Called on Thursday, they came out Friday and replaced the rear drivers window in less than 30 minutes. They also vacuumed which was amazing to make sure all of the small glass was gone. Called Auto Glass Experts yesterday and was able to arrange for them to come to my workplace to replace the cracked windshield of my car. Robert and Ray were punctual, polite, and quick with the replacement. I received the best quote from them, following research, and the replacement took less than 30 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend this company! Thank you for your wonderful service.

I don't usually write reviews but with this people I have to do it. I call them at the beginning of the month of April to get a windshield replacement for my Sienna, they give me the quote/estimate by phone really quick. I wait for the schedule day but unfortunately they forgot about me. I call them, they apologized and explained what happened. After I came back from my vacation I give them another phone call to set up and appointment. In which they were at the time and place that we accorded. They fix the problem in <45 minutes and the guarantee the job and the glass... After a week I call them back cause there was a huge blurry on the windshield. Ray and family came quick, they check the problem and they came back in 3 days and replace the windshield with another one. Quickly, professional, short and sweet. I definitely recommend this people to anyone. other places are pricey but this was affordable and quick.Thanks you all for what you doing. (They explain everything and answer any question that you may have). Keep it up guys!!!!!

Amazing work! They helped me deal with the insurance and the whole process ended in 45 minutes. My car had a cracked windshield and they replaced it and left everything working just fine (it was model that had a sensor/camera behind the windshield). My car window was just fixed by Ray and Anthony from Auto Glass Experts, and I am very pleased! Not only were they friendly and helpful over the phone, but they were also able to order the window I needed and have it installed in less than 48 hours! Today they arrived well within the time range that I was provided, and switched out my broken window with skill and professionalism. I needed a quick replacement to pass inspection. I called Expert Auto Glass on Friday afternoon and they were here at 8 AM on Saturday, replaced the specific window for my vehicle and recalibrated the camera to maintain my safety features. 5 Star Plus Service!!! Excellent service, recommend 100%. I called 3 different auto glass places and AGE was the only one that picked up the phone (the others didn t return voicemails or online requests). The guys answered all my questions on the phone and gave me a quote and were able to get to my house as soon as I needed them (this was not an emergency situation.) Texted me before they arrived, arrived on time, showed me how poorly installed my last windshield was, replaced the windshield, left my car and driveway clean, and charged me $100 less than the big national glass chain quoted. Highly recommend these guys at Auto Glass Experts. They came to my apartment, cleaned and replaced the window within 30-45 minutes. Although they came little over the time they said they would come, but the fast service makes up for it. Also the price was really good for the service they did. Again I would highly recommend their awesome service!

My car window was smashed this weekend. I called Auto Experts for an estimate, and I am so glad I did. I spoke with Ray and he was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. He came to my house to fix the window. The communication was great, the service was exceptional, and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them!!!

A stone on the highway resulted in a small chip/crack in our windshield. The two technicians arrived within the promised time window, and completed a minor repair to our windshield in under 15 minutes. The quality of the service was excellent and the two technicians were very professional and friendly. They also gave me instructions for getting reimbursement for the repair from our auto insurance, and supplied a receipt with all of the required details. We used to take cars to such service at service shops and then have to wait. Having the service done in our driveway was so convenient!

Was about to get my windshield replaced by another company when I discovered these guys and called for a quote. They quoted me $100 less than the bigger company and given that they're a local, family-run business I wanted to give them a shot. Install was hassle-free, they came out to my apartment to do it and got the whole thing done in about 45 minutes, they explained each thing they were doing (what can I say, I was curious), and even cleaned some residue off my dashboard. It's been a little over a month now and the windshield looks great and has had no issues. Support a local small business instead of the large national chains, and have these guys do your auto glass replacements.

I was excited to surprise my husband and have his windshield replaced over the weekend... And scheduled a replacement on a Saturday... they ended up canceling.... I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for Monday at 830am... they didn't arrive until the afternoon... And then claimed we needed to pay an additional $40 to replace the window gasket.... really? I've had my windshields replaced twice before and have never had such complications - guess I had it good before!

I came home at 10:30pm to a smashed car window, and was leaving for a trip in two days so needed a fix fast. I had an exceptionally helpful phone experience that night, and two lovely guys came out on schedule the next day to fix my window at the office. I m sure there s places that could have been a little cheaper (it ended up being $285 for a quarter window), but for the responsiveness and convenience, I felt like it was a great deal.

