So I had my Honda civic car serviced here back in February 2022 after a car hit the drivers side door and caused a dent. My car was in the shop for months (approximately 2 months +) and i was told they were going to replace my drivers side door and it took to so long to fix because they were waiting for the door to come in. This collision center is practicing FRAUD. I ended up mildly scraping my rear door in late 2023 on the drivers side and was told by multiple reputable mechanics that my drivers side door was never replaced with a new door. So this collision center ultimately lied and is committing insurance fraud. Additionally, they installed the OLD door wrong and till this day there is a loud windy noise always coming from the side of the door when i drive. I m so upset that the responsible parties insurance sent me to this horrible collision center and thank God I didn t have to pay a dime. But this collision center is a SCAM! Do not go here to get your car fixed.

Two days after receiving the car back from the shop while driving white smoke started coming from under the hood while and antifreeze started dripping from the engine once stopped. Upon opening the hood the 1 inch hose connecting the radiator to the engine was disconnected and the antifreeze was empty. The hose clamp was six inches down the hose and not at the connection point where it was supposed to be. As a result the hose backed off the connection. I has able to reconnect the hose and secure the hose clamp and I had to spend $30 to refill the radiator and reservoir. Overall the repairs looks ok but failing to properly secure the hose clamp is unacceptable.

What a nightmare. Got my truck back with more damage than what it had. Ripped out wiring for tail lights and reverse lights, broken fog light bezels (snapped during removal) and all the damage from the claim was not fixed. Don t trust Randy or this collision center ! There s definitely some shady business happening at this location! All the girls at the front desk appear to hate their jobs. Unfriendly and zero customer service skills. I am very pleased with the body work done on my vehicle. The paint matches perfectly. You can't even tell there was any damage. I knew they would do an excellent job!!

There was a 20K repair that took more than 2 months and gave me the car with empty tanker and when I tried to put gas everything leaks to the ground. No GAS and did not feel safe driving the car so I have to get it towed. Very disappointing!!! I wonder if the other safety mechanisms are working properly.I wonder how the shop is related to DARCARS and CARRY TOYOTA'S LOGO??????Stay tuned for More updates.....Service: Body & Trim

NIGHTMARE! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! They had to re-paint my car 3 times! and yet they couldn't do it right! paint drips all over, they broke my tail light, lost my tire cover, lost the wheel security key, the car stinks to paint, misaligned trunk, mismatched paint, paint dust all over!Not to mention the employees are all rude and unprofessional, they never return calls, always missing deadlines.... I'm ditching GEICO right away because of this. I repeat, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Overall a solid experience. As other reviewers have mentioned, the timeliness of repairs is not always as promised. So, it may take longer than promised as this is a very busy shop. However, the work was, overall, well done and my adjuster (Takita) was amazing. She kept me informed and up to date with repair progress and was really easy to work with.I did have to return the day after I picked my car up to have the passenger door s keyless entry repaired as the wiring wasn t reconnected following repair. Mechanic repaired it while I waited and now the car seems to be back in tip-top shape!

I m really disappointed, I expected more from darcars collision center, I bought my car at darcars that why I decided to bring my car here. They replaced the bumper and the paint is terrible you can literally see the difference and their excuse is that the bumper is plastic and they can t make it look the same they should have let me know before, this is a 2021 Toyota Camry I can t have my car looking like this, and they did a scratch on the steering wheel, the managers answer was that they didn t take pictures of the car when they receive it, which is not my problem they have to return my vehicle the same way I left it, without any damage.I Would never come back and definitely will not recommend this place. NOW I have to pay to get my cars paint fix and the steering wheel.

The last time I picked up my car from this place after a crash, the car was in poor shape. When I got it back, there were things still wrong with it. I brought it to their attention and they said it was like that when it came in. Did you seriously just try to gaslight me? I would remember if my car looked like that. They were really rude and didn t seem to care that I was upset. I even took photos. This was back 6 years ago but the car wasn t properly fixed and the window on the drivers side still has issues.Service: Body & Trim

They have had my car over a month first they order wrong part now they say ups lost my part now I m paying out of pocket for a rental car all because they say they can t find my headlight my car had minor damage a less then two week job has my car gone over a month and now I m losing more money from my pockets my car was still drivable I should have just kept it till they got everything they needed then dropped it off

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR REPAIR! When I told the rental car guy who works in the building how awful Darcars is, he said yes he had heard that often and he wished he could tell people this when they walked in the door, but if he did, he would get fired. He said the number of people coming back to have Darcars fix their shoddy work was staggering.My own car was there for a week and they never once called me to let me know what was going on. I called and left MANY messages and never once had a return call. After a week and a half, I started calling again. Nothing. I finally had to go there and demand to get an update and wouldn't leave until I had one! What an ordeal! Then, after 2 1/2 weeks and demanding another update over the phone (because leaving a message goes nowhere), they told me parts were ordered and it would be a week and a half to fix. After three weeks, they said they would not fix and it was totaled. WHAT?! Thought they had parts on order?! These people are terrible!Then when I went to get my license plates, they had no idea where the car key was and the staff was arguing amongst themselves about this and numerous other things.The rental car people and insurance people in the building were great, despite Darcars. DARCARS IS AWFUL!

