I ve had various cars worked on by Bill at Burnt Mills. Being from out of town, I struggled to find trustworthy mechanics who could install aftermarket performance parts. Bill has worked on my 2012 Charger RT, to include lowering springs and BBK headers. He s worked on my 2021 Tahoe High Country, to include lowering spindles and a cold air intake. He s always fair with his prices and the work is quality. As long as I m in the DMV area, I ll probably always use him to work on my vehicles.

Bill and the team fixed my car and made it run better than ever before. These guys do everything from amazing bodywork to engine replacements. You don t find them like this anymore

Had a pleasurable experience with this shop and Estimator named "AL" .Al performed the estimate and setup everything. He actually reminds me of my favorite TV star in the 80's Tom Selleck. **********Edit: have a car emergency right before Holiday's and Burnt Mills got me in and repaired for our trip! I had damage to my Jeep from a minor accident and took it to Burnt Mills Auto Body. They did an excellent job repairing the side of my Jeep. Also, they did extra without charging me! After the repairs were done they washed and vacuumed my car too! Nick was extremely nice and so was everyone else. I love that it is a family owned business. I recommend this shop to anyone who needs repairs or auto body work. They are the best!Service: Body & Trim

My dad has been using Burnt Mills Auto Service for awhile but this was my first time. From the call to make an appointment to picking my vehicle up when finished was nothing but great! Absolutely recommend this place!! They are so polite, nice and helpful. I worked with Eric and Nick, I've been here twice with my busted up vehicles post-accidents and their standard of service is 10 out of 10 every time. Very decent people, excellent service. My cars have always been returned to me looking good as new! Extra points for detailing my vehicle before returning it to me :)

I bring all my company cars here for oil changes, body repairs, and basic fixes. They are honest, don't attempt to up sell you on anything. They always give me a timeline on when something will need to be replaced. Their prices for tires have been cheaper than places like Costco. Highly recommend coming here to support a local and trustworthy business.

Husband and I have had a positive & pleasant experience everytime.Nick is very communicative, and clear with his assessments and recommendations. Prices are fair & comparable.On occasion the wait was longer than expected but a small price to pay for stellar & honest service.Services: Tires, Electrical, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

My low brake fluid light came on on Thursday morning and I was leaving to drive to MI the following Monday. Nick got me in, found the leak, ordered and installed the part, and I had my car back the next day. Serious life-saver. Definitely would recommend.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

This is the most amazing place to have your car worked on. Bill explains everything he did to your car in details. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is excellent!! Take your car and you will never be disappointed. Thank goodness for this place.I would recommend it over and over again.

I chose this place based on their great online reviews. The nearly 5 star overall for this body shop reflects my experience.They took my information and walked me through what the next steps would be and scheduled my car for the very next business day (Monday morning). They also informed me which Enterprise location I should use for pick up and gave me the direct phone number.The front bumper looks brand new and they washed the car as well.I highly recommend this place.

Be careful. They quoted me 500 on the phone and then tried to charge me 700+ when I picked up the car.Added on those charges without asking me first. Highly unethical.5/27 update -- Notice how in the below note they can't deny they increased the price from their initial quote by 40%. Then called me AFTER they did the work to let me know the new price. I mean c'mon, that's obviously incredibly unethical, and I stand by my opinion that people should avoid. You can charge a client more than initial quote, but you should call them first to make sure they can afford it instead of adding it on without telling them. I worry about my wife/ kids safety (nice insult by the way - really professional). I also need to manage my family's budget. Your response was unprofessional and telling.Service: Oil change

My daughter took her car in for a repair estimate and Eric worked hard finding affordable parts and creating a full estimate for her. In his honesty he said the damage wasn't worth the repair. Having a business that truly puts customer service first instead of just taking your money is definitely a trust builder.

Great service! Staff is friendly, they have great customer service. Very knowledgeable and honest about pricing. Costs are very reasonable. I've gone here a few times for body repairs, oil changes, second opinions, etc. I always walk out very please. They've done work on my car when other places won't. When it comes to cars these guys do it all.

Nick is an honest mechanic, runs a good shop, and doesn t overcharge...and it isn t easy to find all 3 of those at one garage. What s more, I know they genuinely care about running a good business and being decent people. When my Subbie s timing belt randomly broke and I had to say goodbye (after 10 years), Nick went out of his way to try to find me an engine. When that didn t work, he put me in touch with a good recycler so I could at least get something for it. Through all that, Nick and the guys there were sympathetic and understanding. I really appreciated it and they ve got a customer for life.

Our family was referred to Burnt Mills Auto from a close personal friend of ours whom have dealt with their services and staff. My particular auto issue wasn't clear-cut and required some troubleshooting. Not only was (Billy) able to communicate to me what the possible causes were, but also what I should consider service-wise to prevent further issues (and cost), in the future. Quite the contrary, of what you would expect from typical Auto repair shops. Their communication, professionalism, timeliness, and affordability greatly exceeded our expectations. I never felt that I was left in the dark, nor surprised with the outcome. They even gave us guidance on how best to position my wife's car for a trade in. Our experience was overwhelmingly positive, and we left with an enormous feeling of relief not generally associated with car trouble. I highly recommend anyone considering Auto Repair/Body work and couldn't be more pleased with their service.

Burnt Mills body shop did a great job with my car. They got the job done in a reasonable time. What I liked the most is that they went the extra mile and returned my car nice and clean inside and out. Very good customer service definitely recommend this body shop!

Great family-owned auto repair and maintenance business. I've been taking my cars, my mom's car, and my kids cars there tor over 20 years. Nick ( service) and Eric (repairs) are really good. Highly recommended!

I was referred to Burnt Mills AutoBody to repair some window damage to my vehicle. The work was excellent!! Everyone there is extremely professional and helpful. They don't overstate the problem or try to inflate the cost. They were very helpful with my insurance company. I told them I would refer my friends and as fate would have it, someone hit my car less than a week later .... Back to Burnt Mills I go .... (happily, I might add!!)

This place is astoundingly terrible. I went there to get my car looked at since the check engine light was on. The man at the reception said that they were booked today and to drop off the car tomorrow. A reasonable statement and the next day being a weekday I asked how long approximately will it take to look at the car since I would need to take time of work. This is when things turned weird. The man promptly informed me that they could not help me and that I had to go. He went on about how I was in too much of a hurry and was telling him how to run his business. As I stood there surprised a fellow receptionist informed me more politely that they couldn't look at my car now and that I should leave.The whole experience was strange and left a bad taste. I wouldn't advise anybody else to go there.

I had them fix a cab corner and replace my bedside on my Chevy pickup, the procedure was performed in a timely fashion, the bill was reasonable and the staff did a great job of walking me through the process in a way that I could understand. Paint matching was excellent as well, I could not even tell they were there

I've been taking cars to Burnt Mills Auto for years, They are consistent, honest, and reasonable about pricing and repair options. They even catch problems other shops only treat the symptoms of!There is a good reason their lot is full to bursting, they are simply the best, everyone knows it and takes their vehicles to them!

Bill and the B.M Crew are the Best! All of needs taken care of!Living in Woodmoor area, I find that this shop is lasting and Top Notch.With White Oak Sears closing, And all other Gas stations Closed, Shell, Burnt Mills Sunoco, Burnt Mills Bp( that all did service) This is my go to place in time of need. Not a lot of service repair Shops around anymore and this placed to always recommended.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Oil change
