I had a smooth process picking out a new vehicle. Kudos to Nigel, Kurt, and Jose for getting me through the process with ease. Their level of patience, automotive expertise, auto financing know-how, and their welcoming demeanor made the car buying experience top-notch. Maybe that is the DARCARS culture, but it seems likely like the DARCARS VW is staff with genuinely great people...even if it was on a Sunday afternoon! I am very thankful. The car buying can be stressful, but I highly recommend them because they will ease you worries.

I made an appointment, but they had no record of it when I arrived. Otherwise, the work was priced as quoted, and although I was told it wouldn't take long (for tire rotation and balancing), it took two hours which is what I was prepared for. The waiting area was comfortable, pleasant and QUIET with just two other customers (although they need someone to adjust the settings on their TV which was difficult to see). Always bring your own reading material! It was a reasonably enjoyable experience. Let's see how it goes with a more substantial level of service!

After being a loyal customer for 10 years, they tried to charge me 40% more than the price listed on their own website for a part I needed replaced. The part not including labor was listed at about $2300 on their parts website (which is already $600 more than the recommended Kelley Blue Book price that did include the labor cost) but they told me in person the price was $3200 before an additional $1450 for labor. When I asked about the discrepancy I wasn t given a straight answer and was simply told it s their right to up charge for parts and labor. Ended up taking my car somewhere else. Do not get your car fixed here!

Nijel the service manager deserves the 5 stars I m giving. He was very welcoming, informative and kept me up to date while my car was in service. There were a few hiccups throughout the duration my car was there but I took my concerns directly to him and he personally handled everything from there. I truly believe he is the glue that holds this service center together and clearly see he is doing his absolute best with the hands he is dealt. My experience at this establishment has been a complete roller coaster. In early 2022 I got an oil change done, and I also ordered an additional key for my Volkswagen Jetta. I was not able to pick up this key because of a tragic emergency in my family. One year later in Jan 2023, I returned for an oil change and had a terrible customer service experience. I wrote a review about the place and the manager reached out to me asking me to remove it in exchange for two free services. I took my review down, and I decided to ask about the key I was supposed to pick up the previous year. He told me he would take care of it, and that he would order the key once again, and it would be free this time. I was relieved for a while, until I noticed weeks going by and I couldn't hear anything from the manager. My mother called the establishment several times asking about the key I ordered and heard nothing. I called, and tried to get an estimate of when I would get the key, and I got no straightforward answers. So, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I am not happy with my experience here. I will not be taking this review down.Service: Oil change

We got a used Lexus NX 300h. The car is beautiful and it s what we wanted. The salesperson was very nice and patient with us. I would recommend.

I needed oil for my car that I was having trouble finding. Not only did they have it, but the person working helped me to navigate when I had trouble figuring out where to go.