Bad customer service!!!! Passing my calls from one to the other for days without an answer, when I asked them not fix the car because they said it would take more than a week, and I need the car for work they didn't let me take my car.Without any real answers

They ve had my car for almost a month longer than estimated, which I understand given the supply chain issues, but it s impossible to get through on the phone and I d just like to know what s going on.Edit 6/9/2023Someone did reach out to me, which I appreciate. I am hopeful that the communication issues will improve.Edit 8/28/2023Issues have gotten worse, and the work is still not done.

Customer service has gone down the drain. I came here twice before Covid and use to recommend this place to everyone but this was by far the worse experience ever. My car was in a accident and got 14k worth of work done. It took 3 months to get my car back. No one called me to follow up or even have consideration tell me a estimated time. I called multiple time Randy B. Who worked on my vehicle did not call me once back from the times I have called. I was very understanding with the manager because I understand times changed and things are delayed due to the pandemic. Finally I received my car. Only one side of the car was painted even though the car was scratched up from the accident. They replace the trunk but the lid they attached back. Left over tape from the repair was left on the car. They didn t even do a complimentary wash as it say with all repairs. I came here for a minor incident in the past and the guy who worked on my car gave me the pleasure of detailing my vehicle. They pulled out my car seats for this time and my car looks terrible inside honestly I truly felt like the put my car together and just pushed me out the door. I will not come back here again nor do I recommend this shop to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They put my bumper on wrong (not aligned with the rest of the body), and the tech was adamant that he couldn t fix it or make it better. After talking with the management, they adjusted my hood to match my bumper which made my hood go out of alignment with the rest of my car. They also did a terrible job at painting my hood (mismatched paint and air bubbles).They also did a terrible job of washing my car and put swirls marks all over it.I think since they have the Darcars name and a lot of customer, they don t care about quality control. They do not accurately reflect the quality associated with the Darcars brand name.

Great customer service ! Very satisfied with the way my car came out. The paint job exceeded my expectations. People need to be more mindful when a shop is ordering parts, that s the reason to which it can cause a delay with you receiving your car back quick or insurances can be a hassle. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Trust me when I say you ll regret it if you do. I have my car there for over two months now. My car hasn t even touched till I went over there myself and confronted them for not finishing it. They always have excuses. The front desk laughs every time you ask for help, to talk to your estimator or anyone who s part of fixing your car. They seem like they don t know what they re doing. The lady that works in part department couldn t even tell me the exact place she ordered it from. She couldn t even pull up the part number for any of the parts she ordered. I had to be on top of EVERYONE for them to even start my car. When I went to see my car, there was some scratches on it that was on there when they got the car. They told me not to worry because they will fix it What kinda sense does that make???!! Now They keep pushing the day that they said they should be done. EVERYTIME they say they re ordering something that they need to fix my car after confirming with the dealership that they have everything! They misled me by giving me information and wasted my time. That s All I have gained from this experience and a headache. I m being forced to have my lawyer contact this center.Let me save you a trip, don t waste your time and money like I did.

Receptionist was rude. Made an appointment at 4 and told me the last appointment they take is at 3 when they had oppenings until 5pm.Reply:There are ways to say inform costumers. The receptionist needs to be retrained. Instead of saying "i apologize for the inconvinient the last appointmts are at 3" i received a "ahh No! Our last appointment is at 3"

10/10 would NOT recommend bringing your car here to be repaired. Wait 3.5 months for parts to come in. Communication was horrible. Then waited another 2.5 weeks for repair because the wrong parts were ordered. They did not do a great job with my paint work for my 2020 Camry. I used them because my car was in an accident and Darcars was the closest Toyota certified collision center in my area. They made the re-paint noticeable and it doesn t look right on my car. I even tried calling the person working on my car multiple times but he never answered the phone. I would recommend people to go to other Toyota certified shops, it s worth the drive.Service: Body & Trim

My best advice to anyone bring there car to this shop: Inspect the car before taking it off the lot!I couldn't agree anymore with the recent ratings. My father 2019 Honda Accord got in accident on Christmas and our insurance sent us to this shop. on 1/16 we was told the car was ready and upon picking up the car the hood was not properly place and the engine sounded awful. We told Miguel (if that was even his name) about our concerns and told us the engine sounded normal. Clearly not.After a day or two we got a call from the guy working on our car Randy who admitted he did not test drive the car and realize there was more problems to the car. We was told that he add to order a new part and was never told a estimated time of when the car was ready. It has been almost a month since the shop has the car and clearly they do not know what they are doing. Don't worry, I already called costumer relations to file a compliant

Customer service was so rude, my car was not fixed on the date it was supposed to be. I couldn t even get an estimate date for when my car was going to be ready for me. It s been the worst experience I ve ever seen, don t ever take your car there

I took my Lexus here to fix damage to the roof/windshield. It took them over 7 weeks to fix! Any other shop would have taken 2-3 weeks max. During this time I called multiple times for updates on when it was going to be ready and they were very unresponsive/unprofessional. But that s not the worst part. After it was finally done I was left with the remaining bill for the rental car I got. Because my auto insurance policy only covered 30 days of rental car coverage and it took 51 days to get fixed, I was stuck with a bill of several hundred dollars from Enterprise. Darcars made excuses that it was not their fault that it took so long (except it was) and the director refused to cover the remaining part of the rental car bill despite that being the right thing to do. Extremely disappointed about the whole experience.Please do yourself a favor and find another place to fix your car. You don t deserve the headache of dealing with this shop.
