Take a brake line to NAPA to get a replacement. Salesman stated no problem out shop can have a new one bent just like the old one today. We will call you when it is done. No call as of 4:52pm. I called and they said oh sorry the shop got backed up. It will be done tomorrow. NAPA does it again. If your not one of the regulars, they definitely treat you differently.

Always very helpful. I am there quite frequently and they address you by name. Made me feel good that do know who I am and what my needs for the vehicle I am are. If I have a question about my vehicle they have no problem calling the mechanic so I do what I need. Thank you guys!!

Head salesman was unquestionably someone who knew his parts. For what they stock, this place is a swell alternative to the big box stores, I.e. AutoZone/advance auto. I personally can't stand AutoZone because they hire just about anybody! People who have no experience or parts knowledge whatsoever. So yes, I'd go to them to avoid the zombie type service you get at AutoZone.

They lost my dowel pins and then wouldn t help when I called them. The guy wouldn t even let me finish my sentence. Never going back

Napa is awesome. Always have the parts i need for any vehicle i am working on. Prices are very good as well. Products are also very good.
