Was very satisfied with this location . A bit pricey as most oil places are . but the service is amazing and the crew even better . The manager Aubrey got me together and victor was very helpful, good teamwork, very knowledgeable and inviting. The tire man even checked an issue I had and got me togetherMade me feel good about spending my money but my vehicle was serviced properly, I even came back to get a filter put on and my vehicle ran even smoother. Customer service is everything this location has it down . Thanks for a wonderful experience Aubrey . Jiffy lube of silver springs . we will be back.

Great service and amazing workers. Frank was working on my car but I noticed his name tag read Eugene. I spoke to him about my services I agreed to and he assured me in detail why it would be good for my car. I thought he was in charge in-fact but denied it. I Felt Confident that my drive to Tennessee would be safe. Will come again, recommend

I went in for an oil change. The team worked on my car so quickly. Michael J. was so so helpful. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. He was so personable and made the experience really amazing. Christian R., Kitumba D., and Jarvis T. also worked on my car and they did a great job and were very efficient. 10/10 recommend!

One of the worst experiences I've ever been through. They forgot about me and left me sitting there for almost 2 hours before asking me to sign off on the work. They then didn't have the part to do the work and went "shopping" to get it. But they never communicated with me at all. The supervisor didn't talk to me once, I had to push to ask what the heck was going on. The whole process took 4+ hours and they treated me with the most disrespect. I would not recommend ever going to this Jiffy Lube. 0 stars

Was given excellent, friendly attention the minute I pulled up to this Shady Grove Jiffy Lube location. Was my first time using them; will definitely return in 3 months for my next oil change.

This location is the absolute BEST!!! The staff was welcoming, funny, and just super nice! It was a whole vibe from entrance to exit! Staff made the time spent fun! Thanks for the warm welcome! YOU ALL ROCK

Stop by and get my oil change before I headed to Atlanta the Dragon Con one of the guys there did by headlights and amazing job it look brand new if you need the lights done check them out

I prefer this Jiffy Lube over the locations more local to me, because they educate me about my vehicle and always give the best customer service overall. Jiffy Lube s company already offers great prices and very fast service, which is very appreciated. Really nice dudes, fast as hell turnaround (quoted 20min for an oil change, I swear they were done in less than 5), and they even cleaned up the Mt. Trashmore that I had going in my passenger seat. I'll definitely be coming here from now on.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I've been using this location for years and I have never had a bad experience. They are very nice and respectful, they don't try to push unnecessary maintenance items on me and they usually get me in and out quickly. This is the Worst Jeffy Lube branch. I went there for an oil change, they didn t inquire what service I needed they just went and check for oil leak and drove my car out of the pit.

I've been going there for about 3 years. They have EXCELLENT service. They are very quick and through. If there are any other services needed their workers let you know and ask if you'd like it done they've never pushed it or forced anything. I enjoy going there. I went there today for an oil change and was out of there in less than 30minutes they also cleaned my car!!!! 5 stars highly recommend!!!

Not sure how to rate this location. The staff is EXTREMELY nice and friendly. But that may be because they are drinking alcohol in the bay, wear crocs and have a pit bull puppy on site.

I was there today to do the oil change and while I was outside my car was on the ramp with the hood open and nobody there, when I entered the office it was about 10 minutes the car was outside, and the manager I called to pay I paid when I left and saw the car I went to do the check list and nothing later was not done. nothing that was on the check list tire out of pressure, dirty wipers not vacuum cleaner, I don't trust if the oil will be changed !!! I'll never go again.Service: Oil change

I went there for a quick oil change. That is the main purpose of Jiffy Lube. They said it would be many hours of work before they get to me. An oil change takes 5 minutes. There were only 2 other cars and it was 10am on a Tuesday. I don't have all day to sit around for an oil change. If I did, I would do it myself. Terrible service from this Jiffy Lube

So I felt so bad I came at 540 and they closed at 6pm! I felt like an inconvenience! The men here reassured me that they would take care of my car. They didn t rush me and even cleaned the inside. The worst customer service ever! I m never going back! They try to add more things to a simple oil change to make you pay a lot of money! Never going back again I recommend no one to go there.

Extremely lacking in customer service. Had to keep asking to figure out how to to get service. No one approached me to inform me of anything. Eventually I got someone's attention and was told to go park. Next person's attention I got eventually told me I needed to wait in my car, it would be 30 minutes. He was corrected by another employee letting him know there was two cars ahead of me. I politely left. Please communicate clearly to your customers. Thanks Jiffy Lube.

I want there for uber inspection it took me 2 hours and half to finish.And I told them I did my oil change 2 weeks ago but the guy withdraw my oil for no reason.The other is they gave my inspection paper and I uploaded the document to my uber account portal ,the document was rejected, because they didn't put the state certificate number on inspection, so I have to go another inspection site to redo it.So I don't recommend anyone to go there and get inspection, and also I recommend uber to remove this site from uber inspection site.

Today, I had an awesome experience getting my vehicle serviced at Jiffy Lube in the Silver Spring, MD location. No-appointments needed, just bring your car right in and go from there. The workers seemed very cordial and professional while serving me and the other customers. I originally came to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. The mechanic found other issues that were highly recommended to be replaced such as the air filters and changing the brake fluid. I agreed to let them do what was needed for my car in order to prevent any future damage. The entire service took about 15 - 20 minutes long to finish. Everything happened so fast and I anticipated being their for at least 45 minutes to an hour. I just want to shout-out a huge THANK YOU for your excellent service in caring for your customers needs and going above and beyond to help your customers. Again, thank you and always keep up the great work!

The team was very responsive over the phone, and accommodating to a last minute request. They were extremely quick and thorough in the services they provided. I really appreciated their ability to see me on short notice shortly before they closed. It s very helpful for people who work a 9-5 to encounter individuals who are okay working right up until they close and who are willing to do it while maintaining a positive disposition. Kudos to them for a job well done. I will return in the future.
