I have purchased numerous cars from The Car Store over the past couple years. Never a problem with any of my purchases. From the price, to the customer service, every aspect of the purchases were flawless. I would never buy a car from anywhere else!

My husband purchased a 25000$ truck from the truck store. We noticed that it had some shaking going on so we made an appt with them to check it out. We have had it less then a month and it now needs breaks and routers all the way around. They are not willing to cover any of the repairs. They do not stand behind their vehicles.

Drake was unbelievable today helping my Mom with purchasing her first new car in 30 years!! He made the process enjoyable during a normally stressful process, which never happens. If anyone needs transportation, go see my guy!!

Went in to find a used car and Mr. Kenny was such a wonderful person. Mr. Kenny gave immediate answers to all my questions, no run-arounds. It was the best and easiest car purchase I have ever made. Robin preped all the paperwork for me to sign and just like Mr. Kenny a true profesional. Im so greatfull for such a dynamic team. I definitly recommend them both.

Unfortunately we had a very negative experience with the Car Store in Salisbury,MD. They are a bait and switch place. The problem started right from the start at the online listing which misrepresented the correct vehicle they had in stock.We were looking for a 15 passenger van in which they listed as a vehicle in their stock online. So I filled out an online inquiry with a specific request of a price due to us paying cash and being a non profit ministry. I got a call back from Major their Internet salesman who confirms that the van is a 15 passenger van and says that the finance manager would be willing to drop to a certain price if we were willing to travel from Baltimore to Salisbury.I called the next day and confirmed again if the van was a 15 passenger van and their salesman Chris confirmed that it was. We made the 2 1/2 hr trip down to the lot to purchase the vehicle and lo and behold the van was NOT a 15 passenger van it was a 12 passenger van. We were upset and left but decided to come back to consider the 12 passenger van for the originally told sell price that was communicated on the phone.Lo and behold they were UNWILLING to meet that price as previously told and blamed it on the Internet sales manager Major who supposedly doesn't know anything about what's on the lot but yet manages their online stock.They were only willing to drop $100 dollars for our troubles and document fees. We left appalled and feeling disrespected by a car dealership unwilling to make up for their mistakes of misrepresentation and promises.Do yourself a favor and find yourself a more legit and honest dealership, if there is such a thing.

Got a "new to us" car in just a few hours. Kevin was great and went out of his way to make sure we were getting the vehicle we wanted for the best price and we were getting the most for our trade in. With 3 kids, 2 of them teenage boys, it was time to upgrade from our Hyundai santa fe. We got a great deal on a Chevy Traverse with captains chairs and a 3rd row two adults could fit comfortably in. Fully loaded as well. Overall we are very happy and had a positive experience with the Car Store.

Drake from the car store! Go see him man fought to get me in a car bad credit poor he ll go to bat for you and make It work and he s upfront honest and makes the process easy if your in the market and it s your first time going to a dealership I highly recommend going with drake plus who doesn t feel cool saying let me call my car guy drake?! I mean the guys a top notch Salisbury a father with a get it done personality friendly professional and just overall impressed with his service and personality he s a good guy with a big heart go see him and get hooked up today!

Bought the car of my dreams (a 2014 Mustang GT convertible) there on 8/21/19. Since then, I've changed the wheels on the car, but that was just for cosmetic purposes. The purchase experience in Salisbury was painless, even pleasant. K.J. Johnson was my salesperson, and he was extremely personable, knowledgeable, kindly, and professional. There was some mild haggling over the price, but we settled quickly, and I drove out of the lot with my dream car --- at what I feel was a very fair price. I would not hesitate to use The Car Store in Salisbury and Mr. Johnson again if I'm ever in the market for another used car. From my observations, it appears as if The Car Store only stocks very clean, dependable, desirable vehicles.

I went into The Car Store needing a reliable vehicle for my son and I; Drake was my car Salesman and he was on point and made sure that I was able to get into the best vehicle for me and my son. Shoutout to Drake and Aaron Justice the Sales Manager!! Their customer service and the complete experience was phenomenal. Thank you again for all of your help. Mr. Kenny is the best. He tells you everything that you need to know about the car that you are getting.Follow up. Car store is nothing but liars. I had this car only a 1 1/2. They said i had insurance and everything that protects this car. If something happens. Well last thursday a rod went through the moter. Idknow how but it did. Lets just say Mr. Kenny and car store left me high and dry with 12000 left on the car. Nobody wouldnt take me bc my loan was so high. But preston in Hurlock took good care of me. NEVER WILL SHOP A CAR STORE EVER AGAIN. I work hard for what i have.

The car shop itself is good but don t take the extended warranty they give you and make sure you ask them did they do a transmission flush on the vehicle if it has high miles. Only had the vehicle a year and two months. Transmission has went up and the warranty company won t cover it talking about we should of had a transmission flush. When we brought it how was we supposed to know that in 4000 miles of getting the vehicle that something like that was due. Never was advised of no services that was needed right away.
