Devin, my salesman, was amazing. He and Mike in finance were able to make miracles happen to get me into a new explorer and get away from absurd finance charges. They are the best ever !!! They were both so very kind and understanding of my situation and got me what I wanted !!!!! Thank you for all you've done. I'm Totally in love with her !!!Update: she's had her first oil change and I'm so happy with the service department ! Destiny, the advisor, was very kind and friendly. I got stuck in construction on the way making me a half hour late, and they still did my service. Fantastic experience !!!

The staff was very friendly and they did not make you feel rushed or preasured to make your decisions. They definitely make you feel welcome.I really like my new Ford Escape. Very nice vehicle.

I had been looking for several months for a specific Ford Edge. Found what I was looking for and not only the vehicle but Evan O Dell got me the best deal on a Ford Certified which was better than expected. And better than their competitor by far. Highly recommend. Customer service was outstanding. He even stayed after he got off on a Friday evening to close the deal.

I just purchased a new 2024 Ford F150 Platinum Plus from Pohanka and I could not be more pleased with the excellent service! Leigha, as my sales rep, was very helpful and pleasant to work with. She went over the top giving me her time, setting up a test drive and guiding me through the sales process. Whenever I texted or called her for a question or request, she always got back to me very quickly. Marquise, the Finance Manager, was also very helpful. He was very thorough guiding me through the finance and warranty options, spending extra time working on a deal that met my needs and goals. And Scott, the sales manager, could not have been better to work with. All the folks at Pohanka ford are consummate professionals. I ve been bringing my 2012 Ford F150 in for service the past 5 yrs and have always received great service and I especially love the pickup and delivery service as I primarily work out of my home office. Pohanka Ford has a life long customer in me. Thank you, Pohanka!

I had the pleasure of working with Matt H., who was very helpful! He was courteous and patient with us. Matt made sure he put us the perfect vehicle to suit my wants. What really impressed us was how informative he was. And when he didn't have the answer, he sought out the person who could provide the answer or researched it. It was truly a pleasant experience! Everyone I encountered from the gentleman in finance, named Marquis, to their manager, who I believe is named Anthony, was easy to work with and pleasant. Would certainly buy from there again!

Service department was very rude. I got a tire fixed and apparently it was over what my tire insurance would pay, I was not called to see if I wanted a different tire or if I even wanted to get the tire and pay the difference. They stuck the tire on and dropped back off to me. The service guy, Ryan called me and told me I owed a balance and I questioned and asked why I wasn t contacted. He informed me that he would have to pay for the difference out of his own pocket and hung up on me. Very rude. I called a manager which told me he was going to let me the general manager know and call me back. I never got a phone call back. I did call back and the general manager said it had been taken care of and it was just put in wrong. But did no apology for how their employee acted. I definitely never had these kind of problems from other dealerships I ve dealt with. I definitely will buy my next truck somewhere else.

The technician Brandon and the service advisor Nicole were outstanding. Brandon listened to me, was very skilled at troubleshooting. He actually called me while working on my car to be sure he understood what was going on. He found the problem quickly and fixed it. My car is a 2009 Ford Flex and not a high dollar late model car yet they treated me like I mattered. I ll admit that I came to the dealer expecting to pay top dollar and to be treated like a number based on past experience. The opposite was true! Very happy!

The absolute worst car buying experience. I m 57 years old and have bought 6 used cars prior to this year. 5 of them fro the same dealer because of their great service. My wife and I was escorted to a young ladies cubical. We told her we wanted to see the 2 ford flex s they had on the lot. We looked at 1 but wanted to see the other one. She said we could not see it because it was being detailed. She said detailing was way in the back of the property. We just wanted to see the seating. We were not worried about cleanliness. I suggested to call back and see if they could show it. She did not. While we were talking, the sales associate said there is my next appointment . A co-worker was standing behind us and announced that her appointment was here. No one took over for her and we left. We bought a car a week later from a dealer that drove an hour and a half for us to test drive their vehicle.

Joyce was great with trying to get us answers to our questions. However, if you need a service manager to get in touch with you in a timely manner, don't hold your breath. I received a phone call at the very end of the day with a promise to receive a follow up phone call the next day. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the service manager walked right past me to get a cigarette. Not a hello or hi. No phone call the next day either.

From the time the gentleman arrived at my home to pick up my vehicle to when he brought it back, it was a fantastic experience. I received calls every step of the way. I love how everyone kept me informed about what was happening with my vehicle. Plus now my vehicle is running so much more smoothly. Thank you all for the amazing job you did.

I went in with no appointment not knowing if they d have time to service my vehicle, not only was it quickly taken in it was a very quick service. Service Advisor Cindy Herbert was phenomenal to work with. Highly recommend.

My 1999 ford van failed the motor vehicle inspection due to emissions. After the repairs were made by the mechanic, I had the van re-inspected and it passed! I would like to thank the entire team for their respectable and positive attitude. Job well done. Thanks again.

The staff is always nice and professional. I worked with Destiny and Ryan H today for my service. Destiny was very nice and explained everything clearly. I always ask for Ryan H now to do any service on my truck because he actually takes a minute to come to the waiting area and talk to me whatever is going on. One visit I was questioning him and he actually took me to my truck, showed and explained to me. I appreciate this kind of business. Being a woman, you feel taken advantage of at places, made to feel like you re not smart. It makes a person build a wall of trust and doubt. I appreciated the service here at Pohanka Ford.

The sweet young lady,Nicole, who was the Service Writer was amazing. She explained everything to a TEE.....she got a couple of mechanics to talk to me and drive my vehicle before i even put it in the shop. I was so impressed at her knowledge and help in this matter. Took car in for a coolant leak, dropped it off @ 7am-great check in process. However, advisor never answered phone when called for a follow status. Talked to another advisor who "didn't know". Had a shuttle arranged for pick up @ 415pm. Didn't hear from advisor until about 3pm and that's because I called once again. When I asked why I need a new vac pump since it's "leaking oil" but my oil level has not been an issue; she wasn't't sure. (Didn't even offer to ask tech)-was told all 3 heater hoses need to be replaced because coolant is leaking from 3 different places. I honestly feel these estimates are "guesses" on what's could be wrong. The advisor was nice; but definitely could up her customer service skills and be more engaged. And smile-a smile goes a long way.

Great job at getting my F600 medium duty truck done super fast for a major repair (replaced the transmission) super frendly service writers, great communication, kept me informed of the status from start to finish, good mechanics too. Highly reccomend to anyone needing repairs on any make of vehicle. 5+ stars from me.

Worked with salesperson Reef on purchase of a vehicle, awesome to deal with. I wasn't planning on purchasing a vehicle at this time but he worked with me and I decided to make the purchase. He help me remove all the stuff I had in my old vehicle, way to many items but he helped to the end. I would definitely work with him again on a purchase.Best purchase experience I have had so far on a vehicle.
