck that was not a large body. I spoke to Keith at Meineke. He was very professional, very knowledgeable. He gave me a next day appointment to check Out what was happening within four hours of having the vehicle he contacted me to let me know that things that needed to be repaired. AND informed me that he would be able to work on the vehicle the next day if I approved the repairs. I approve the repairs and was able to pick up the vehicle the following day. The entire experience with Meineke took three days . And I have been trying to find a knowledgeable experienced mechanic shop for our work trucks for over two months. Great experience will definitely be taking my other work vehicles and personal vehicle to Keith at Meineke. Two thumbs up!

This is the second time taking our car in to Meineke and we couldn t be more satisfied. We called a day ahead to set up an appointment which was quick and easy. We got our brake pads and a rear tail light replaced all within 3 hours on a Saturday. I really appreciate how straightforward they are with the details of service and cost at this location. They even applied a small discount to the brake pads without us even asking. They were also very helpful with the gentleman before us, helping him find the best deal on materials for a pricey fix up. Good people, good service. Highly recommend!

They did such a great job! I called a few places before calling this location to see who had any availability for a walk-in to replace my brakes and rotors. It was super easy and absolutely the perfect amount of time for brakes and rotors. After checking my car in, I went to have lunch and did a little shopping. I received a call that my car was finished about 30mins before I expected it to be completed. Great job and Friendly Service!Perfect location to drop your car off then take a walk or Uber to the mall.

I went to the place after receiving a suspicious diagnostic with repairs costing almost $1000. I told them what the issue I was told was, and after checking my car, they told me they identified that the diagnostic wasn t even correct and were able to quickly work with me and fix the real issues, keeping me informed throughout. Through their honesty and excellent service, I was able to save $500. I will come back for anything car related in future!

Awesome service with fair price. I came in without an appointment early Tuesday morning. They were able to find out my problem and get back to me. Got it fixed within a day. I would go back to them in the future.

After reading reviews I decided to try out the Meineke location in Silver Spring which is near me. I went in to have my brakes checked out after the brake light was constantly illuminated in my car for a couple of days. I did some research on what the possible issues could be before going in which I recommend anyone do. They diagnosed one of the possible issues (new rotors and brake pads) and gave me an estimate and time it would take to have the repairs completed. After taking a look at the itemized list of repairs everything checked out and they even gave me a little discount on the brake pads. So I only had to sell one kidney. Ha jk. Overall this was a good experience. The folks that work there are nice and I do plan to go back if and when I need any further repairs.

Their team consistently provides great customer service and services for all my car needs. I ve taken my car here for oil changes for a few years now and have never had any issues. I ve shown up without an appointment or car while having car issues and they immediately took care of me.Thank you!!!

i needed a tire repair pretty quickly- i had a nail in the tire and the tire had to be replaced. The work was done within 2 hours of the time i brought car in. i even got a free ride to and from my home and the store. Very nice people at the store and easy to deal with.

Came here because I saw Meineke was offering a 50% discount to vets on Veterans Day, but I guess not this location. I asked about it and they only gave me the $20 off coupon, which seems like a semi-permanent "deal". Courteous and professional services. Offered a free diagnostic test, it revealed a totally different issue than what I thought. I was given an estimate and they had the parts on site. I was out in an hour and a half. Yes, I would return to the Silver Spring,MD location for future services.

My tire was flat. The guys there diagnosed the cause leaky stem. Ordered a new one and fixed it. In the same day. No upsell. Love them.

Meineke in Silver Spring resolved the issue with my car's constantly shredded serpentine belt that Firestone in Wheaton failed to resolve. Keith, the manager at Meineke, identified the problem it was the AC compressor and its clutch and had it replaced. Also, he found work and billing errors in my Firestone invoice. Firestone charged me for a part my car did not have and, of course, the labor to install it. Keith encouraged me to fight for a $500 refund which I did and got! From now on, I am only going to Meineke in Silver Spring because I trust Keith and his work.

I have been taking my cars here for over 10 years. I have had major things done like my brakes and mufflers, but I also go here for oil changes, wipers, batteries, headlights, etc. They get me in and out and they never upsell me on things that are unnecessary. I hate going to garages where you know that when you go to check out, they will hit you with a list of things to repair that you have no way of knowing if they are really needed. This is not that kind of place. They replaced my thermostat and housing assembly. Say what you want their work is always A+ they been taking care of my car since I bought it brand new off the lot, and til this day it still runs the same. I wouldn t go nowhere else. Front desk guy was rude and unprofessional. He was visibly annoyed when I asked a question regarding repairs, so much so he looked at a coworker sitting next to him and went see what I m talking about tilting his head towards me as if I m being annoying when all I was doing was asking him a question about spark plugs.

These guys are fast and professional! I walked in to get an oil change and left very happy. My vehicle was more than 1,000 miles over its due date. My car drives much smoother after this service. You can't beat the price with Meineke's $20 coupon. Their synthetic oil is top notch! Did I mention my oil change included topping up other fluids, changing the filter, rotating my tires etc..
