Avoid this place at all costs! Horribly scratched brand new truck. If I could give it zero stars I would! Read for more info.Took my brand new 2022 Chevy Silverado here to get a wash. It had never been in a cash wash before.To start , the person putting my truck into the wash left the rear passenger door open when driving into the car wash. The car door hit a large cone with spray bottles hanging on the top and it s impact slammed the door shut.Next, the workmanship of the works was terrible, they didn t vacuum well, glass was horribly done even left the tape from the receipt on the glass that they cleaned .Took the truck back home to clean the glass. I found a giant crease across the full roof of my truck with scratches in the paint down to the metal. (Pictures in the review)I tried to go about it the right way in giving the owner a chance to make it right before posting anything publicly. He was unwilling to do anything, and said it wasn t his responsibility. This is not how you run a business and he does not have his customers interest in mind. Take your business elsewhere!

A great place to get your car washed. They really clean it good. Every door jam ,windows, tires and wheels. Inside super clean. Looked liked I got a detail. Definitely recommend 5 stars.

I hate to even get to this point because I ve used this car wash the last four years living in Salisbury but the service and overall experience today was beyond horrible. Today 5/31/2023 I paid $43.95 for The works. That includes vacuuming, wiping doors, dash, windows, console etc. The two young men finished my car literally in 12 minutes. Everything and I mean everything in my car was still dusty and untouched with this so called foamy cleaner. I got the manager asked him to speak to them about the quality of the detail. Not only did the young men think it was funny to be reprimanded, the completed job was still minimally different from a few moments before. To spend that much money and still have to go pay someone else to clean a car as small as mine (Mazda 6) is unreasonable especially when the vehicle wasn t that dirty to begin with. My concern should have been met with more assurance that I d get the quality job I m used to or they could refund me to go elsewhere. Really taken aback by this today. I don t think I ll will be returning with either vehicle at our household again. Sad to see a business suffer because of its lack of care from the workers.Service: Auto detailing

Save your $50 and Just do it yourself. My husband had to go back to get them to vacuum in between the seats after arguing with the man about it not being done in the first place. I don't understand how the car was washed but it's still dirty... Never again smdh

Got my truck washed today 10/2 ( prestigious wash + wax )Terrible job windshield still filthy, tires and wheels still dirty, and side steps still filthy. Do not recommend when they are busy ! Have photos

The guys always take care of your car cleaning needs. I ve been going there for months and haven t had any issues or any type of complaints. I love I can watch my car go thru, and my pup loves to watch it too. They are very pet friendly. You can even spin the wheel for chances to get discounted prices some food places that participate with them it s pretty cool.

Usually the team here does a great job for a reasonable price, but today it smells like the dipped the rags in booty juice to wash the inside of my truck. Pretty disappointed on this go around. Hopefully next time the service is back to normal and the booty juice water isn t used.

So I went to University Car Wash on Tuesday 7/18. This was the most horrible place to get your car wash. My windows looked like a child had cleaned them. My floors wasn t completely cleaned. I spoke the gentleman at the register. He reply it the stuff that they used to make them look like that. But they really are cleaned. Lies he told. There was so many smears and smudge marks on the windows. This was ridiculous.

These young men do a wonderful job detailing your car. We don't take our car anywhere but University Car Wash in Salisbury Maryland. The Associates are so polite and respectful.

For some reason my antenna did not retract and they broke it. They really couldn't care any less. They could have said that although they don't claim responsibility, they would give me a free wash. A another member of my family also had a poor customer service experience. There is no reason to frequent a place with poor customer service

The exterior is ok but the windows are not clean. Although I paid for a full wash I'll have to do the interior myself. Still dirt and a small stick on the carpet. Nothing wiped in the back. Dash partly done. The guys were all very nice. The line was incredibly slow and the employees were not too rushed so they could have done a good job. Oh well.

Used to be fantastic but today was awful. I paid almost $30.00 for a horrible job I asked my windows to be done and that was great but the vacuuming was horrible. I had emptied everything in my car and when I got back in and the cupholders had never been touched or the dashboard. I could still see dust. Guys were walking around like there was nothing to do and it was a very busy day. I will NOT go back.

