Went here on 11/14/2019 to ask about a bolt I need extracted from my engine bay. Got out of my car, mechanic in front didn't even acknowledge me. Went inside and one person just looked, another never looked up from his phone. No one asked if I needed help or anything. Nothing. As a customer I felt it wasn't on me to look for someone to help me or even seek out a mechanic to inquire about the service I required. I left after a few seconds. How can a place of business not even offer the common courtesy of acknowledging potential customers and still be in business? No problem, I will take my business elsewhere and I encourage everyone who even thinks of going here to do the same. STOP patronizing businesses that don't respect you, even if they are in your neighborhood!!! Would rate it no stars if possible!
