Mark was an extremely helpful and honest mechanic. We were visiting from out of town and needed brake work done on a Sunday before we made the 4 hour drive home. He provided great service and was very knowledgeable. I just wanted to advocate for a place that provides honest estimates and excellent service!

Staff was very nice, and was able to get a great deal on new tires. I needed some extra work done and they were their price beat everywhere else I called. They were quick too. Best experience I've had in a shop in years.

Awesome! Went to 2 other locations( was told 2-3 hours to look at my tire) before I ended up at Pep Boys. Within 45 minutes they found a nail in my tire and had plugged it. Case closed. Awesome customer service from the time I entered the store until I left after the job had been completed. Yes only 45 minutes!

Worse experience I have ever had at Pep Boys. My appointment was at 11:AM for 4 tires. I finally left over 3 hours later.. The whole place from start to finish was very unprofessional. No one there said two words about the progress of my wait. Never again...

I took my wife's vehicle in for a leak in one of the tires on Monday, 10/16. An hour and ten minutes and $24.33 later I was leaving. I drove the vehicle 6 miles to my wife's office and dropped her vehicle off and got mine, which she had driven to work. When my wife got off from work she drove her vehicle 7 miles to our house. The next morning (Tuesday) before my wife pulled out of the garage, I checked the air pressure in the repaired tire. It was down to 20 psi. It obviously still had a leak. I filled the tire up and the wife drove to work. Tuesday afternoon on my wife's trip home from work, the tire pressure light came on. When she got home I checked it and again found 20 psi. I filled it up and on Wednesday morning I checked it again an found 20 psi. I took the vehicle back to Pep Boys and arrived at 10:30. The young man that did the repair the first time wasn't there. A young lady worked on the tire. I was shown something that looked like a staple that was in the tread. Air was leaking from around it. A female working behind the counter (V) said she was unsure about repairing it because the punctures made by this staple looking thing were so close together. She suggested I buy a new tire. I wondered aloud if this was something the young man on Monday's visit should have found. V countered by saying it's possible the object went into the tire during the 14 miles the vehicle was driven after it left Pep Boys on Monday. I tend to think it was missed and what I was going through today could have been addressed on Monday and I wouldn't have shelled out $24.33 unnecessarily. I bought the Goodyear tire that was leaking from them in 2022. They didn't have the Goodyear tire in stock and couldn't guarantee which day it would be delivered. I ended up buying a Cooper tire they did have in stock. Apparently when the leaking tire was being removed from the car, the tech broke a stud on the wheel. They ordered a stud from their area parts supplier and I waited. The stud was delivered and I waited. Finally after waiting for almost 3.5 hours to have a leak patched and then an in stock tire mounted, balanced, and installed I was out the door. Even after the wheel stud was delivered I still waited and watched for over an hour as no one worked on my vehicle. I wasn't the only customer that should have been on Pep Boy's payroll today. A woman who also came in with a tire leaking on her vehicle already had 2.5 hours invested in the wait, and a guy who brought his vehicle in for an oil change was at the 2 hours mark when I left. While waiting I asked the male behind the service counter how many people they had working in the garage. He said because it was midweek they had a master tech and a technician. He said they have two of each on Fridays and Saturday. To put it bluntly, the time at least three customers had to wait for what are fairly simple and quick jobs to complete had to wait entirely too long. Whoever the manager on duty today was (Mark the store manager was off) did a poor job of prioritizing jobs to get customers that were waiting for what should have been quick jobs out the door in a reasonable period of time. The two people behind the service desk did a poor job of communicating, and, yes, apologizing to the customers for the long wait times.

Went in for a simple oil change. Truck takes 6 quarts. I was charged for 6 quarts. The next day I had to add an additional 3 quarts due to them not actually putting 6 quarts in. Mechanic confirmed no oil leak.

Took an hour longer than estimated. The tech didnt get the first new tire onto the wheel until 85 minutes had passed even tho the car was up on a lift much sooner. Hand print left on door interior. One lock nut not used. Cost was $20 OVER what I was told over the phone.

Took my vehicle with an engine overheat, they were not able to find or fix the issue. They told me to take my car to another repair shop saying the problem was an head gasket leak but that repair shop also did not do this kind of work. They also did not document in their diagnosis what the issue was.

I had my serpentine belt changed on a Sunday by Pep Boys and the very next day my car broke down completely. My alternator was gone. I ordered one and had it delivered to my house. Low and behold the alternator had packing peanuts stuck inside of it I reached out to PepBoys and asked if they could help. Mr. Martin found me a pretty reasonably priced brand new alternator and gave me a small discount on the total cost of the labor. My car is riding great now and I really appreciate Mr. Martin, Victoria, & PepBoys staff for all their help!