I ve used University for 10 years and they ve always done a good to great job until today. They raised their prices but I still got the ultimate because my vehicle needed it. I was in a hurry so my fault that I didn t check it over good until I left. There were smears on the windshield. The dash was never touched, the rubber mats were still dirty, bugs all over the mirrors and blue spots from the liquid soap all over the entire vehicle. Exterior is good but interior is not recommended. I had to go home and properly vacuum my car. The dash needs to be properly cleaned as well. I'm not expecting a professional detail job, but at least look like it was cleaned, not wiped off really quick. I got the Ultimate Car Wash. Don't waste your money on the interior. Did not bring to management attention because they were so busy it took an hour which wasn't an issue, I was just ready to go.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

I give them an A for effort, but they were unable to remove the bugs from my grill after going through four or five washes over the past few weeks, so while I appreciate the effort, it wasn't the top quality car wash that I was expecting. So I went by last Friday and cancelled my monthly membership plan and I plan on looking for another car wash to service my vehicles in the future. They need to focus on scrubbing the bugs off the front grill of each car and less time on other things. Also, for $39 per month, they should offer more value than just the basic wash with wax and shine. At other car washes, I only paid $29.99 per month and was treated like royalty. They should add more value to their membership plans if they wish to retain more long-term customers. For $39 per month, a car other ought to get the complete, top-of-the-line treatment. Don't get my wrong, they're a good car wash, but if bugs are your problem areas, ya might want to look elsewhere for such services. I was disappointed which is why I cancelled my membership plan.

I went to get the inside of my car cleaned and they did a quick clean and nothing more. The seats were not wiped down well. I asked the young gentleman to come back and wipe them down and he did but he only did the one side. I called afterwards and was told that they don t put that service on their service delivery. So if you are looking for someone to clean your interior well you may want to choose a detailing shop or just do it yourself. It s not worth the cost.Services: Polishing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

3 yrs ago I gave a 5 star review. Today I'm totally disgusted. Cleaned our truck out in the back parking lot, got to the attendant and was told they were closed. The truck sitting hadn't even gone in the building yet and the equipment was still running. I asked the guy at the counter to allow our truck to go through since we were there before the last truck and was told to come back Thursday. Poor customer service. And no it wasn't raining. And wasn't an hour later.

Use to be a good car wash but now your vehicle is half dried or half cleaned. For the price of an Ultimate Wash you'd expect better. I now just pay someone to wash and detail my vehicle for me. To each his own.

Great job on outside. Inside steering wheel dirty. My shoe print still on door, Glove box had handprint. Could go on but when you get a 23.00 wash and tip 10.00 on top, you have expectations. Last time I tip without checking.

I have been coming here for more than 10 years and never once have I had a problem with how my car has looked until today. 40 bucks on the wash and 10 for a tip and my interior looks as bad as it did when I first pulled up. I won't let one bad experience stop me from going but I guess I'll just have to choose wisely when I go and who I allow to clean my car.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

My van was not clean at all. Windows is all smeared vaccuum was not done . I've never had this experience from university carwash very dissatisfied not sure I will return. It looked worse than when I took it in.

I would only go there for an outside car wash, if you pay $39.99 for the ultimate car wash, they just clean the dashboard which I could ve done. I brought it to the attention of the gentleman over the counter he explained that sand is hard to deal with and if I wanted a better job I could pay $200 at a detail shop (he did mention it politely) and had the guys pull it back around. So my car still looked poor even after the second vacuum, I would recommend to go just for an outside wash.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Paid 20 and some change for the wash. I told the two guys cleaning the car do a good job and I will give you a good tip . They said they were finished and I gave them 30 for a tip. Got back to my vehicle and they didn't do a very good job. That's happens twice. I'm not going there anymore.

Really hard workers; friendly check out girl; fun wheel of fortune style wheel to spin for the chance of an upgrade for your next visit (e.g., a dollar off, free dashboard cleaning); for being crazy busy, it was a relatively quick visit (about 30 minutes from waiting in line to place order to waiting for the after-wash wipe down); only reason I dropped one star was that after the full treatment that's supposed to include bug removal (the wipe down), a number of faint but noticable bug bits/smears remained on the grille area and back of the side mirrors. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I thought that the bug smudges we're just too hard to remove. However, the next time I needed to wash the car, I did it myself bought some Armor all multipurpose spray and wipes, a soft microfiber towel, and went at it. After I was done, no bug bits. Ultimately, if you want a full service car wash, can't do it yourself, University Car Wash is a good option.

I have used this company twice. Once for work and once for personal. My most recent time was for work. I brought our company car here to get cleaned. Even paid extra just to have the coffee mess from a previous employee cleaned. When they call me up to pick up the car I check to see if the coffee is still there and it is. I made a point to point it out when I brought the car in. My personal experience was kind the same. It just seems they do not clean the cup holders /gear shift areas. Two people working on one car and they cant even do the job properly.
