Everyone who was involved in the sale of my new car was wonderful ,from my salesman Brandon Underwood and Finance manager Phil Lewis. I mistakenly missed a salesman who I inadvertently screwed out of a sale named Walter,he called congratulated me and told me to come by so he could show me all the bells and whistles. A very nice auto group, I highly recommend them

Shantayla Gilliam is the BEST!! Finance and insurance manager at Pohanka Toyota of Salisbury! If I could give her 10 stars I would! She jump through firery hoops to make sure I was driving off with a 2024 in 2024!!!!! In the a short period of time I spent with her I could write a book about how helpful & smooth she made my process! Just when I was about to give up and walk away she was there to SAVE THE DAY & I WILL FOREVER BE THANKFUL THAT GOD SENT HER MY WAY!!!!!!!

I arrived at 11:47 am. I was informed it was a 2 to 21/2 hour wait. I decided to wait. But when I received my statement they checked me in at 12:35 pm. That was 38 minutes later after my arrival. They brought my car to the parking lot where it sat for another 10 minutes. I went to the counter after the 10 minutes he asked my name stated I just have to do the paperwork. If I didn't stand there don't know how much longer I would have waited. I finally signed my paperwork and checked out at 3:07 pm. I have been dealing with pohanka Hyundai for over 20 years this is the worst service I have ever had there. Yes I understand there can be backups but to wait 3 hours for oil change tire rotation is a bit much.

Cedrick is the only one I trust on helping me get a car. I would recommend everyone to go to him. If anyone can get you in a car it s him. He s very respectful and treats you with the up most respect.

Stopped in to trade in my Santa Fe for a new one a few weeks ago. My sales man Tim took great care of me and made the process as smooth are possible. Stanley and Kim assisted in their perspective roles to complete the process. The dealership was clean and well stocked (I had multiple vehicles to choose from that fit my needs). This is the 4th Huyundai I have purchased, all from different dealerships. I have had a great experience each time. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy in the Salisbury area.

I have used Pohanka of Salisbury since I bought my car new in 2005. All service and maintenance have been done by them since then. The car runs vary well and will become a classic in January 2025.

I've bought vehicles here for the past 16 years - typically have been satisfied but My recent purchase was the worst I've ever experienced. I felt my sales person was not forthcoming or honest. I left feeling manipulated & still feel uneasy & regretful about my purchase. Will most likely not purchase my next vehicle here. I was promised a 2nd key, haven't received it; overcharged for value of vehicle; My 1st bill is $40+ more than agreed/discussed in the office. Overall, less than friendly, honest business is an understatement.

From my experience, the Service Department is one I'd never recommend to anyone. Timeliness and proficiency are NOT their strong points! Two problems were from the time of delivery of the vehicle that still have not been addressed (3 months later). I'm still waiting

They started as very courteous. Apologetic due to the part for our vehicle on backorder. Once the part arrive that is when things went badly. The fuel pump was not put in correctly which caused fuel to leak onto the fuel pump housing where the electrical connector sits. So the connector was sitting in fuel which could have resulted in a fire/explosion when the vehicle was operating. My son operates the vehicle and he takes it to school. I am at a loss for words on how poorly we were treated we this dealership trying to make things right. which they never did. They offered a free tank of gas. Ironic.7/2/20 So the dealership replied to my review to email them and i sent them my letter to MBUSA. I also disputed the charges with my bank. This was their reply:I made some calls and found that this matter was investigated thru your credit card company as well as Mercedes- Benz and has been officially closed. Have a great day! - i actually laughed out loud with the lack of courtesy!Clearly i am still upset that they returned a vehicle to my son that could have caught fire or exploded due to their workmanship. The funny part is Carlos said they had their best tech on the vehicle. i'd hate to see what their worst tech would do.

I received a call from Paul Eaton which he s the Chief Operating officer to Meet with he and Mr. Thurman Donoway who s the General Manager to resolve some issues from 2 days ago on a Vehicle that I purchased.They were super polite and assigned the Sales and leasing Consultant Vincent King to go over every inch of the vehicle. They assured me in writing that all issues are going to be repaired in writing and gave me gift cards for my troubles. I d also like to thank Ryan Devage who was very polite and professional from the moment I walked in the door for a loaner vehicle.

If you re going to buy from here talk to Dave Carpenter. He s a good guy and will take extra steps to make sure you re happy even after the sale is made. The same cannot be said for a lot of other people who work here. I m only giving 5 stars because Dave took the time to make my experience as stress free as possible. But without Dave, this is a 2 star dealership at best.

Rachel Chatterton is the star! Rachel is a professional and extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision. And, most importantly, I knew exactly what I wanted, and I never stepped foot in the dealership, Rachel worked the entire buying process over the phone. Rachel shined, keeping in touch daily even when the dealership was closed to ensure the experience was a positive one for me.

Good inventory, prompt service. I recommend reading the satisfaction survey THOROUGHLY. If customers are not satisfied, PLEASE give the dealership the opportunity to correct. It will get done.

I haven't bought anything there yet, but my mother has and it was the best experience she has ever completed when buying a vehicle. Mainly because Johnny Thompson is the GOAT (Greatest Of All Time) and helped his Mom. He made sure he got her the best of what was out there, called around and got the exact specifications she wanted in the vehicle too. Didn't matter how many.places he had to call he did it. He treats each and every sale just like he is selling to his family. He is definitely the one you want selling you a vehicle because IF YOU VALUE THE TRUTH AND WANT A CAR SALESMAN YOU CAN TRUST HE IS BY FAR YOUR MAN. I am proud of my brother and all he has accomplished at Pohanka. I would rather him do this then put his life on the line being a police officer. He loves his work and the success he has experienced and earned makes me so happy for him!!
