Jaime recovered the side arm rests and the center consul in our 2013 Toyota Avalon. The manufacturer s leather was wearing out. He did an excellent job and charged a fair price. His customer service is excellent and he was very fast. We will certainly use him again.

I took my 2007 Mazda 6 to have the headliner replaced. Jaime did an AMAZING job! He was very friendly and finished the car exactly as promised. He also gave me a referral to Vigil Detail Group to have my car detailed - also on Garfield Ave - and now it looks brand new. He does sunroofs, vinyl tops, van conversions, upholstery, and more. Car Care Customs did a fantastic job reupholstering the two front seats of my 2009 Acura. He matched the existing (faux) leather upholstery as closely as possible, and his workmanship was impeccable. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This small business deserves more than 5 stars because of the excellent customer service, workmanship and affordability. My 2010 mini cooper convertible was in desperate need of a new top, Jaime inspected the car, gave me an affordable quote and completed the job with no inconvenience to me, he worked with my schedule. Will be going back to get my seats done!

Highly recommend! Jaime and Eric are so nice and fixed my car promptly! They offered to take me to the metro stop after dropping my car with them. Very reasonable (if not excellent) pricing. My car was leaking due to clogged drains in my sunroof. He gave me a year warranty on future leaks from the area. He even reinstalled my visor clips that had fallen off free of charge! Will definitely be using them in the future!

There's a reason this place has only five-star reviews. Jaime replaced our 2001 Porsche Carrera convertible top at an unbeatable price with excellent workmanship and he did so quickly, honestly and efficiently.I cannot possibly recommend Jaime or Car Care Customs highly enough. He has a customer for life.

This is a great body shop. They were recommended to me by Wheaton Body Shop. I had a nasty tear on the back side of the passager seat due to my 7 year old constantly putting her feet up in that area. I thought the price would cost me an arm and a leg to fix but the total was significantly lower than several other estimates i had received. After i dropped off my vehicle the owner even offered to take me to the Fox Glen Metro and picked me up when the work was done. The torn seat looks brand new. I HIGHLY receommend this place.

It's a small shop that's been around for 20 years. It was recommended to me by Wheaton Service Center which is also an awesome shop that focuses on Volkswagen repairs. This shop, Car Care Custom, focuses onn sun roofs and convertible tops. They did an excellent job on my Volkswagen GTI sunroof which needed a repair. The owner immediately was able to focus in on the problem and the resolution. He found a used part that he verified was excellent and installed and it works perfectly. It's best to make an appointment

The mechanic was nice, but he fixed the wrong issue and told us that it was guaranteed. The car still leaked, so we brought it back and said he couldn't fix it and we have to go somewhere else. He wouldn't give us our $500 back even though it was "guaranteed". So we spent $500 on nothing here. Very frustrating.