Service personnel are fine but antiquated computers and POS systems incorrectly charge due to lack of connectivity. I had to leave to go to an ATM to get money due to their machine starting a process of flagging the multiple transactions they made as potential fraud with my bank.

My Pep Boys experience was a great one! I highly recommend their services; they were professional and honest about what my car needed. I was ready to spend big money to replace my brakes. They told me it only needed adjustment and charged me the minimum . I am very thankfulBy their honesty. Thank you Pep boys and mainly to Tim

1 of 2 directional tires purchased was installed backwards, had to be reinstalled. On day of appointment, I was told tires had not yet arrived. Had to come back next day.My 1:00 appointment did not have car started work on until 2:00. But there was only 1 other car and only 1 person in waiting room.I spent 2 1/2 hours at store for a 30 minute install of only 2 tires.

Well I got new tires but my sensor is still saying the tire pressure is wrong. The price was good but it did take awhile before they got to us.

The store was open just prior to 8AM. The guys at the front desk are always friendly and professional. They took note of the details of what I wanted checked over while the technicians had the car in their shop. My car was done in a decent amount of wait time. The only thing I might say, is that my ticket was not reviewed with me at the time of checkout, as far as the services performed.

Had an appointment for an oil change at 1:30 and didn t get service until 4:30.. tire pressure was left low with the indicator light on and they didn t communicate. If this is how they are with a vehicle that s part of a fleet I can only imagine how they are with a ordinary customer

Wasted my time for 2 hours, and in the end, they couldn't fix the problem. Then they charged me on top of it.

I needed to have a flat tire repaired. There were people in the waiting area with no one at the front desk. I sat and waited for about 5 minutes. I even called from my cell phone while I waited. I could see the phone ringing, but it was placed on a silent mode. The red light was lighting up, but you couldn't hear a ring. I figured maybe someone set it up to transfer to their phone or maybe they had a portable phone. No one ever answered or came out to service me, so I left.

Had an appointment for an oil change please a tire install. My afternoon freed up so I called to see if they could fit me in sooner which they did, I was thrilled! So I showed up and checked in. I told the team member I was here for a FULL SYNTHETIC oil change and to have 4 new tires installed. They took my cars and all was right. I waited about 2 hours which was not surprise considering they had to do a full oil change and a 4 tire install, things take time no biggie. I was texted when my car was done I paid was given the paperwork and left. Today while filing the paperwork( for tire warranty) I noticed they put THE WRONG OIL in my car I immediately called Customer Service which is out sourced to lord knows where, so I decided to call the store and speak to the GM Tim, he was absolutely unhelpful. He just kept with the company line of oh just bring it in we will fix it, like it was the wrong washer fluid of something minor. No Tim we re talking about oil so it s a bigger deal, and I m certainly not letting you near my car again So then calls Mark the area director he is a certified mechanic which in his position he should be. However clearly he skipped business school on customer relations as he also kept to the company line of oh yeah it s really not a big deal we put the wrong oil in your car it happens was his basic reply I absolutely loved when he said well your engine isn t locked up is it , as if it s not a big deal till they ruin my new car. I absolutely do not suggest anyone getting your car serviced there, I understand mistakes happen. However they didn t forget to rotate my tires or put the wrong washer fluid in, they put the wrong oil in the car .

I ve given this location a lot of my business down through the years and they have let me down each time in various ways but I forgave them each time they screwed up something and went back to them for service up until this last time when I had them replace an alternator and belts on my 2005 Town and Country Mini van. To make a long story short the technician replaced the alternator correctly but in his lack of attention to detail putting things back together after the install the technician forgot to plug back in my auxiliary fan. As a result of this my vehicle was acting like it wanted to run hot when it shouldn t as I ve had everything serviced on this vehicle. I investigated the issue myself and sure enough i discovered the auxiliary fan to my radiator was disconnected. The auxiliary fan plug is right in front of the alternator that was replaced in my van and I understand why he disconnected it to access the area but the technician s carelessness to be through in his work almost caused me to cause further damage to my vehicle. The sad part of this is I don t know if this was shady auto repair business to intentionally cause more damage to my vehicle or just sloppy work ethics.... Either case I will never do business with Pep boys again after this! And they had a nerve to charge me over $600 for sloppy shady work ethics that almost cost me an engine. smh! #justsad

Awful customer service. They locked up the store a half hour before closing and acted like I was bothering them because I wanted to drop my car off. When I picked up my car the next day, the service associate complained about the previous customer, making my stay there longer than it needed to be and making me listen to complaints about the other customer and the company. The work was great, but they need some lessons on customer service.
