horrible repair shop. i had a accident in my 2021 rav4, my truck sat there from around April 22/3rd until the 26th of may. they lied not once but 3 times saying they were gonna tear down my truck to give my insurance a final estimate. Kept calling them on the days they were suppose to tear it down only to be told it wouldnt be started until the following week. It was always "well start it next Monday" that happened twice an then the 3rd time was told they were waiting on their advanced Technician to finish up other jobs. MY TRUCK SAT THERE OVER A MONTH AN THEY NEVER EVEN TORE IT DOWN MY INSURANCE AGENT HAD TO GO OUT THERE FOR THE MILLIONTH TIME AN CONSIDERED IT A TOTAL LOSS! A WHOLE MONTH WITHOUT AN ANSWER!!! thank god my insurance is paying me 44,878 for my suv so I will be getting the same exact suv brand new, already signed the paper work! PLUS THEY PROBABLY WOULDNT HAVE FIXED IT PROPERLY AN GOD ONLY KNOWS HOW LONG IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN TO REPAIR!!! The repair shop dump isn't even the MAIN issue, it's the unprofessional receptionists at the insurance claim/shop office or whatever they wanna call it. i went in there visibly upset about my car an she told me "calm down it's not that serious" really lady??? Of course not!! It's not your 40,000 suv possibly totaled an your only mode of transportation to an from work an to get necessities. I'm gonna find any an every review website an give this dump a horrible review of this nightmare experience I had!!! DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SHOP UNLESS YOU WANT TO GO WITHOUT YOUR CAR FOR MONTHS AN WITHOUT ANSWERS FOR EVEN LONGER!! THE RECEPTIONISTS MADE THIS EXPERIENCE HELL!!! THE LIES AN HIGHLY INSENSITIVE!!! Very Bad Experience... Whomever is taking the calls has no idea what's going on and will tell you car will be ready that day or next day and none of the repairs has even been started,.... Terrible customer service.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Took my son's car there to have it repaired had to return it 3 times after the repairs and it's still not right and the quarter panel is now rusting because they never painted it completely very sloppy work the work was done in September of 2019
