This is an amazing shop. Bird is the owner and he takes care of his customers. He is so knowledgeable. When something went wrong with my car, he knew that it wouldn't be covered by insurance - I called the dealer to check and, sure enough, he was correct (unfortunately!). He also knew exactly what was wrong with my car by just listening to the problems that I was having with it.His prices are very reasonable- I know that you'll see this comment everywhere, but I am so impressed with the prices that he has charged me. With this shop, it's not:"you get what you pay for", it's an amazing deal.Go there! Ask for Bird. He will take care of you.And tell him that Stacy sent you! : ) (no, I won't get a commission!)

Horrible don t go ! Especially the tech Dominic he s trash. He uses customers cars for his own personal use if u have to leave it over night with him DONT .He very unprofessional nd dirty. He had soda cans an beer bottles in my car and when confronted all he could say was sorry. Very ridiculous. He s a big liar and needs to be fired . The business has a 4 star review an if they intend to keep it that way they need to fire him! Seriously .On top of that when I received my car it was in even more critical condition to the point I had to call a tow for my car because it wasn t even safe to drive . I don t know what s wrong with management but u shouldn t have someone so sloppy apart of a team .highly dissatisfied !Service: Transmission

My car was overheating so I took it to the closest garage possible. Joes was able to replace my water pump for my car within 24 hours.Their supplier sent them a water-pump missing a seal. Rather than reuse the old seal from the old water-pump, they did the job right by waiting for a new seal to come in the next morning. I appreciate them doing the job correctly, and not taking shortcuts to free up a lift for a different car.( I dropped the car off in the late morning. I would have had the car same day if it wasn't for missing seal.)Cost was even 100 dollars less than the average for the area. 2 days in so far and my is running great.

I do not recommend this place. They purposely damage things in your car so you could go back to them for a repair . I work as a plumber and mechanic and I was visiting Maryland and I didn t have my own tools to fix my car so I decided to go to this repair shop... they thought they could fool me by damaging my oil in my car without me noticing.

Joe was very honest and offered very reasonable prices. After getting swindled at another mechanic across the street, Joe fixed my problem for only $100 in the same day without an appointment. I wish I had gone to him first. Fast and good service at a good price. Price at this repair shop is definately lower than most repair shops in the area. I walked in for the car battery change and the was out within 30 minutes.

This Place is a great gas station, please visit if you need a car repair, Very good and skilled mechanics, very good customer service, great cashiers that are really nice, and the owner speaks 3 different languages arabic, spanish, and english, so do the cashiers and mechanics

I love this place I have an old car and on top of that I know nothing about car I took my car here and after the first visit that s my auto shop. Whenever something wrong with my car I go here no where else
