Todd was an absolute Godsend. My key got stuck in my ignition just a few days before I was moving to Baltimore to start a new job. He went out of his way to find the fastest delivery for the parts needed, installed them that day, made sure my battery was still good, and then topped off fluids and added air to my tires for good measure. He was incredibly helpful and understanding throughout the entire process and I am so grateful!

Todd (forgive I'd that isn't his name) has been A+++ for me and my husband after a horrendous mistake in part due to another 'popular' auto shop. Every step of the way he has been thorough with our car, checking all the nooks and crannies, and ensuring that at the end of the day the car is in tip top shape. I can't thank him enough for all he has done for us.Their prices are reasonable for car services, and has even been given dependant upon the situation at hand. Overall, as long as we live here in Salisbury, this is where every vehicle we own will go.Support local and you won't regret it.

I was out of town visiting family and had a brake caliper leak, he got us right in and was so helpful and kind. The year before on vacation I needed spark plugs in my other car and again he got us right in and fixed the issue. Greatest customer service, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure the issue is fixed and the car is safe. I wish he had a location in my hometown. He put our minds at ease and we were able to enjoy our vacation.Service: Brakes

The gentleman that helped me went above and beyond, this place doesn't do tire replacement anymore, but he had 2 tires that went to my car, price was reasonable and he checked out the under cover where my oil change happens. The guy was super nice, loved the customer service he was awesome, definitely will come back here for general maintenance whn needed.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I am very particular about my car care. I take my wife's car there, as well, which says a lot. I'm even more particular about her car... needs to be 100% reliable.I have always been very impressed with the attention to detail. They go the extra step to make sure that everything is done properly. That extra step just saved me a ton on an alternator! Reasonably priced and great to work with. Two thumbs up!!

Todd and the Mechanic that drive the 2door Chevy pickup I'm sorry I can't remember his name. Them both are Heroes/Lifesavers honestly. My SUV was gonna die on us do to the alternator going bad and they when above and beyond the extra mile to help me and my family get back on the road.

I have nothing but great things to say about sos auto service! I have taken my vehicles to todd since 2009 and have been treated with the utmost respect. He is extremely thorough and always does a great job for me while also saving me money. In my opinion, sos is the best shop in town. 5 star review!

Horrible serviceTotal rip offWaist of timeWouldn't produce paperwork for parts/belt that was suppossedly ordered , put on our vehicle and RETURNED. Which is un heard of. Take to another mechanic to be told we were completely ripped off and nothing was done to our car but taken apart in pieces! LividDon't recommend this place at all!!

Todd, does whatever it takes to get the job done. Horrible service! Doesn't know what he's doing! Charged for a service that was never completed. Don't recommend at all.
