The entire staff is friendly and professional. As soon as you walk in, you re greeted immediately. David Washington the previous manager was awesome. Their new store manager Mike is awesome! Andrew brown their sales manager is so friendly, funny and awesome as well! The entire staff will always keep you up to date on the progress and status of your vehicle. If there s any specials, promotions or discounts that they will apply for their customers, they will always do it for you. Anything to help customers save money. My experience is always great from beginning to completion. Just be aware, they are VERY BUSY!! first come first serve so come early as possible! Thanks for guys for taking good care of me as always! Fantastic experience with Claudia Ortiz. She was patient, attentive and knowledgeable. I purchased 4 new tires, got front and back brakes, front rotors and calipers, and a brake fluid flushed. Good price for all I had done. I had purchased the lifetime alignment in 2019 and it was still active on my account. Very happy with my service and the car drives/breaks great!

I spent over $900 dollars on a water pump replacement within a week, had other work done as well receipts to prove it. I came 2hrs before closing with a flat tire no one helped me I was told to come back another time. Essentially Tow myself away or ride on the rim home. Very disappointed, hurt, at the lack of service All bays Empty wow. I won t return I urge anyone reading this invest where they respect & appreciate you. Upon leaving I watched them take another customer walk in I was turned away with a smile.

I want to note how helpful Claudia was to my experience! She was very thorough in explaining what the problem was with my tire and wheel/rim, and she very helpfully walked me through several different websites to helpme find the right replacement wheel to order. When they received my wheel, she called me to let me know that they would begin working on my car right away. I really appreciated how helpful and communicative she was!

Went to this location for a routine oil change. It took over an hour for the service to complete. The unprofessional, inconsiderate, rude serviceman that was tasked to work on my vehicle took a personal phone call during service. In my frustration I commented and a manager/supervisor overheard me. I salute the manager/supervisor who compensated me for the service delay and inconvenience. Unfortunately because of the serviceman I will NOT return for service at this location nor do I recommend others to visit if time is important to you. This location could benefit from a staff reorganization. Corporate will be notified.

I brought a mounted tire and wheel in for them to balance. They asked that I leave it for a day. Came back the next day and picked up the tire.I then went home and started to install it on my vehicle. When picking up the tire-the wheel weights started to fall off the rim. So I has to remount the old tire and get the car off the jack.I took the tire back to Firestone first thing on the third day and asked if they could quickly rebalance the tire. They said I would have to wait 90 minutes because they were busy. I then had to leave the tire with them.I came back later that day to pick up the tire. I asked them if they could quickly remount the tire on my car. They again said I would have to wait another 90 minutes because they were busy.I had paid $14 dollars for them to balance the tire. They DID NOT issue a refund.I just took the tire with me.I am busy too. I had 3 meetings I had to move to a different day in Pittsburgh because of this. What horrible service.

i set a 12pm appointment Saturday for a next day - for one tire - i was 15 minutes early on sunday for my 12 pm appointment but did not leave the shop until 3:41. They were very busy but i feel almost 4 hours to wait for one tire when an appointment was set is a bit much. the work was fine but i felt other people who arrived after me went before me.

I always receive great customer service at Firestone but I ordered some tires online when I arrived at the store after paying for the tires online I was told that they didn t have the tires in stock. I was offered a different tire which was an inconvenience because my mindset was on the tires I purchased online. The workmanship was great and customer service in the store. I suggest that if an item is out of stock it should appear on line before checking out.

Came in for an urgent, walk-in tire replacement before a long road trip. Didn't realize the tires were unsafe until I needed to be on the road. The staff was super helpful, efficient, and had me on the road in an hour!! Truly life savers- thank you guys!!

Mechanic was incredibly rude. Stated I needed all my rotors replaced, when I told him they were replaced the year before he immediately switched gears and found something else that urgently needed replacing. I drive a car that requires both tires be replaced on an axel if one needs replacing. Staff told me I HAD to replace all 4 tires, which is not true. When I pushed back they stated I either get all 4 tires or I couldn t have any tires . I waited 3 hours and I have zero things completed.Do your self a favor, stay away from this location and find some where who won t rip you off

I was a walk-in in need of a tire replacement. I arrived early in the morning and even though there was only one tech and one person at the counter, I was very impressed with their help. Andrew, was extremely professional and courteous. He was more than helpful with getting my issue resolved and informative about the time it will take to get it finished with only one tech availabe. I have been coming to the Firestone in Wheaton for many years, and I have always been treated well and very satisfied with the work that has been accomplished at the location. It's easy to be frustrated with problems with my car, however the employees at the Wheaton Firestone have always been great with fixing my car problems and are consistantly courteous and professional during times of frustration and impatience as a customer. Please keep up the good work.

