Benjamin 's Auto Body is an excellent team of Mechanics.Once the team has inspected my vehicle, Mr Benjamin told me that he can fix it.In my case for instance, he put a new radiator support on my 2004 NisS Xterra. To my knowledge the price was right and the work load( hours spent on my vehicle were correct).3 days later after putting on the new radiator support, I went back to him to put rain guards on my vehicle and guess what, he did it for free.What an excellent customer service.I highly recommand Mr.Benjamin's Auto Body

Fast, reliable, professional and hard working. I sent my car to Ben and was treated like family from the beginning. The work they did was impeccable and fast. I got my car within a few days of dropping it off and as you can see from the before and after pictures, it s like the damage never happened. They even went out of their way to fix my tail light without me asking which was incredible. Funny enough I found them after getting ridiculous quotes from other shops on their block. They were the only ones who were affordable and reputable. I highly recommend this shop and they will be my go to if ever I need assistance again!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They take way too long on small projects.and are overpriced.i suggest finding someone better and faster.they are rude to customers when calling to check on your own property.they are slow working people even when they have your money.if your have a small issue.just call someone else.TRUST ME THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT THE BEST PEOPLE AROUND.IF I WOULD HAVE TAKEN MY CAR SOME PLACE ELSE I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN IT BACK IN TWO DAYS TOPS.I really wish Wheaton auto body was still open.they actually get the job done in a reasonable time frame.

I came to Benjamin's shop with a scratch on the front fender of my Mazda CX5, and Miguel gave me a reasonable quote to get it painted. Their turnaround time was quick - I dropped off the car Wednesday evening and it was ready Friday morning. Quality was excellent too, couldn't tell the scratch even happened. Rip off. I asked them to do a simple job, and NOT to do other stuff. They overcharged for the work I asked them to do, and then "accidentally" did the work I didn't want them to do because I would do it - and whined until I paid them for the work I specifically asked them not to do and they acknowledged shouldn't have done. Never going back, and suggest you do not, too.

Very knowledgeable and thoughtful about recommendations for appropriate and least cost for repair. Miguel volunteered a series of progressive options to fix A without B and C, versus A with B and C, versus A and C only, etc. that is, the customer develops a well-formed perspective on the nature of the work, especially with regard to the basic common elements of the repair, so that saving are possible through � la carte selection. We wanted the hood repainted, but without blending to the other adjacent panels, and a second unrelated cosmetic repair to the rear quarter panel area. Also, we had a strict budget, so the � la carte options allowed us to assess whether our goal was attainable at the required price. In my experience, this sort of estimate is difficult to obtain, because most auto body repair shops seek a restoration to good as new, with respect to age of vehicle that requires extensive blending of paint far from the region of actual damage; also, some customers may flinch at the notion of disclosing the budget, but we did not feel any sense that the shop was using that information to our disadvantage. To be clear, there is no doubt that Miguel and partners have a strong sense of personal excellence to do the very best job, and the � la carte option that I describe does restrict their ability to accomplish insurance-grade repairs. However, for voluntary repairs (as is our case) we simply wanted some items fixed that were NOT the result of an insurance-reported collision (for example, the hood is starting to lose paint for this older vehicle, and we want to forestall future rust damage). We want the paint to match , but we are not concerned with blending to the other panels. We have no intention of selling this vehicle, so we are not interested in preserving or maintaining the blue book value. Ours is an uncommon perspective, and a repair shop generally avoids this sort of request because (I suspect) there is a high risk that the customer s expectations will not match the outcome (that is, a na�ve customers s response at pickup could be, well, I know I requested no blending to the other panels, but I thought it would look better than *this* , which would lead to a dissatisfied customer and, subsequently, an erroneous erosion of the shop s reputation, were the dissatisfaction to materialize as a bad google review or even simply neighborhood chatter ANYHOW we made it clear to the shop that we knew the awkward position, but also demonstrated that we had � realistic expectation. Miguel wrote out a very detailed description of the work plan, for us to approve (this protects the shop *and* the customer, dig it?). Miguel was courteous, informative, and thoughtful, AND he brought up some obvious questions we had failed to ask. We left the shop with a very thorough understanding of the work plan, within budget.

I always go here. I can drop my car late in the event of an emergency and get my car for minor repairs early the next day. Its close by so I can walk and pick up my car.

Very bad they did a very ugly job on my car back in 2015. The paint job was not the same. Some parts in my engine bay was missing screws. My lights pointed down. I had to pay 6k out of my pockets because I aint know much about cars at the time.. I would never ever take any other car there again!!!

I called Benjamin and he took care of my truck in less than a week. Once the truck was done they deliverd it to my home to make it convenient for me. I am satisfied with the customer service and customer care that I received. Benjamin does treat his customers like family and works hard to build a trustworthy and honest relationship. Benjamin Autobody is the right place to go to handle any of your collision problems.
