I found a Prius Prime on Google. It showed up at Frederick DarCars. I called. The salesman said it is at Silver Spring location so I went there after calling to verify. The salesman there had to run over to Lexus to bring it across the parking lot. Not my problem. I asked to negotiate and the sales manager said can't do that, it's Lexus inventory, our hands are tied. He did not say that I could go to Lexus to buy it, which would take another hour to get started, of course. Wasting my time was not his problem and he didn't care. He just wanted the sale. So, end of day, 3 hours later....I put deposit on the car to hold it. Next day, came back, talked to SM again and he changed his story said " I never told you you couldn't go to Lexus to buy it..." A glib sales manager. So we went to Lexus and bought it. And saved a grand. I'm still waiting for the refund on my deposit through AMEX.The other, big issue is that Toyota promises 'certified" vehicles. Two salemen told me that Darcars no longer, or does not currently participate in the certification because they are disputing or in negotiation with Toyota over their contract. They still have the Certified Used Car banners and signs up all over their used car dealership. This is blatant false advertising.

Received an email from the parts department saying my entire order is ready for pickup. I drove over 45 minutes to find out that half my order was missing and back ordered. The clerk was indignantly unhelpful as they could not provide any further explanation or solutions beyond "sorry." Poor communication is unprofessional.

Russell was very helpful when I came in for my most recent service. He got things started and the person who I had an appointment with finished things up. But Russell was notably courteous and personable.

Everything about this place is trash. Including the clerks. Who clearly hate there job and show favor to there own kind (spanish)I can't begin to explain how horrible Darcars is.

Worst service they have only 5 people with alot of empty chairs, line moving so slow employees just wasting time, where is the manager? I came down to get a recall service had to leave and cancel my appt, definetly going to a different dealer!!

I came at this Cherry Hill location for 20K service and the experience is terrible! The waiting area at this location is dirty and they don t even have a good coffee/espresso maker.They are not constantly cleaning the waiting room due to the COVID-19. They are also not going to sanitize my car after the service. They want to charge $85.00 to sanitize the car.Toyota at Bowie is 100X better. At Toyota of Bowie, they will sanitize your car after the service for FREE. The waiting area is clean and they have workers sanitizing the waiting area all the time. They even have a better coffee/espresso maker! (Yes, I am being serious)I don t want to come here ever again for an oil change or any other service. I would rather go to Toyota of Bowie.

Awful VERY UNPROFESSIONAL customer service, employees at the parts center will do mistakes on your orders then when doing a return CAUSE OF THEIR FAULT they will get upset, take it personal, yell at you and mistreat you. CUSTOMERS SHOULD NEVER BE ATTACKED OR MISTREATED, WITHOUT CUSTOMERS IT WOULDNT BE ANY BUSINESS. Also when contacting the manager for a solution, it was WORTHLESS, the manager's act was COMPLETELY THE SAME AS HIS EMPLOYEES, saying his "BOYS" said so and so.. MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE THERE FOR RESOLUTIONS AND SHOULD BE PROFESSIONAL. THEN WE'RE TOLD WE ARE TO NOT SHOW UP THERE AT THEIR DEALERSHIP AFTER BUYING PARTS. ANOTHER THING THEY ARE HORRIBLE AT ANSWERING THE PHONES, YOU'RE LUCKY IF YOU GET AN ANSWER OR IF YOU DONT HAVE TO WAIT MUCH TO GET ONE. CHANGE OF STAFF AND MANAGER WILL DEFINITELY IMPROVE BUSINESS.

Asking for an ID to buy anything from the parts department is insane. Please check on the manager who implemented this creepy records keeping policy, he could be the reason why no one was there to purchase anything.

the worst place for your car is this I do not understand how toyota is represented by this place is terrible technical and administrative service the worst I have seen in my life. If you want your car to last a long time, do not bring it to this place