I feel horrible for not writing a review sooner! I ALWAYS use auto glass experts. They are so reliable and I have been using them for years! Unfortunately living in silver spring your car is bound to get broken into. They fixed my passenger window and my brothers. I had another car that my windshield cracked they came out and fixed it the next day. They are so reliable and the gentlemen working know what they re doing. If you are ever in need of a windshield replacement, Auto Glass Experts is the company you should seek out. Their field specialists are very professional. They are truly committed to quality and customer service. A few weeks ago, I had my Acura TL s windshield replaced, and the individual that replaced my windshield did such a wonderful job! I wanted to take my time and give Reza Ghiasi a special thanks. He is very knowledgeable. Throughout replacement session, he explained the issue with my previous windshield and even provided me with fun facts regarding the installation of windshields which is not typical of most field experts. The entire process was customer focused and transparent. It is also worthy to mention that they do not use cheap windshields. They use OEM windshields which is essential if you want the new windshield to match your original. This company certainly provides exceptional service for a reasonable price. They are very communicative which is wonderful. I highly recommend Auto Glass Experts for windshield replacements.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I called the Silver Spring location and spoke to someone very courteous, helpful, and easy to communicate with. He gave me an estimate for both jobs and a time that the specialists could come. The estimate was well below what a national company quoted me and was competitive with another business in the area.The specialists arrived right on time at my home and went right to work on both vehicles. They took the time to explain what they were doing. The job took longer than they expected because there was some rust damage that they discovered and then proceeded to explain and fix.It is the middle of winter on a particularly cold day; the specialists did not complain and still took the time to make sure they did a complete job.I highly recommend Auto Glass Experts for a no hassle, speedy, price-competitive repair.

These guys are great. They are very professional, friendly, and efficient. They came to my apartment and had the window replaced and extraneous glass cleaned out within half an hour. It ended up being over $100 less than my quote from Safelite. Highly recommended!

I had the most positive experience with Auto Glass Experts. My insurance company wanted me to go with that big auto glass replacement company but I had done my homework and had read their reviews and told them I wanted Auto Glass Experts to do the job. Reza was very responsive and scheduled the first appointment for the next day.Reza and Robert arrived on time and completed the job in 45 minutes. They were friendly, pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend Auto Glass Experts.

They were very accommodating, speedy and fast, and took the time to explain the process. Also very friendly and did a great job on fixing our windshield that has a crack in it. Took them no more than 15 minutes, and they came right to our house.

Exceptional service. Called at 1pm and they were at my house at 3pm. The technician took about 1:10 minutes to replace my windshield on my 2007 Camry. I watched the entire installation just to see how it is done. Very neat and professional job.

Had a fantastic experience with Auto Glass Experts. My wife's car was broken into and the back window was smashed in. I was able to quickly and easily get ahold of Auto Glass Experts and was able to make a same-day appointment. They gave me a quote over the phone and showed up exactly when they said they would. They were friendly and completed the job quickly and the final charge was the same as the initial quote.They even vacuumed up the remaining broken glass, which was a plus, and let me test the window see if i was satisfied before payment. Hopefully I won't need another window fixed, but would use Auto Glass Experts again in a heartbeat.

I needed a driver's side window replaced and the repair process couldn't have gone smoother! The technicians arrived promptly at my appointment time (they come to you!) and were really friendly and efficient. The cost was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend this service!

I was looking for someone to replace a rear window on a Saturday, since my vehicle had been broken into on Friday afternoon. Other places would not be able to get the work done until Tuesday. Ray offered to meet me in Hyattsville, where he and his partner picked up the glass, and they installed it in that parking lot. It took just a few minutes to get the job done. I had a crack in the front windshield that was right in front of my face, so I decided to have that replaced as well.That took a bit longer but they were quick and thorough. He noted to me that he had to spray primer over a potential rust spot that others hadn't done when I previously got a windshield replacement. They spent the time to vacuum the car out when I could have probably done that myself but Ray need that small particles could fly around in your eyes otherwise. He told me what I should or shouldn't do upon leaving since the front windshield need to settle over the next week. I was impressed by the work and the fact that he kept me informed about the process. No doubt I would refer someone to Auto Glass Experts for their overall professionalism.

I can see why these guys have great reviews. I called and they were at my house in a half an hour. It took them 10 minutes to drill a small pinhole and add resin to fix the crack. I paid 80 bucks, - which was a little pricey - but that's the going rate in this area. They were professional, polite, and gone in a glance. Highly recommended.
