Jason and Ann are the wheels that keep the dealership moving not only is every experience top notch . You feel like you're getting what you paid for by owning a luxury car. You feel like you are cater to and they do everything and they can do to make sure that you're more the satisfied with getting the best quality parts and service. I have bought first Lexus here and and the one I currently own for my business I have never had any problems with anything for the past 10 years of dealing with this company. I'm thoroughly impressed by their patience and understanding. I will always get my car serviced here once you find a good barber you never go anywhere else..lol I'm I'm very impressed by the level of professionalism and care that they take not only with me but the others that I see there. They don't try to overcharge you for prices or take advantage you in any type of way. They're very clear as far as explaining everything that's wrong with your car and why repairs are necessary to continue the longevity.Jason has time and a time again has gone above and beyond to make sure that I have everything that I need. He needs a raise or promotion one of the best assets the company has and needs to be recognized.

Anna, the service manager was very kind, knowledgeable and friendly. She was responsive to my all concerns. She made every effort to get my car fixed and delivered to my house without hassle. I appreciated her providing me with a loaner car on such short notice. I will definitely go back to Lexus Silver Spring for any future car services. I am 37 years old and out of all my years of purchasing a car at a dealership I have never gotten close to the customer service efficiency and patience that I have experienced here. Coming from a Luxury car brand like Lexus, that will sell their cars regardless if you buy one or not, they went out of their way to secure a deal with me so I didn't walk out without one. I spoke to Greg on the phone prior to going there and his attitude was immensely positive and polite. He was eager to earn my business and he got it. He was smooth and efficient. He handled the ordeal like a pro, giving me the complete run down all while mentoring a new hire at Lexus named Melissa who was also very pleasant and attentive to the details of the craft. They worked well together to answer all my questions.Greg had the patience of a saint and this put me at ease as I had so many questions and had to take phone calls several times.After not agreeing to terms and prices, I was close to not taking a deal because things were getting expensive for me, until Manager Hesh came out, sat with me and worked profusely on the numbers to formulate an affordable deal for me. He went out of his way to get me into a Lexus and he was ultimately the deciding factor. After the deal was done, I was taken into another office with a gentlemen named Marius Marin to discuss finances and packages. His professionalism and conveyance of information was stellar. A very down to earth and caring person. Marin's department was the Icing on the cake of the All around excellent service I received here and he left me feeling complete as I walked out of there with keys for a brand new 2021 Lexus NX.From start to finish, everybody involved gave 110% and exhausted their efforts while never making me feel forced. Thank you Greg, Melissa, Hesh and Marius for the exceptional work and keeping Lexus Genuine and Human. A+++

LOOK FOR TONY KIM!!!I am a RETURNING CUSTOMER and you can see my review from 2 years ago and verifyThis is the third car I bought from Tony. Best deal I could possibly get for a lexus. He is the one that could get you the best deal up front without any playing.Moment I was making the deal on the first car (2017 es350) back in 2017, he became the most trustworthy that when I bought the second one and this third car, all I had to do was call him and discuss everything about the car purchasing on the phone and just sign on the paperworks at the dealership and still got the top deals that I could not even reach near in other dealer in New Jersey(Sorry for tony but I checked out the very same model with a dealership in NJ before I talked to tony cuz I am a NJ resident and I was little lazy to drive all the way to MD, but still did it for the unbeatable deal).He makes the process smooth and nice, most importantly without any plays and tricks, and give not only reasonable but the best price upfront without any hesitation.Definate five star for him!!!!!

I took my '08 LS460L in for an oil change, got home and saw oil leaking in my garage. I called and someone said bring back in. Took it back, spoke to Ann, the service manager, who was very very helpful. They kept my car and gave me a loaner to see where the leak was coming from. Turned out, it was a tiny hole that had been made by one of their techs. They fixed it and brought my car to me and picked up the loaner. Ann and Aaron, the assistant service manager, were very very helpful and apologetic for their mishap and made their wrong right.Service: Oil change

This review is from service I received sometime ago. I have since moved on to get my vehicle serviced elsewhere. However, I do think it s important that DARCARS understand their service advisors do a poor job of communicating with customers even after multiple attempts to get service done.For DARCARS, there is nothing to discuss. I spoke to one of your senior service advisors about the rude service advisor. No response or wouldn t return my emails or calls when I reached out to him.

So very glad to have found this service center! Cj Radfar is very professional and took time to listen to all of my concerns about my vehicle. He then explained what needed to be done clearly and in a way I could understand. My repairs were then completed in a timely manner and now it feels like I'm driving a brand new car. Cj is also very kind and courteous. I am very pleased with my vehicle and again very grateful to have found this place!

The service I get at this dealership is superb. CJ Radfar, the Assistant Service Manger is outstanding. When I've had issues I call him and he actually knows what is happening with the car - he is knowledgeable. He is also always professional, work done is timely, getting my car serviced is no longer a chore.
