the day i went it was pretty busy so i waited about 2 1/2 hours. once it was done, the tech told me usually for awd they do all four tires. i drove for a bit and got a warning (incorrect tire size) (high temperature, pull over). i called the next day, they said come back asap. the front two tires were the wrong size and needed to all be the same tire. something they didn t say beforehand. i went back and they serviced my car right away, refunded me $40 for the day before, and took of the service fee from the new service. wouldn t recommend because this shouldn t have happened.

If I could give zero stars I would. They waited until two hours before my appointment to cancel my order/service and notify me that they didn t get all my tires. Then the dingbat who answered the phone acted like she didn t know anything and didn t give any sort of help to figure the situation with out. Why work here if everything out of your mouth is going to be I don t know ?!

I got great service on Mothers day! The wait was a bit long to install a battery, but they got it done! Very respectful and caring team at Walmart in Fruitland, Md.

Would have given 5 stars but when I got a tire I was told it was 1.5 hour wait and didn't receive a call when it was done, I had to call the next day for them to tell me it was done. Other then that, customer service was good and employees were nice.

I went in at 4 pm today and was there 3 hours before they called my phone while I was waiting for an oil change and 4 tires to get put on my car. They called me the 1st time to tell me they couldn't do the oil change because the stopper for the oil pan was cross threaded and that they couldn't get it undone. So I canceled the oil change. Then 20 minutes later they called me to inform me that I couldn't get all my tires done because there was a cross threaded lug nut on one of the tires. So I got only 1 tire done because I knew there was a slow leak in it. I never had any problems with anything on my car and I know Walmart had something to do with it due to the fact that they are the last ones to do the oil change on my car. The tire I took down to where I got that one from and they got it right off. I will never go to this Walmart again.

Pulled up just before 8am (they open at 7am), and the guy told me that his coworker did not show up and that he couldn t open the shop by himself, and that I would have to wait until 9am when the next shift person was supposed to come. Irritating, but fine with me, knowing that it wasn t his fault. I come back just before 9...everything is still closed, but I see the same guy walking around getting things ready. So I pull through the line and wait. It s barely a few minutes before 9 at this point, and another employee shows up...but then they both start smoking outside. As if you need a break before your shift even starts? Again, irritating, but they still had a few minutes before the hour so I let it go. 9:05 rolls around and they re still out by the door smoking and laughing and chatting like a customer wasn t waiting for them since 7:45am?? So I get out of the car and ask if anyone is going to take my information and one of them says, yeah I m about to clock in in a minute... So I go inside and proceed to wait another 2 minutes before either of them put out their cigarettes and come inside to take my information (now with another customer behind me). NO sense of urgency, no care in the world. I am not a hard person to please...all it takes is a little customer service and the motivation to actually do your job and do it well. I cannot stand waiting around as if my time is invaluable. Not a good experience at all.

Horrible experience. Hopefully they were just having a bad day. Woefully understaffed for a Saturday. I will give credit to who I think was the asst mgr as he was forced to work both the counter and also turn wrenches. I went to simply buy a car battery and it turned into a fiasco. After choosing the battery, I was about to go out to the parking lot and remove my old battery to avoid the core charge. I was told then that they install for free and that they'd get me right in. An hour and a half later it was installed. The shelf price was 93, I was charged 116 plus tax. As I waited, customer after customer had issues.

Overflowed oil all over my engine compartment and didn't want to take responsibility for it messed up my garage floor and concrete driveway. Had to show them that the oil flowed down hill and got caught on top and in all the ledges on the oil fill side of my engine. They tried to say that it was an oil leak from my head gasket. Took 2 minutes for me to prove them wrong. They didn't pay for my damaged floor or concrete nor my wasted time . Clowns

Drop off two tires for a plug and patch. Came back to pick them up two hours later to find out they fixed nothing. The guy said he could not find a leek. I had both tires marked when I left them and had to show them where the leek was. He apologized and said come back in a hour and would have them done. Two hours later I show up and they are still not done. So there is 15 minutes left before they close and I have to argue with these people to stay and fix my tires. These people are here to just punch a clock and don't care about the customer

Tried to have my tires rotated 1990 ford ranger but they could not service They dropped my truck off the lift I watched it and other customer Manager had to get in the truck and maneuver it to back it out. I was going to buy tires from Walmart but forget that. If they are unable to rotate my tires now, how are they going to put tires on my truck. Unprofessional service I certainly do not recommend them

No problems, fast professional service. The only reason I subtracted a star is that the tires were not in stock and I had to bring it back the next day. Luckily there was no rush.

These guy's here do a great job! I've been coming here for years. I always get my tires done here whether I'm getting rim,tires etc. Great employees!

ISSUE WITH STORE HOURS. Google, Walmart website and the giant sign outside the tire center say they are open 7am to 7pm every day of the week but when we arrived at 9am on a Sunday we were told they MIGHT open around noon.
