Thanks to service advisor Paul and the service techs from Far East Motors our 18 year old Magnum SRT8 runs and handles like new again.Ive been a satisfied customer with Far East Motors for more than 15 years and have had many cars serviced and maintained here that include 2 Mazda 3 s; 3 Mazda Miata s; an Audi A3 convertible; a Mazda 5; a Toyota Prius-V Wagon; Dodge Magnum SRT8 and Dodge Charger SRT8.Regardless of whether it is foreign or domestic Paul, Watchman, Brandy, the automotive techs and owner John provide customers with accurate diagnosis, maintenance, repair and excellent customer service.

I appreciate the service they provided. I had three lights on the dash and all electrical matters smh. In about 3 days, car is back and there are no lights on my dash flashing! Seat belt chime finally stops after you click your belt. Well worth the price!! I like the between updates they gave about the vehicle and repair process.I recommend them for sure.

The team at Far East Motors are capable and willing to take care of their customers.I am someone who is able to do my own work and usually do.When my schedule is too tight to fit in a project or there is a technical issue I am unable to solve, the shop has consistently cared for me and my family in ways that give me no hesitation recommending them to others.I have always left the shop with my vehicle repaired or maintained and the desire to express thanks for their care.

Great local mechanics, always good service and following up on their work. Oil changes and some minor repairs for my Subaru. Street parking is a little tough to find but worth it. Unfortunately I moved away but would recommend for anyone in the area.

Had Andrew work on my car and he was amazing. Was on a time crunch and he was able to do the job quickly and with quality. Far East Motors are also very honorable and have full intention of helping the customer. They truly value your car as if it was their own!

Friendly staff. I wanted to add that the coordinator, Watchman, handled everything smoothly and called me later with the estimate. He called me several times over the next few days for updates. His colleague also kept informed in a timely manner. The personal service of this business is unusual in this day and age. I came in with what I thought was going to be 2 week fix because other places told me my head cover gaskets were on back order for a week I went to far east and I spoke with Paul and he did a once over on my vehicle free of charge and fixed several issues that I had within the day I get a call from far east expecting them to tell me that they have just ordered my parts but it's them letting me know my car was fixed.One thing I need to stress is that they are all personable people fast and kind at what they do if you want a place that has embraced the 21st century and will do work you are proud of its far east

After my Dealership told me I had to wait 3 to 5 days for them to even diagnose my car s problem I had to find another solution. After some internet searches I found Far East Motors and boy am I glad i did. Not only did they diagnose my initial problem they discovered a few others and one was a safety issue. I ok ed the repairs and in the course of a few hours they were done and I was back on the road with my initial complaint resolved and a few other items taken care of. All the while Watchman, was very personable and kept me informed through out the repair process.They will definitely do my routine check up and oil changes and any other repairs.By the way scheduling service was easy too!

As always, awesome work!! Everytime I take my vehicle in they always keep me posted on what they find and provide suggestions.They also follow up after every visit, which I am not used to. They are easy to work with and when I have had issues in the past when getting to the shop to pick up my vehicle they have worked with me.I am always provided with recommendations so I can make the best decision on what to get taken care of first.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

They were very helpful. The workers at Far East Motors broke down the cost of everything that was wrong with my car, then they informed me of what I didn t need to get fixed that very day. They included pictures to show me different parts of my car that were not up to par and then they educated me in a way that was not condescending.

Leaving a review here, just in case. On the positive side, I think that costumer service is good and I'm happy with routine-related services (oil change, brake fluid, etc). On the negative side, I would not recommend anybody to do any body repairs there. A minor trim repair that you would expect a professional to easily fix was done very poorly, without attention to detail and resulted in the trim being in worst condition (in a couple days) than when I brought it in. I'm taking my car somewhere else as I have no trust that they would do it any differently (especially after calling them to explained what happened).Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Just brought a newly acquired used vehicle to Far East Motors for an inspection. They had very good phone, text and web-based communication about the overall health of the vehicle, available maintenance records, and the explanations for recommended maintenance. I ll be returning for future service.

I travelled on I95/495 to Silver Spring for an appointment this morning. I live in downtown Baltimore. During the journey, my 2013 Nissan Juke made increasingly alarming whooshing noises when I accelerated. I called several places in and around the Silver Spring area. None of them were able to check my car today. However, one of the places I called did recommend that I try Far East Motors. Not only did Far East Motors see me today, they fixed my car while I waited! They were friendly, kind, and affordable. I HIGHLY recommend them! Thank you Far East.

First class. A very well run organization from my perspective, bottom to top. The quality of the service provided was excellent e.g., communication, ease of interaction, efficiency of shop service and systems, honesty, fair pricing and fast delivery. The fullness of the service offered was kind of a surprise especially seeing my car back from a routine service check with the large scratches on the side car panels gone as if they were never there. Plus, I received a picture summary of the service work needed and service work completed. I could feel the improved difference on my drive back. The customer service at Far East Motors was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly and communication was excellent throughout the process. We took our Toyota Highlander to Far East motors for a regular service. The car was working perfectly when we took it in, and when we picked it up, the mechanics said everything was fine. Two miles later it developed a serious shake in the engine, and ended up having to be towed back to Far East motors. A couple of days later, they presented us with a bill of over $2000, saying it needed spark plugs and fuel injectors replaced. They say the timing is a coincidence, but I think they are crooks. I highly recommend Far East Motors. I took my car in for body work in several different places and they did a great job in all respects. The estimate was fast and proved accurate. They also touched up a few dings and dents for free. The paint job is super, and they shined up the whole car (and cleaned the inside). It looks brand new. Working with Paul, the assistant manager, was a pleasure. Top notch service.
