I ve taken all my vehicles to this location since I bought my first car over 10 years ago. The service is incredible and they never have a long wait time. If there s no wait I m out in about 20 minutes. Every single staff member is always so kind and courteous. They always have coupons available on most services and I love that they re honest and respectful. A huge thumbs up to the staff at this location, especially Justin!! He has a great attitude and was able to save me 20% on all my products and services I received on my last visit. Had to leave a review for these guys/gals who are doing a great job and I hope their boss reads this cause they deserve a raise and Pat on the back! Even when I didn t live in Salisbury, I would make the drive because I know I m in good hands. Thanks again!!

Every time I come to this location I have great experiences. The people that work here are friendly, courteous, and thorough. I had a guy go out of his way to find me a discount! Great place to get your oil changed.

I had a great experience, bay was completely full, they got me in and out quickly and professionally, lareeka seemed very knowledgeable and took time to interact with my son, which was awesome! Freddy seemed like he was learning the ropes, but was personable and helped get me out quickly... these two personally made my experience worth reviewing!

Oil changes are fine. I had a headlight replaced and it went out within 6 months. This store only has a 30 day warranty and would not help rectify the situation. That is entirely too soon for a brand new headlight to be replaced again and they aren't cheap. I'm questioning if they even gave me a new bulb to begin with. I don't recommend that service from this location.

it s always super quick and easy to get an oil change here. i always feel like i know what im getting into when i go, they give me the options of the service i want. rather than up-charging me for stuff i don t always need. great customer service!

Very friendly mechanics, get you in and out. I love the car routine. They break down everything for you. Quick and easy service. I think it cool to hear them communicate and yell at each other.

Just moved into the area. We were referred by friends and relatives. The staff were very efficient and super friendly. Oil change, engine and cabin filter.We will definitely be bringing all of our cars there.

Talk about an attitude problem - tried to have an oil change done. No one knew how to reset my light and I m not paying for an oil change when no one can reset my light. No one tried to help the guy working with us was very rude. Will never return!

Very knowledgeable & friendly staff, especially Tommy . My vehicle is more difficult than most being an older Land Rover from Europe but Tommy and his coworkers really took the time to do everything right and I really appreciate them. I will only go to valvaoline in salisbury for now on

When I was about to leave my check engine light was on. It was NOT on when I got there. I need an oil temp part that is costing $197 to get fixed. They insist it's not their fault.

I have been a faithful customer to the valvoline company for years now and this is my first time experiencing this with two vehicles. The last time I came to the one in Salisbury I had my Ford Explorer serviced for an oil change they checked my tire pressure and added air as well like they always do. Soon as they were done I drove to Walmart was in there about 15-30mins and I came out to a flat tire. I called valvoline and told them I believed maybe whoever put the air broke the valve. The manager seemed upset like maybe I ran over something. I drove my truck on a flat right across the street from them to a tire place so they could check and low and behold the valve was brokenI just took my newer truck today for the SAME service and everything was fine driving home. I wake up to my truck with a flat tire AGAIN! I was apprehensive to take it to you guys at first because of what happened but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Now I have to put a spare on in the morning and go pay to most likely get the valve replaced on it. It s very frustrated when I called the first time it happened and was made felt like it was my fault. This isn t a coincidence. I love the convenience of staying in my car and I get the most expensive oil change as well. To me it s uncalled for and I m most likely not going to return as a customer at least to that one.Services: Tires, Oil change

I visited this location on May 12th for an oil change. On May 23rd, my car went idle because my coolant was low. After purchasing and pouring the coolant, I noticed my windshield washer fluid was also quite low, as well as my brake fluid, though the requirements for this fluid are different. I called to inquire if topping off fluids was standard at this location as I had been a customer at the Annapolis location for years. They confirmed this should have been done, and stated a manager would follow-up with me. Matt, the manager, called back and told me he watched the video and that all fluids were indeed topped off. I informed him that I was watching them work; I had nothing else to do. No fluids were topped off. And I didn't bother to ask about the fluids because this had been standard at their other location--top off when low.I am extremely disappointed that instead of apologizing and offering to top them off, he insisted it had been done. I've had my car for 4-years. Never has the coolant, nor windshield wiper fluid, run out in 11-days. They've never even run out in between service appointments.If anyone can recommend a better option for oil change services, I would greatly appreciate it.Service: Oil change

The staff was informative and excellent with everything I asked for. They also reset the computer once they changed the oil and filter which is not done at jiffy lube at all not even offered. So yes this location is great the staff are kind and respectful and very helpful. Definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Horrible experience while visiting home on the shore I would like to thank Tyler for customer service and assistance. He was the only BRIGHT spot (the guys working underneath are not at fault either).I went in for an oil change and afterwards my car wouldn t start. My car was working perfectly fine before coming to Valvoline. The assistant manager (Bryan or Ryan) wasn t help at all. They were adamant about the issue being my starter (2020 Chevy Impala Premiere). I told them to check the battery and cables because it was obvious someone knocked cable(s) loose during their checks. The kicker is I was told my battery tested good prior to all of this. They were not concerned about my vehicle, but only about getting my vehicle out of the way. I was told nonchalantly it looks like it s your starter, it happens sometimes .Long story short, I called one of my friends who came and jumped my vehicle. We also noticed one of the cables on the terminal was loose. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN. I ve never had an issue at any Valvoline EVER.

I had a nice experience at Valvoline Instant Oil. The employees were very nice to me and explained everything throughout the service. I will be going back there. I would also recommend people take their vehicles there to get serviced!

Every time I go there the service is truly exceptional! After a quick Google search, I gave your companies info to my daughter who is a college student at Salisbury. She went in for an oil change today and was informed she had a tail light out which she had no clue about. With me being three hours away from her and knowing that she could very well be pulled over for that, I can t tell you how thankful I am That you caught that and replace that for her! She said everyone was SUPER friendly and that she would definitely be back. It s nice to know that there is some friendly places still around. We will definitely use your services in the future!! Went and got a oil change last week and the never gave me no receipt didn t reset my check oil light and was told the top off my coolant and 4 days go by and my vehicles indicates to me that I have no coolant this is the worst one I been too the one is Seaford de. Is way better will start taking my business back to JIFFY LUBE

It was the worst oil change ever. They were out of wiper s fluid and out of air filter which is included to service what i pay. They are charging $111 for oil and they don t have what they need to use. And staffs wasn t friendly. Jiffy lube is way better and cheaper. This is the only place I usually get my oil change done. Quick service for a decent price, but I will say that the prices have been increasing. The coupons do help cut down the overall cost when you do come across one. I also like the fact that you don't even have to exit from your vehicle.

Very professional employees. Did a great job and it was fast! No pressure to buy anything. Just gave me recommendations for my car/mileage on a piece of paper in case I want to get them done in the future. Will definitely be returning for my next oil change!

This was my first time using a service like this, and I was incredibly impressed. The guys who helped me were informative and polite, and thoroughly discussed all maintenance with me (What should be changed and whats looking alright). They made sure to show or tell me why any other service should be considered (like how dirty my air filter was...). While the basic oil change was a bit more expensive than I anticipated, the service was beyond exceptional. With the politeness and convenience I experienced today, I will most definitely be using this service again. Thank you guys for your hardwork!
