I purchased a vehicle for my daughter on the evening, of March 22 and then went back at the agreed upon time the following morning to complete the paperwork and pick up the car. During this time, the vehicle was to be detailed.The following morning, we arrived and completed the paperwork. The vehicle still had not been detailed and they asked that we come back a couple of hours later, which we did. After waiting a couple of hours, I picked up the car, which still had not detailed, and agreed to return the car the following week so it could be.As I prepared to leave with the car, they were putting a dealer tag on since there had been an issue with printing a temp tag. I saw the young man struggling with only one screw holding the tag. He took it to the service bay where a mechanic made a temp repair until a proper repair could be made. I took the car and drove off. I then found the air conditioning was broken. I turned around and took the vehicle back.The manager apologized and offered a loaner car, which was quite nice.I left with the loaner and today, April 10, I received a call that the car was ready. I had been patient until I found that the vehicle still had not been detailed. I told the same young man that struggled with the tag almost three earlier and all he could say is, it isn t his fault.The only person that took responsibility was the more experienced lady who was apparently their senior sales person. She was pleasant and stated we dropped the ball. She offered for me to return the vehicle to be detailed to which I said I would not be returning it as 3 weeks was sufficient to detail the car. She agreed.I found most employees were young, inexperienced and two actually vocalized they were looking for other careers. I recommend the senior leadership find a way to bring in more experience to prevent such failures in the future.

What I appreciated the most from this dealership was the up front honesty. There are far too many places and people that divert what needs to be said and known. I am the type of person that prefers honesty and handling bad news when it needs to be given.Thankfully I did not have a situation like that with my car being looked at for a minor issue; however they disclosed to me information about my warranty that the dealership where I purchased my car did not. I find that to be upsetting. The service writer Chris was very informative and was willing to help me. I will be returning to them in the future for any other issues and possibly another purchase down the road.

Excellent quick service, done while I waited. Front desk customer service rep, Jamar, was friendly, professional and kept me informed throughout the process. Labor costs are high. Also had a miscellaneous cost that I have no idea what that is. Glad check engine light is finally off, went to several garages that didn t know the answer.

Kingdom Sonogood was excellent to deal with no pressure salesman and was excellent communication. If I had to say anything else would be there was no follow up to see that everything was going well. Overall great sale

Kingdom found me an amazing deal after my total loss. I put in a credit app after closing, he called same night and after giving some failry strict parameters he told me he would look around in the morning. Within 24 hours had a great deal and driving.

Needed a recall addressed along with a couple other issues... the service department handled the work professionally, their communication was great, they provided video of the diagnosis. They were friendly and very helpful with providing info on questions I had.

Kingdom of Pohanka VW did an excellent job getting my husband and I into a new vehicle with a lower payment, and even helped us get the best deal for our trade. We are so pleased. We have bought 6 vehicles from Pohanka over the last 10 years and he was the most efficient salesperson thus far! Aside from his talent, Kingdom just exudes good vibes and a positive, professional attitude. We will definitely see him again soon!

The service was great. The service advisor Chris was very informative and nice. I recieved a video showing me the current condition of my tires and brakes. We also recieved a very affordable price for new tires.

From first call until post purchase, my experience was five stars through and through. Josh helped me with my first test drive. Hunter took me on my second drive. Elizabeth was amazing as well and shared her expertise.Cassie, the general sales manager, was AMAZING. She was so incredibly wonderful to deal with and so responsive to all of my questions.I cannot thank them enough for helping me with my purchase of a new car, especially one with such new technology that I needed help learning. I would recommend them without hesitation!

An honest and excellent dealership. Typically when you think of a dealership you think of shady people trying to work you for every nickel and dime you have. The team at Pohanka VW do not fit that stereotype. Top notch customer service.. from service to parts to the sales people. Will definitely come back for all my VW needs.

I was welcomed by Jamar Brown, very pleasant. He got my information and then showed me the waiting room and I could help myself to a beverage. He was very attentive to everyone that was waiting for their vehicles and keeping us informed of the status of our vehicles. A+ customer service!

I had a great experience With Pohanka Volkswagen in Salisbury Maryland thanks to my service representative Steven. He found a loaner for me even though it was later in the day and he kept me appraised of what was going on with my car and when it would be ready for pick up and I m thrilled with the way the car looked when I got it and I appreciate the fact that they put gas in it and they washed it, so thank you very much Steven and thank you. I went to Pohanka just to visit a friend working there since I was in town. Had no intentions of trading my vehicle at this time but conversation quickly turned into what kind of vehicle do I want to look at. Later that evening I left driving a 2023 Volkswagen Tiguan. Thank you Sherrie Haynes for making this experience worthwhile! Thank you for allowing to go to my grandson s birthday party and to return to finish this purchase.

Just had the BEST, least painful car service appointment EVER at Pohanka VM! I ve owned a lot of cars and have dealt with many dealers - NONE have ever come close to this. Greeted by professional service provider, apprised along the way, provided a video of the tech s inspection. Totally TOP NOTCH! I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH!!!!

My experience was exceptional from be contacted and assisted at the dealership by all involved in my purchase. I went there to check out a vehicle but it did not meet my expectations. My salesperson was very knowledgeable about the vehicles i test drove and accommodating enough to find a good fit for me that I had not considered. Thank you again Kingdom for your service.

I checked in at Pohanka VW at 9:23AM I was not able to leave the dealership until 12:30PM. This was the second service on this car since new. So the service took 2 1/2 hours to complete. Then my car was sitting on the lot, apparently finished, but nobody was at the service desk to check me out. Finally I had to check with another person there, who checked me out. So I spent 3 hours waiting at Pohanka VW for a service, which should have take no more that 1/2 hour. NOT HAPPY.

Always very professional and prompt service. Jamar kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle. All the parts I needed were in stock and my car was ready the same day. Four stars only because I was hoping my car would have been washed.

Steve is amazing! I always ask to see him because I trust him. Today he told me initially that my bill was a hundred fifty and something, and then when it was time to pay he said actually it s a hundred thirty and something. He is always professional and kind to me, he is the reason why I go there.

I called to advise my vehicle turned off about a block away from the dealershipand would not restart. I was asked my location and they sent a Technician to help me. They were understanding and very helpful. I had a great experience!

Excellent service on my Passat. The airbag light had come on and I heard a crunching noise in the steering wheel. It needed a new clock spring and it was taken care of quickly and was free of charge. (My husband is the one who took it in and he had a great experience with Pohanka VW.

Great customer service as soon as you enter the service department. Representative Chris was Great professional and friendly. The part that needed to be replaced was in stock. Once diagnosis was confirmed it did not take long for them to fix repair. I left feeling very satisfied.

Check engine light came on this AM so I drove straight to PohankaVW. They were able to take me immediately and diagnosed my problems. Presented me with options which were clear. They had the parts in stock and could do the job right away and completed my repairs right away. So thankful I could get this taken care of today and didn't have to make an appointment and drive my ailing vehicle. Great experience with great personnel! A+ Thank You

Five stars for the attentive eye and kindness the folks in service provided when I was there earlier this week. I will say that it was the first time in many years that I was there waiting for that long (5 hours), but that was not the fault of service. They kept me informed and explained everything throughout my time there.

Pohanka VW of Salisbury doesn t requires scheduled appointment to serve your vehicle. This time I just called them prior to go there to ensure they have the parts for the passenger side PODS sensor recall on my 2019 Atlas. So I got there at 1:30 pm and the work was completed at 4:30 pm. As before, the advisors and technicians at this dealership are a great asset for us the car owners. Happy with theirs service.