I took my car in to see if they could patch my tire, and if not to get my tire or tires replaced. I walked out several hours later with a number of services performed on my vehicle that I had not requested and did not need. I will not be returning. However, the service was quick and friendly.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. No clue about CUSTOMER SERVICE. Said they don't "honor" online appointments. Then WHY offer it? They don't look at that system. Told us to bring car in quickly and they would take care of us. Turned away at counter 30 minutes later and FOUR HOURS before closing time. Would give ZERO STARS if possible. DON'T GO HERE.Service: Tires

My car was left unlocked at sum while my car was on Firestone s lot . I dropped the car off on 9/29 for service and then picked it up on 9/30 this morning. My car had been ransacked. Apparently left unlocked because the locks or windows were not broken into. Needless to say my identity was stolen and I had to report it to the police. I had to call several places because important information was taken. I am disappointed because Firestone had a duty of care to make sure that my car was at least locked. My husband took my car to get the breaks checked. The Service Advisor, Josue, said the mechanic recommended $1900 worth of work with no genuine explanation or rationale to support the claim. My husband then took my car to Perfect Auto and they walked him to the lift to show him a breakdown of what ACTUALLY needed to be done. They provided a quote for $6oo+ and the car was done in 2 hours. Our car is running great and we didn't need half the work done that Firestone claimed.

I got $3500 list of unnecessary fixes, replacement parts and false problems with my minivan. When I got second opinion at different auto shop, 75% from this list wasn't true.

I brought a normal car for routine inspections and tune up. Besides the basic tune ups,i was told a cooling fan module along with $1000 A/C compressor part needed to be replaced due to imminent risk of overheating. After I declined the compressor and agreed to replace the cooling fan module, the replacement part was ordered and i waited an entire afternoon only to be told just before they close that i need to comeback the next day since the ordered part has not been delivered yet. The next morning, i called the place and was told the part is delivered and to come in for a quick replacement . I waited at the place while the replacement work is being done from 10:30am to 1:30pm. After waiting this long, all of a sudden one of the front desk agents came in and told me they are not able to replace the fan module because they cant get the old one out and told me to take it to a dealership instead via towing due to risk of overheating . After my disbelief, i paid $185 to a towing company to take the vehicle to a toyota dealership. After i told them (the Toyota dealership) what i was told and after they did a full inspection including a 20 mile test run they found absolutely NO PROBLEMS with the car, the fan module, the A/C compressor, or any problem with overheating just like I suspected originally. I was a long time customer but not any more due to my recent experience being very bad. The place needs skilled mechanics, better customer service at the front desk, better communication skills/periodic status updates, and better time management for their customers for the price they charge for service.Services: Air conditioning, Brake service & repair

You cannot rely on anywhere or anyone for good business anymore everywhere is short staffed feels like all this is being done on purpose because it s just pure frustration everywhere you go staff always seems frustrated though I m not blaming them for anything because I understand what they re dealing with I came here to check on my car that they just stopped contacting me about and realized they were short staffed and not in a rush to deal with customers I just had to leave I will turn down whatever work when they call me and just go somewhere else. They also wouldn t recognize my diagnosis so made me paid to do it again only for the same thing to come up hard times and y all out here ripping off if I was a business I would make sure I look after my customers during hard times so they would remember me when things are good but in America they aren t about that no relationships anymore just pure greed and filth everywhere you go disguised as wanting to help you.

IT s understandable to be busy but one would expect to honor an appointment to bring a Vech for service. Even after calling hours beforehand to verify the appointment and be told to still come inEnd result was told they had too many cars to fix and told I could leave it overnight .. 2 hours waisted and problem still not resolved

Had a battery replaced and was told when I set up my appointment that there would be no installation charge. When I checked my bill I realized that I was charged an extra $50 dollars for installation. They also tried to charge me a "battery core" charge that I did notice and they removed. All around, a little bit sneaky.
