LG Autobody is simply the best. Their work is terrific: professional, beautiful, careful - the best. They were able to complete everything in less than a week AND their fee was far less than the collision shop at our dealer. John is attentive, caring, and completely availaable. Thank you so much LG!

LG Auto body is professional. They have systems that work. They are responsive. And they have integrity. They've worked on our car twice. When we called them a third time for a scratch, they resolved our issue with the least time in the most affordable way

This place has earned my business, even though I ve never actually used them. I brought my Kia Soul in for a quote on some rust damage repair and the person at LG came out to take a look even though they don t do rust repair and told me that the damage should be covered by the manufacturer warranty and that if it isn t he could just replace the rusted lift gate entirely for a very reasonable price. I very much appreciate his help and honesty.

Top notch services and customer service. Ed, Chris, and team go over and beyond to communicate progress, answer questions, and to make sure you and your vehicle are well taken care of. They turned something unpleasant (someone crashed into our parked car) into a pleasant and easy experience. This type of business is a rarity these days, so I had to write a review. Unfortunately I can t give a good review on work- just on customer service. I brought my car in after a minor fender bender for an estimate and decided to go with them the next day. I called and was told the parts would be ordered and would probably come in in a day, and my car would be ready by the weekend. They never called back at all. It s now been over a week. So now I m taking my $1000+ job and going with someone else. I guess y all don t need the work or the money.

They took such good care of my car! It was such a quick process from start to finish and they did an excellent job on my repair. I can't even tell that there was damage now. I definitely recommend LG Auto Body Silver Spring to anyone looking for quality service with repairing their vehicle!

No need to go all the way to Rockville for a high end shop. Luis and crew are fully capable. I have a babied '99 Estoril Blue BMW M Coupe. I'm very careful about who works on this car. My lower spoiler was cracked by some parking block rebar and needed a general refresh. LG auto repaired it and matched the paint flawlessly. Very happy!

I scratched my car very badly against a pole. They fixed it good as new. The service is very friendly, and they gave me a ride home when I dropped my car off. The pricing can get a little steep but I think it's worth it for such excellent and speedy service.

Working with Drew, John and I cant remember the other young man name but he had a foreign accent they are the bomb. The fellow with the foreign accent literally drove me to pick up my rental and removed my grandson's car seat without hesitation. The service have always be amazing with the mechanics.

Had a great experience working with the folks at LG auto body. Needed the window and steering wheel column fixed on my Kia after an attempted theft. There's a lot of Kia break-ins happening nationwide which is causing parts shortage, so I was worried it would take months to fix. To my surprise, they were able to get the car back to me in less than two weeks. They made the process so painless. They also followed up to check in and see if everything was working properly. Will definitely come here for any future repairs.

Ok. I just got off the phone with Drew at LG Auto Body in Silver Spring. All I need for now was an estimate. I came away a fan and he'll be my go-to when I need his shop's services!Here's why: Friendly, honest, frank, no B.S. I'm an auto body newbie. I have an old car (2000-2005, won't give Google details). When I asked about an estimate for a full re-painting. He quoted me. THEN he said: save your money. For your car's age, it's not worth the $ (unless there's some emotional / exceptional reason). And he explained why.This is the kinda of person I seek to do business with for expertise and services I need.Do I know their skills? No. Speed? No. Quality of results? No.But just based on this conversation, I will go to him first. And recommend him.I never give online recommendations. But this time, I want everyone to know what I know.

I would discourage anyone bringing their car here, unless they're comfortable with not getting it back for many months. My car was involved in a hit-and-run while parked in August, and the final repairs were finally completed by LG in January. That's 5 months! The general script was, I wouldn't hear for LG for about 1-2 weeks, so I'd call, at which point Daniela or Jonathan would inform me that they had not started work because they needed a document from my insurance. At that point, I'd call my insurance, who insisted they had sent the document weeks prior. The insurance cc'd me on their email threads to prove this, so it was very clear LG was either lying or had just forgotten about the car. This happened about 3 times.Of course, they have no covered parking, so when your car is sitting outside for 5 months exposed to the elements, it's going to show some wear. They had to move my car around so many times that they added nearly 100 miles to the odometer.I wouldn't call LG dishonest, but they are slow and incompetent, much to the detriment of their customers.

