I bought my car from Anthony Graci. I had an amazing experience throughout the process. He was super helpful and answered all my questions. To this day if I have any questions he is still there to answer them! He took the time to listen to what I wanted for my first car and helped me come to my decision. I bought the perfect car with his help. When I am due for a new car I am definitely going back to him!

Taylor and Nikki were so responsive and helpful. They answered all of my questions quickly, and were more than willing to send me further photos, information, and paperwork to help me feel more comfortable with purchasing a car I could not see in person. I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, but the experience was nonetheless incredibly pleasant, informative, and accommodating.

Salesperson at Kia was extremely disinterested in assisting us. Went to Honda where salesperson was very helpful. We weren't intending to buy for another week, but he found the perfect vehicle for us. Went home with a new vehicle. Very happy.

I have been dealing with Pohanka for 20 plus years. I have never been disappointed with the service i have received. They are courteous, informative, helpful i have bought at least 6 vehicles from them and had them service each one. My last car had 418,000 miles thanks to the service department. I drive up now and they know me by name and that makes an old lady feel comfortable and i know they are trustworthy. Go Pohanka!!

Our interest in Pohanka was motivated both by the business's Delmarva dominance and by our daughter's experience with the dealership. She told us that we needed to see the sales associate (Dan Adam?) that we spent the day with. We are thoroughly satisfied with the service provided by everyone with whom we interacted. Charlie Staffeldt in Sales went way above and beyond for me yesterday. My leased 2021 CR-V was experiencing electronic difficulties that made it unsafe to drive, so I had to have it towed to the dealership for evaluation. Ironically, they were unable to duplicate the issue once it arrived in the shop. I wasn t sure what to do & I was going to be at the end of my lease in 5 months, so Charlie suggested that we make the swap to a newer model now rather than wait. He came to my workplace in the new CR-V so that I could take a test drive, then returned later with the paperwork for me to sign and left the new vehicle with me. The only thing I needed to do after work was drop off my second key and collect my personal belongings from the older vehicle. If that isn t superstar level customer service, I don t know what is. I am forever grateful.

I enjoy visiting this Honda location for routine maintenance. The service advisor Greg is always prompt in checking me in, personable and professional. The wait time is usually not too long and they provide shuttle service if you choose .The service team doesn t try to upsell me with unnecessary repairs or other things not needed. Keep up the good work Pohanka Honda.

Pohanka Honda did an absolute amazing job helping me get my vehicle back on the road. They quoted me a price and it ended up being less money than the quote on the final bill. The person who helped me, the service person Leah, she was very nice, professional and very helpful. They also provided me with a shuttle to pick my vehicle up when it was finished as I did not have any other way up there. This was great because it was additional costs, and I believe the drivers name was Sam. Sam was also very awesome! He was on time, professional, extra courteous, and I would extremely extremely recommend using Pohanka service to anybody!!! My car was down and I dropped it off around 10:30 am and in maybe. an hour . again so much thanks to Pohanka, to Leah, to the Driver I believe his name was Sam, and even their manager I think her name was Lori she was even very nice as well to me. She seemed very excited and proud to hear her employees were doing so well. For me, being polite, respectful, caring and good communication mean everything and that s hard to come by nowadays with mechanics and just all businesses in general .Again thank you so much !!!!

Salesman was very knowledgeable of the vehicle we purchased. He assisted us with test drive and price quote even though the other salesman we had appointment with was busy with another customer. Great customer service and very efficient with financing and processing.

It was a very pleasant and assuring experience. I haven t been to Honda in a while but I always take my car there for maintenance being as though it s a Honda accord and they always take care of me the same day as a walk-in. Therefore, I was there for the day because I needed to get a couple things done which took about six hours. My service advisor was Jessica Hudson and she was super helpful and nice throughout the whole day. She kept me updated as things went on and made sure I had a comfortable experience at Honda. She has been my service advisor in the past and is always awesome every time I come! Shout out to her, thank you for taking care of me. I appreciate everyone at Honda for giving me and my car their time and energy.

We have purchased several Hondas over the years and have always received fair prices and great service. We have purchased our last 3 vehicles from salesman, Taylor Bounds. He is easy to deal with, helpful, and willing to help in any way to get the deal done without being pushy. We highly recommend him and Pohanka Honda.

All the sales people I worked with were very accommodating and helped each other out. I had good experiences test driving cars until I found the right model and features. Joel was very helpful in setting up my safety features in the car exactly how I wanted. Taylor helped me be able to test drive in the rain to get a good feel for the car. The financial manager helped me find maintenance packages that work for the amount of driving that I do.

As usual, I was greeted immediately by a service employee. They asked if I needed a ride anywhere, but did not need one. My car was ready in about 1.5 hrs, and had also been washed. The service was great and the staff was excellent!

The salesman Charlie and his supervisor Caleb was very helpful and did everything they could to help with purchasing a vehicle. They went above and beyond and explained everything to us and was truthful throughout the process. I give them 5 stars

Jennifer Hudson is outstanding at what she does!! Today's wait time was reasonable. Everything is explained thoroughly!! Since my husband's passing in November 2022, I am now responsible for maintaining my vehicle. I rely on and TRUST the staff at Pohanka Honda to provide top-notch service, and they meet my expectation!

I ve been going to this dealership for almost 8 years now and have always been very satisfied with their service department. Greg, my service rep, has been there that whole time and is wonderful to work with. Today was my first regular maintenance for my 23 Accord plus a minor recall item. I was out in under 2 hours. Perfect.

The young lady that came out was very courteous from start to finish. She explained what was done and a couple of minor things I will need done soon. My car was washed but not too good of job. Still had same bird mess on car when it went in. Overall good service as far as I could see.

I highly recommend them the service writer I just had Jessica the person who concierge my car back-and-forth to my home and Delaware to their service place in Salisbury.. I give them 110% on everything I highly suggest this dealership

I recently took a trip to Pohanka Honda of Salisbury with my grandmother who was buying me a new car. Our experience there was top-notch! the salesman we were working with named JR was fantastic! Not only did he thoroughly and enthusiastically, answer any questions, and provide more insight and information, but he was very personable as well. The lady that we filled out the paperwork with was also wonderful. Although this wasn t our first time, looking for a vehicle here, it was The best experience we ve had so far.

David Carpenter is the best. He works with his customers and is kind and patient. He is on your side . David is always available to answer your questions during and after your deal . He actually cares about his customers.Jared Algier is perfect at helping you get the best deal he can get for you. He is willing to negotiate with you and then works on your behalf to get you the best financing available.I have always found David and Chris to work with you better than any other dealership.

The customer service when I first arrived and the actual work on my car was good, however the customer service was not up to par when I picked up my vehicle. My car was covered in snow and ice and the gentlemen working barely took the snow off and left the ice on my car. I would expect all cars to be cleaned at the time of pickup, especially with the price tag of the overall service.

Not very happy with their service department Waited 3 hours for an oil change, oil filter and tire rotation! Let s not mention every time I take my car for servicing my rims get scratched! This is NOT the first time this has happened .Their salesman on the other hand are amazing

Had a great experience buying my Ridgeline at Pohanka, and especially enjoyed working with Mike Quinn. Definitely go talk to this guy if you are interested in a new Honda. He makes it as efficient a process as you will find....and this dude stays busy with customers!
