Stanley Fyall has helped me for years and has supported me on my journey of leasing. This year I was finally able to get my fully loaded SUV, and I couldn't have done it without Stanley! Absolutely AMAZING customer service! I live in Virginia and purchased without actually seeing my 2020 GENESIS G70 in person or test driving the vehicle. The pictures posted on their website were true to what I received on delivery. My salesperson, Corian Mills , was the BEST! Corian was extremely helpful and communicated with me throughout the entire process to make sure that I was happy from beginning to end. Kim,Alyssa and Cheri ,in finance and their titling dept., were on top of everything with dealing with the sales order, DMV and getting my car titled in Virginia.I recommend Pohanka of Salisbury Hyundai.They are honest and provide great pricing and deals.I am so HAPPY with my new , used car. Excellent customer service! We were traveling and were far from home. Our service advisor Carly was very helpful and kept us up to date with the status of our car s repairs. Everything worked out fine and we made it back to NY safely. Thank you Carly!

So happy they could service my needs. Had my oil and my rear window wiper and cabin filter changed. They also have a great waiting room area. They gave me a list of needed things to be taken care of when I am able to have them done.

My sales rep (Herbert from the Kia shop) was awesome. Can t say enough good things about him- I worked with him for about 10 days before deciding on a vehicle. He was new and friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Things he wasn t sure about he asked others and got informed answers. I m very pleased with my vehicle choice! That said, I m giving fewer stars because I m very disappointed in the follow up service by finance. Hindsight, I should waited until the next morning and secured my own financing. I was signing late in the evening and in the morning was approved for a much lower rate. I want to switch the loan from theirs to my own but finance will not reply to my calls or email inquiries. I reached out, initially, 15 hours after leaving and am still waiting for a reply 2 days later The finance person was very nice, but they withhold the actual interest rate until very late into the process and seemed irritated when I didn t choose all the extra buy-ins. Hopefully the service center (when I need it in the future) can wash the sour taste out of my mouth :/

Place in Dover couldn't see me until May 10. Pohanka took me right in, did service in 2 hours, and cost less. Customer Service kind, happy, nice people, all costs explained ahead of work. Well worth the drive down from Delaware.

As always they don't disappoint. Brought my wife's car in on a recall notice. Fast clean and friendly service. Been coming here since a dealer in Dover where we bought it, told me I would need to make an appointment and only during the week. Because they don't do recall work on the weekend. Of course I will miss a day of work for a recall. NOT....

What a great place to by a car, Alex was the greatest. No pressure. And so kind. We got a great deal.with all the animals in that place.They made it so much fun. It was like going on Vacation and leaving with a new car, And the cookies were great. They will work with you to make sure you get what you like.

Had a recent visit after a random car issue that suddenly occurred. I was able to schedule same day and I was out and handled within hours. They even provide shuttle access to food in the area while you wait! Service was excellent and not predatory! Will definitely return for service and more!!

I had been scouting multiple Dealers for a good deal on a Santa Fe with all the amazing features.Learned so much from Jason Simns. He and his team helped me drive away with more car for less. I live 1.5 hrs. away and it was well worth the drive.Thanks Jason

3 stars for the wait time in the Service Department to have an oil change. We were able to kill time by taking the provided shuttle over to the mall, which helped. Overall, switching to an appointment system would probably be much more efficient with customers' wait time. Just showing up is a gamble, especially on a Saturday. Free or not.....already dreading the next oil change.

Used Roadside Assistance for the first time. Quick response and arrival by a friendly, professional driver who towed us to Pohanka. Got a call from Carly about tire repair almost immediately letting me know the car had arrived and she would follow up as soon as it was inspected. Which she did. Next day the work was done and Carly called to let me know. I asked if any of the work (a $45 charge to patch/plug a tire) was covered by warranty. Carly went out of her way to research my case. Great customer service and a wonderful attitude!

