My car was in an accident and the entire front was damaged. They repaired everything and it looks like new. They are always fair on the prices and do good work. As always, thank you!

If your black don t come here. I wanted to do Maryland inspection on Monday and every other auto are telling me to come in Monday I just wanted fixe today which is Friday and I told the girl who picks up the phone and she didn t know what I was talking about but she was nice and then a guy came he can speak English but not well and he said he knows the prob and he s going fix tdy (btw he was nice at first) I was kinda happy but then 20 mins later he said I needed to pay 360 (which everywhere they said 150 and so I don t want rude I just to him to fix the fog light which works perfectly but the light was not bright for some reason. And he changed his behavior and become weird I was waiting on the waiting room and no one told me that there don t I went there and I politely asked if there done he was not nice and said I m done and then while paying they don t have Apple Pay so I asked if I can pay by Zelle I paid and he said let confirm and didn t tell me I look stupid standing there and I asked if I m done and the girl told me that I m good to go this is crazy no wonder there is no other people (there may be grammar error I was mad so )

Thieves, and don t fix the problem. Just puts band aid so you go back to them. ***Read full Review**My car would not start so I asked the tow company to bring it here. It has taken months before I decided to write this review but I refuse to keep quiet. When the car was brought to Auto Latino Tech, they told me to come pick it up after a day or so. When I went to get my car things were missing in my vehicle. We all keep certain things that never leave the car. My portable light that I used to film my videos and other social media content was gone, I had a pair of shoes that also got lost. As if this was not enough, there was a big can of of cookies. They took it as well and enjoyed. Mind you this was unopened. Shame! I don t recommend this business to anyone. Any business that allows customers vehicles to be broken into or lets employees to steal unpunished and do not reimburse customers for their damage can not be trusted with the vehicle or recommended to others.And yes I reported immediately I discovered which is the day I went to get the car and they did nothing about it nor reimburse me for what happened. If I could give zero star I would. Moreover a week later my car could not start again went to another mechanic and they said they did not fix the problem actually. You are welcomeService: Battery

Some of the most efficient honest quality work I've had done on my car (2016 Honda Fit). We needed new brake pads and rotors, and since we are a one-car household, they had it done in one day for $480. Nowadays, I was afraid of a $700+ tab, so I was happy. They are bilingual as well, which was helpful because my husband is a native Spanish speaker.

Got my car in right before a holiday and they diagnosed the problem in the morning. Fixed everything and had it ready for Monday morning. Car was vacuumed and ready to go. Found best price for the parts. Honest group - I never feel like they are adding services/repairs to make a few extra bucks. Keep coming back to Latino s. Got my transmission fixed here as soon. As I got it back it drove it one day then the next day the car started jumping took it back ended up paying another $1000 because they said it was something else guess what 2 weeks later my car broke down on me. The mechanic was supposed to fix everything and I feel he made things worse.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

I don't usually write reviews but thought it was necessary. I was refereed by a friend. This is an honest shop. Mechanic could have said that i needed a timing belt job, but didn't They checked the car and said all components were ok.

This place is a modern repair shop, equipped with a Dedicated Advanced Diagnostic Scanner Unit. You should expect to receive 'Excellent' service from their ASE Certified mechanics. I have to say that if not for their dedication I would have had to give up my car for scrap parts. It would not pass DC inspection due to 'ODB2 FAIL'. Latino's machine diagnosed my car as having a 'Dead ABS Control Module'. They told me if you're able to get your hands on a used ABS control module from a junkyard with matching stamp codes they would do the install. I made a few calls and located a good match. Latino's scanner confirmed a good match, and then performed a complete ABS replacement. Now the final step was to have it programmed with the correct vehicle code. That would be a job to be done by a Qualified VW Dealership. I drove to Ourisman VW of Bethesda where they successfully programmed the ABS Module in less than 2 hours. All of the 'Engine Codes' have now disappeared from the console and the car is guaranteed to pass DC inspection.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This place is great good customer service all there employees are good at their job they know what they're doing and nice to you been coming to them for the past 8 years including my family to get work done. Now my company takes their vehicles to get service there too. AND THEY DON'T BS YOU LIKE OTHER SHOPS OR DEALERSHIPS DO!!!!!!

If you want a shop that doesn t know what to do and ask you spend a lot of money to find out the problem, then this shop is the perfect shop for that. I DO NOT recommend anyone to go to this shop, unless you re doing an oil change