My Lexus IS 350 was hit while parked on the side of the road. (I wish people could drive!). Anyway, was looking for a body shop.... Googled Lexus repairs and LG Auto Body came up as specializing in Lexus repairs.I. called the Silver Spring location and spoke with Joe. Explained the situation to him and asked if I drove up with photos could he give me a rough estimate etc? He stated to bring the vin # . So Today Friday 1/20/23 I drove from Glen Burnie to Silver Spring which took 65 minutes. When I arrived at LG I asked for Joe. Was told he wasn't in and the guy asked if he could help.I showed the guy 2 photos ( had many more photos but he acted like he wasn't interested) he barely looked at them. He acted as though he really wasn't interested and it seemed as though he really didn't want to do any work or to be bothered. (I should mention that the repairs work was between $5000 to $7000).I was expecting top-notch treatment and a caring attitude. What I wanted was an estimate not the brush-off. Instead of giving me an estimate he suggested that I wait for the insurance company.I would never recommend this shop for repairs; and if you own a Lexus don't bother going here. You won't be happy with how your treated!!The employees are NOT trained. After I stated the damage on my vehicle, the employee should have stated that if I came in he'd be happy to help me and give me a quote. But this location only does very simple body work. Their other much larger operation does the larger repairs and it might be better to go there for the estimate.It's pretty simple.My vehicle was NOT worked on or taken apart. And the insurance company was still working on the value etc.An awful experience!!If they had the option for "zero stars"---I would have selected zero stars. What a waste of time!! Very, very disappointed!! Drove over 2 hrs for nothing!!If they offered to fix my car for FREE I still would not go here!!. The parking lot is very, very small and everything is outside. And it's not fenced in AVOID! AVOID!!

I came to this shop with the thought of getting my car repaired , when I meet Jonathan he was so so nice and helpful with me and my car. when we came out to look at my car he said don t worry about getting a estimate and he put my bumper back up and that all it needed was clips and a couple screws. He is such a fine and respectful young man anyone would be lucky to have him. Thank you to him and LG.Service: Body & Trim

I had to get both of my bumpers replaced and LG was wonderful! They were fast and easy!!! I didn't have a lot of money and they were able to work with me and not do the paint on the bumpers. I brought my car to LG Autobody after I was rear ended. They are partnered with enterprise and very close by which made coordinating a rental car very easy.The repair took longer than expected due to a parts shortage, however LG kept me updated and was able to source used parts while there was no expected timeframe for new parts. The results of the car look well done and the car was returned nice and clean.Service: Body & Trim

LG Auto-body in Rockville is AWESOME. I worked with them after a car accident and can t recommend them enough! The entire team at LG was friendly and professional. Kevin took excellent care of my car and thoroughly answered any questions that I had. So glad that I used LG. Thank you guys!!!

I had a fantastic experience at LG Auto Body. I got in an accident and I had a very short time to decide where to take my car. LG Auto was recommended to me not only because of their great reviews online but also by friends and even my car rental agent. And let me tell you they exceeded my expectations. The team is very professional and friendly. Luis the Shop Manager was very efficient and delivered as promised, he also clearly communicated to me all the details of the work on my car. They were able to obtain original parts for my Miata 2000 and my car looked even better than it did prior to the accident and for very reasonable prices! They were honest about what needed to get done and eliminated the extra work that could have added unnecessary costs. When I got my car, they had cleaned the inside and washed the car so well there was not a spec on it, they even retouched paint on some chipped spots. I highly recommend them for any work on your car you will not be disappointed. LG Auto I really appreciate your great and honest service, this will be my go to shop from now on.

Had two great experiences with this body shop! My Honda was rear-ended twice this summer and both times LG Auto did amazing jobs. Ed is wonderful, he is really experienced, has great customer service! Roxana is super nice and friendly. This shop is very professional. Definitely recommending to friends and clients of mine!

If I can give zero ratings I would!! I used LG for many many years and had a great experience. I got into an accident and went back to LG but this time everything was different it has been almost 3 months since they start working on my car. I have to call them for any updates and I don t even get the full information. I wouldn't recommend LG to friends and family!Service: Body & Trim

Someone hit my parked car and left $5,000 of damage. After getting several estimates, I asked LG to do the work. they explained what was involved, how long it would take, and kept me updated on their progress. The result was great, even though my car was 9 years old. They are very thorough. I would highly recommend them, and encourage anyone needing body work to get an estimate from them and compare pricing. Very reasonable and high quality workmanship. They definitely take pride in what they do.

Ed and his team were wonderful. They took my car from another body shop that would not install after market parts. They worked with my insurance adjuster to complete all necessary repairs. They slso fixed my back bumper for a very affordable price. I highly recommend this shop. They are honest, polite and do amazing work. My car looks beautiful!

I showed up to LG Auto Body with just a soft reservation, but Chris and his crew treated me as their number one priority. The purpose of my visit was to straighten/re-attach the rear license plate on my 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT (since the holder for it deteriorated), and the LG folks were happy to drill new holes and reattach it with no charge whatsoever, even after I pleaded to please let me pay them. This kind of courteous service goes a long with me and I will definitely seek them out the next time I have a collision-related issue/question.

They did an excellent job. I was very impressed with their customer service and the work they did on my car. Ed walked me through the estimate for the work that needed to be done and promptly responded to all of my questions. The car looks great and drives very well. I definitely will recommend them to others.
