Excellent work. High quality. Friendly, competent people. They replaced the front bumper of a 2015 Toyota Highlander so that it looks like new. Turnaround time was just a few days. They worked well with my insurer. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Hanagan s. The process was so easy and quick. For my first time dealing with a repair, I did very little and they were easy to talk to. They were right on time with the deadline and kept me informed with the entire process of the repair. I will definitely go to them for future repairs.

Crammed on a hidden side street in downtown Silver Spring, and sharing a block with other body shops, Hanagan s is a 3rd-generation family firm that does superb work on all vehicles. The front bumper on my BMW was damaged. They did excellent work at a fair price. Great communication about problems they encountered (the non-BMW parts were defective so they had to use the real thing).

Highly recommend this place. They redid my front bumper on my 2012 Honda Civic SI and couldn't be more happier with the accuracy of the color and alignment. As well as they had it turned around in 4 days. Very highly recommend this place.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

The person that did my appraisal was great. Super easy to work with. Told me I could pay my deductible at anytime before or after my work was completed. Seemed more like a family business to me. They cared more about the client. I loved that.

So there was a noise in the body of my car that was driving me insane. I couldn't figure out what it was so I decided to bring it in. Ive brought my vehicles here before in the past and always experienced great service. Tony is direct and the pricing is always well explained and fair so it was a no brainer that I brought it back to Hanagan's to get it looked at. Dropped off my car at noon got a call around 4:30 the same day. Turned out to be a vape pen trapped in the undercarriage of my vehicle. I absolutely refuse to go anywhere else. Tony and the Hanagan team will continue to get my business for all me car needs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I've used Hanagan's twice now - once when my old car's airbag was stolen and another time when my new car was involved in a parked hit and run. Their team is honest, helpful, and friendly - they frequently provided updates on my car's progress and did the work in a timely manner (when not limited to waiting for parts to come in from the car brand). I feel like I can trust them with the repairs and that they would tell me what actually needs to be done, versus some other sketchy-feeling car shops. I would use them again for future car needs!Service: Body & Trim

Had a minor ding on my 2011 car's hood and wanted to see if was worthwhile getting it repaired to look new. Although I showed up without an appointment (apparently a no-no) as we'd done in the past, one of staff checked out my car's injury and said it would be quite pricey to have it fixed professionally, suggesting instead that I use a little sandpaper and touch-up paint to deal with it. He then proceeded to get some sandpaper and took care of step one himself. At no charge, even though he spent a good 15-20 minutes getting it just right. What a refreshing experience!

Hanagan's Auto Body is the best shop in the area. We've been going to them for years and they never disappoint. This most recent visit was to have them fix a huge scratch from a car hitting us in a parking lot. They did a perfect job on the paint work and were great to work with. Every time I deal with them I'm impressed with their fair pricing, quality of work and integrity when dealing with their customers. I would highly recommend them.Service: Body & Trim

I learned of Hanagan's from a friend years ago when someone hit my car. I brought it then and was very pleased with the work. Since then, two more people have run into my car, and Hanagan's did the work and their attention to detail is excellent. They are friendly, honest, and factual when fixing wrecked cars. It takes time and they know how to do their trade. I will forever take all my car's to Hanagan's when body work needs to get done.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Amazing experience overall! I moved from Florida and was looking for a great mechanic. I was referred by a co-worker and these guys are amazing! Family owned business who have been around forever! Really care about their customers and extremely great pricing to fix up my car. I worked with Anthony but everyone here is a 5 star member of an amazing team. Thank you Hanagan's and I will be coming back and sending referrals as well!

The Hanagans provided excellent customer service and work on my 2017 Murano. They are true crafts men. You can't tell there were ever scratches, dents and rust on the right rear panel. I highly recommend Hanagans. Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I've been going to Hanagan's for five years now, and I'm always impressed and pleased. Everyone is competent, honest, straightforward, dependable, and helpful. I've never felt pressured to get service I don't need or like I was being taken advantage of. I'm sure this place does great work, but I had a bad experience with brake service. Long story short, the brake job wasn't complete when I picked up my car, so I had to turn around and come back to the shop in order for the mechanic to complete the job. Hanagan's was recommended to me, but I would hesitate to recommend to anyone else. Through sloppy work they didn't appear to prioritize the needs of my vehicle in order for me to drive safely.

Hanagans Auto Body provided excellent customer service--they were organized, they finished our car ahead of schedule and kept us abreast throughout the entire process. The work they did was amazing--the car looked brand new. We are grateful to now have an auto body shop that is honest and does a great job.
