Brandon was my sales person and he was patient, knowledgeable, and really worked with me to get me the best deal possible, which I am thankful for. Extremely pleased with my experience purchasing my new Mazda. Elijah and Elmer made the sales and purchase process completely seamless and I was able to sign of on everything from home. To top it off, they offered delivery. Edwin drove my new car to my house and didn't leave until I everything was set up and made sure to answer any questions I had. Fantastic team!

The first rate service I received this morning at Koons Mazda of Silver Spring is simply a wonderful continuation of the professional experience I got when I purchased my CX 5. My service advisor, Jeremy Rucker was on top of everything. From telling me about the service I would be getting and the perks that came when I purchased, I couldn't ask for a better experience. Joy was and continues to be an amazing agent to us. Our family and extended to friend. Came to get my second Mazda from Koons in the past 5 years.I had the opportunity to work with Yuri, who was fantastic. Super nice, easy-going, transparent, and just a pleasure to work with. He shot me straight from the beginning and took great care of us. Detailing was out for the night, and he went above and beyond gettign the car ready for us to take it home that same night. WIll definitley be back for future car purchases!

I would definitely recommend Koons Mazda of S.S. if you re looking for a great deal & great service. I was paired with Edwin, who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, & patient as we went over details of the car I was interested in and looking for. Everyone was friendly, but ask for Edwin! He s definitely someone who takes pride in & enjoys what he does; can t say that about other dealerships or salesmen!

Great explanation with the car walkthrough and no nonsense discussion. Highly recommend Koons dealership and Edwin. Great service and good deals for purchase a car.Update on 3/25/2024 After purchased the new car. I have ordered some accessories, and need to wait for the order so will have to make another appointment for installation service. Salesman told me and my husband he made an appointment for us and we all set. After we back for the appointment got told we don t have any appointments( after an hour drive. Cause I m living in VA) Asking the sales manager and he said service department is looking all of the parts that I ordered and see if can fit me in. Got there at 9am wait until noon finally told us they are installing my stuff. And then wait till after 2:30pm and said our car is ready. But before we leave, found out they only installed front and rear tires splash guards, didn t install other parts that we ordered. The service guy told us they don t have time. They close at 3pm. We need to make another appointment for the rest of those. Ok I was thinking could come back again. After we drove straight home. I found out the passenger side of the door got a huge line scratch and some also at the rear door above the gas gate panel. Those wasn t there when we bought the car there for the service. Took those pictures immediately and email to manager. He replied back and said will need to look up for it. Until over a week still didn t get any updates. We are decided to go somewhere else to fix those scratches. Not worth for the time drive there and got treated like this. And our salesman also no longer answer me. Help yourself. If you really care about your new car and after the sale service. Don t go Koons. Go somewhere else.

Don t be fooled ! Mazda as a company has the worst customer service. Once they sell you a vehicle, you re on your own ! Cx90 been giving problems since i purchased it. They are complete aware of the recalls the new vehicles have. My colleague also has a cx90 which was purchased here and since day one, Everytime I step on the brakes, it s makes a real loud noice, after servicing the vehicle it still had the same problem, apple car play over heats your phone, has a malfunction with the steering wheel etc.. on top of that the dealership don t resolve anything for you. Calling Mazda corporate is also a dead end ! They will assign you a case manager which takes weeks you send you an email, and after that you never hear from them again. Hundai, Kia, Honda, are cheaper vehicles and give you extraordinary customer service. Once you give them a negative review they will call you instantly and will ask you to please delete it. They care more about reviews than actually helping the customer and giving them a reliable vehicle. I can go on for days about how horrible Mazda as a company is. With that being said, go here at your own risk !

Justin was amazing. He did the absolute best with taking good care of me and making sure I was comfortable. His service was top tier and made me feel like an elite member. I was dumbfounded when he got me into the perfect vehicle so fast it s like he know exactly what I wanted. Best 10/10 highly recommend this experience to anyone.