UPDATE: i got my car serviced again on Friday 1/12/24 and the service I received was VERY good and positive from beginning to end! I have now given Pohanka Hyundai 4 stars. If they continue with the good customer service, I will definitely give 5 stars!UPDATE: I just got my car serviced again today and Garrett Richardson checked me in and out! BIG DIFFERENCE!!! I just went from 1 Star to 3 Stars because of Garrett! EXCELLENT Customer Service Skills and he answered every question I had without any hesitation! I might start recommending them again soon!There s a BIG difference between the Sales customer service and the Service Department! The service department is horrible! Prior to me purchasing this Hyundai, I had a Toyota for 12 years and was always treated with respect, friendliness and a smile. More importantly the techs knew how to do their jobs and they were transparent!The first time I took my car in to be serviced, they didn t reset my time for service notifications. I drive home, then turn around and drive back. The service advisor Carly tells me the resets are different in the new vehicles the tech didn t know. I accept that and leave after it s reset.Yesterday 4/12/23 I go to have my car serviced. I m sitting in the tiny waiting area and look outside and see my car parked in a different spot. I walk up to the counter and ask if my car is finished. Carly responds yeah I m doing your paperwork I go back and sit down, 15 minutes later she walks over and hands me keys and paperwork. She does NOT discuss anything with me about what was done or recommended.I leave and start driving home, the service required notification comes on. I turn around and go back. This time I ask for the Service Manager. I eventually get to speak with her and she says the same darn thing they told me the first time about techs! I said if a tech can t reset notifications, why are you allowing them to work on my car? Why does my invoice say an alignment check is recommended but it was not done? Why didn t you tell me that? She literally stood in silence staring into space and says I ll look into it. I m very upset and disappointed. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH POHANKA HYUNDAI!!! It s not worth it. If anything positive happens, I will come back and edit my review. Until then, don t do any business with them! For transparency im including pics of my invoice!

I went online to the Pohanka site to schedule a service visit for 10 o clock this morning. It was my first scheduled 8000 mile check up. I called because I was driving from Millsboro, Almost an hour away, to say I was running about 15 minutes late. I was told no problem. They took my car in immediately at 10:20. I asked how long they thought it would be and was told maybe an hour to an hour and 10 minutes. I got my car back at 1:20 PM . Three hours later. Upon Inquiring at the desk as to whether they prioritize scheduled appointments, I was told that this particular facility does not accept scheduled appointments. I think the website should be straightened out. I wish I had a dealership that I could move my oil changes too. I m not sure what I ll do going forward.

Waited 2 1/2 hours for what I thought was an oil change. Turns out they did other complementary services but failed for inform me of anything. I would have rejected the services if I had known. They need to have better communication.

It was quick and straight forward. Fastest auto transaction I ever had. Got in and out in under 2.5 hours with the car we wanted along with the deal we wanted. Brett kept looking for the car we wanted and didn't give up. It took 4 weeks but he found our unicorn. Thank you Brett!

I was there for a recall. I received a friendly welcome at the service desk. They informed me the recall would take about an hour. That was accurate. The waiting area was very nice, clean and with complimentary refreshments.

My last experience at Pohanka Hyundai of Salisbury wasn t good. On February 17, 2024 my car started making a weird noise and the engine oil pressure light appeared on my dashboard. According to my sticker my car had about 1000 miles left until an oil change was due. My father checked my oil and there was no oil on the dipstick. My father had to put a little over 2 quarts of oil in my car. He told me that should be enough oil for me to get to the dealership. On February 18, 2024 I ran a few errands around town which shouldn t have used a lot of oil. On February 19, 2024 I took my car to Pohanka to have them check my car to see if it was burning oil. I spoke with a lady at the desk. I told her that my father had to put a little over 2 quarts of oil in my car on February 17, 2024 because there was no oil on the dipstick, I told her to have the mechanic check the spark plugs to see if they were wet, and to take a look at the tail pipe because it was dark as if my car was burning oil. She didn t write any of this information down while I was telling her this. The mileage on my car was 96,187. I told her I had been in for service in May 2023 and October 2023 regarding oil for my vehicle. In May 2023 I took my car for service due to the check engine light and engine oil pressure light appearing on my dashboard. During that time they ran tests and didn t find any issues. They notated on the paperwork that there was no oil on the dipstick and completed an oil change. The lady then stated in order for them to test that a vehicle is burning oil they do a series of testing every 1000 miles. I told her no one told me this in May 2023 when I had brought my vehicle in with no oil on the dipstick or in October 2023. I told her I had no idea about this testing and it was never notated on my paperwork. Now I m 4 months away from having my car for 10 years and 3,813 miles away from the 100,000 mile warranty. At this point I m at risk of running out of time for my warranty. This testing should have been offered to me in May 2023 when I first experienced an issue with my oil.

I really appreciate Pohanka Hyundai after a bad experience at a dealership in Florida. I called Pohanka and spoke to Carly in Service after the Florida dealership gave me an estimate for $2500. In repairs in my car. I went there for a rear brake job that Pep Boys told me I needed after replacing a tire. Carly explained what work was already done, what could wait until I got home and what needed to be done right away. I was lucky enough to get Carly as my Service Advisor when I came in on March 13th and we planned what and when the remaining work would be done. She really saved me a lot of money. The only con about Pohanka is you can't make appointments. I live an hour away and usually have other appointments the day I bring my car in for work. Carly is a fabulous!

I felt like I was being sold something that I didn t need. I regret taking my car to your dealership for service. I was told my car was to be washed then your wash bay was not operable. When done I was told they would bring me my vehicle, that took more than 10 minutes and the young man just walked past me to hand the keys to the service representative. Poor marketing and poor customer service.