I recently bought a cx-30 at Koons Mazda. I have to say, this is the best buying experience ever. My past experiences of buying cars usually involves endless bargain between me and the sales or manager, long wait time in the finance office, bad mood after spending almost a whole day in a messy dealership. This time, I was able to finish everything within 3 hours. The salesman was friendly and helpful. The manage was easy going and treated me with respect. The finance manager explained everything clearly and was able to wrap up the transaction quickly. Giving how crazy the car market is right now, I'm satisfied with the price I paid. I have to give Koons Mazda a big 5 stars and will come back again for a hybrid or electric car when it's time to replace my other old car.

I had a great experience at Koons Mazda. Brandon W was incredibly helpful, professional, polite, patient, and knowledgeable. I m a long-timeMazda owner but shopped around and compared various makes and models (Mazda, Toyota, Subaru, VW subcompact SUVs) and ask Brandon a LOT of questions, including how these vehicles compare. He provided honest and insightful responses, unlike pushy car salesman. I felt that I had a clear understanding of the pros and cons of the vehicle (CX-30), as well as of financing options, and was able to make a well informed decision. Brandon was highly professional and approachable, and he even called to let me know about a limited time offer. I got a good price on the vehicle and great service from sales to financing. I would highly recommend this dealer and Brandon in particular.

This dealership recommended over $5,000 worth of service that I wasn't expecting. I declined all service and took it to a trusted mechanic I've used before who said NONE of that service was required. The mechanic also explained the original issue I had in detail to me, which the dealership was unable to do. I asked for an explanation of each service the dealership recommended and they were unable to clarify what any line item was for. For example, I asked why the "outer rod tie end set" needed to be fixed because there was no description. The service provider could only tell me that they were the rod tie ends and they were broken.This dealership also tried to return my car to me with the glovebox detached and on the back seat. I had to ask them what was going on and wait for it to be corrected before leaving. They fixed it quickly and the foreman was apologetic, but I was shocked that someone would pull the car around for me and not mention that issue at all, and that it wasn't resolved prior to my arrival since I had given multiple days notice that I would be coming to pick it up.[After looking more closely at past reviews here, the positive reviews all seem to be for the sales portion of this location.]

Absolutely 100% recommended. I got my first brand new Mazda CX5 with a great deal and my dad got his CX-50, in less than a week. I am so fortunate to have found Koons Mazda Silver Spring. Above and beyond our expectations. True professionals!, from Sales to Managers. Specially Joy, she is amazing and makes the process really smooth. She goes above and beyond for her customers and tries to help as much as possible. It has been more than a month and yet im still satisfied with the quality and performance.

After researching all the Mazda vehicles, I decided to try the Mazda CX-5 and CX-50. After checking dealership websites to see who had what I wanted in stock, this dealership had everything, so I booked an appointment on the website. Friendly sales rep Edwin spent the day with me this past Sunday trying a few different models and helped me decide on the CX-5. He even delivered the vehicle to my house, since it needed to be detailed before coming home, and it was perfectly detailed! If shopping for a Mazda, definitely visit this dealership and ask for Edwin! The whole team was a dream to work with, no hard sell, or a lot of extras forced on you. Thanks also to Jesson and Yolanda for making it seamless.

I do not suggest buying a car from these guys. They are extremely incompetent and have poor communication amongst each other. God forbid you have to get your refund from your warranty or gap insurance. It seems that nobody knows what they are doing and they give you the go around.Also, customers should really not have to be doing their own investigation with figuring out the right people to get in contact with since nobody at the dealership knows what to do. We are not on their pay roll. They should be figuring this stuff out.Every time my mother has had to call them to figure out where her check is they end up giving her a different answer. Spare yourself the headache.PS: do not get irritated with customers who are having YOU do YOUR JOB.

I went to Mazda in Rockville and I made 2 seperate appointments. Both times they told me that they took in walk-ins over my appointment.I went one time for Koons Mazda and I had my service finished in an hour. Jeremy from service desk was very helpful! They are much more professional and know how to treat customers.

Good experience, purchasing CX-90 at Koons Mazda. Excellent working with Johnny Shao. He was friendly, highly knowledgeable about vehicles and, with sales manager, willing to meet my deal requirements based on my pricing vehicles at other dealers. Johnny also gave us (after the sale) a comprehensive overview of all the vehicle s features. I elected to purchase the car here even though a different Mazda dealer is more convenient to my home.
