Appreciate the managers for ensuring my car was in good hands when it came to getting new tires and an alignment. They were considerate with my current situation of trying to get my car back on the road safely and thoroughly explained in precise detail what was best to get done. Will be returning for any further assistance.

I had an amazing experience with Mr. Tire from start to finish. They were so efficient, communicated, and just provided amazing customer service. I received better service here than I do at the Mercedes Benz dealership I purchased the car from. Thanks again!

Went in for a $50 tire repair and got the high pressure, late Friday, sales tactic to buy 2 new tires at over $400. The cheaper options weren't available and my old tire was disposed of. I wound up paying $200 for one tire to be installed...finding out later that I could have gone several other places in the area and had the same service done for half the price. This place is the quintessential scam and rip off joint that customers try to avoid at all costs. Do not go here.

Mr. Tire was extreme patient with me. I was able to get my Prius towed there to get a new hybrid battery put in because the service wasn t offered in Delaware and then they were able to get the tires on. They Let me know as soon as tires were put on and was no hassle for payment and picking up.

The service was awesome... Didn't take very long. I just needed to get my lug nuts changed and it was so expensive! $21 EACH... But I had to get it done.

300 for 1 set of break pads and 600 for 1 set of new rotors was estimated on a 4 door 2015. Get real

Had an appointment for an oil change at 11Am. I dropped my car off at 10:45 came back after an hour and 15 minutes and was told that someone is working on it. After waiting another 45 minutes, I asked the representative for an update. Only then I was told that it was done. After paying and getting my paperwork, the employee didn't mention anything else about the keys or how to get my car. He simply just walked away.

I had an amazing experience at Mr Tire, (S Salisbury) yesterday (8.6.2022)! I booked an appointment to have my truck's AC fixed. I chose this shop because the website said they were open Saturday and Sunday. The repair was extensive. Turns out corporate had changed the hours the week prior and it was no longer going to be open on Sundays. I told them that fixed or not, I had to pick it up at closing because I needed it for work. The repairman stayed almost 2 hours after they closed to make the repairs needed. I was beyond grateful! The temps this summer have been brutal and I really needed this fixed. I will definitely go back ! Thank you !

Outstanding customer service! Never going anywhere else!Excellent customer service! The staff (especially Sean and the woman who was working with him on that day) were extremely patient with our immediate need for a new tire - and dealing with my automobile challenged brain to give the necessary information. I also used them a few years ago for the same reason with another vehicle and am extremely satisfied with their professional and courtesy service.

The wait time is pretty long but it's worth it because it's not super expensive compared to other auto places in Salisbury and they actually take care of what you want and don't try to sell you things you don't need.

I arrived at the shop explained that I wanted 2 front tires because I was selling the car. They tried to sell me 4 even though I had the other 2 replaced. (tires were clearly brand new). I said I just wanted the tires nothing else (once again selling the car). They added roadside protection on the tires. (which I said I didnt want) CSR then told me that there was nothing he could do and that I would be recieving a check from Mr. Tire corperate for the refund of the 42$ for the roadsid protection (which I was clear I didnt want) Car is sold and still waiting for check from corperate. 10 weks ago......

A typical Monday, my pressure indicator showed the tire was low on the way to school. When I went to add air, I noticed a huge screw and immediately went to Mr. Tire.I was in and out within an hour and a half. Not only did I have a screw in the tire, but also a nail! Just my luck! Both were patched and I was on my way. So reasonable, quick, and easy. Thank you, Mr. Tire staff! Major kudos, many thanks. My Monday is looking better already. I will be back with any future tire/related needs.

On a road trip but woke up to a flat early on a Sunday morning. Threw a donut on and hit this shop. They took my car in 10 minutes before the posted opening time and had me back on the road 30 minutes later. The nail was in a bad spot so had to replace the tire. Appreciated the prompt and courteous service provided by the supervisor on duty.

Absolutely the best. Trusted 100 percent. Honest company with quality work. Great customer service. My service representative was very courteous and explained everything(warranty) very clearly. Mr. Tire you just picked up a new customer. Thumbs up to this location. I feel safe and sound knowing I found a company with proven results. Prices are fair and guaranteed. See you soon with my other vehicle. Great job.

Our family was going on vacation and one of our family members had recently hit a curb and needed a new tire. Brought the car into Mr. Tire and they ordered a new tire immediately, but they found other damage that needed to be attended to before the trip could be made. After looking at the spare tire, it was obvious that there was a serious safety issue here. This was Friday and we were leaving on Saturday. Jimmy and the crew at Mr. Tire made sure the work was done prior to us leaving the area and they even worked past closing time by a little bit to make sure we could get on the road, when they could have easily said to wait till Monday to finish the job. Excellent work and excellent service. This has been the place we have always taken our car, but this experience guarantees we will be future customers as well. If you want great service, and a friendly atmosphere, this is the place to take your car for service.

This place is dreadful. I called them for an appointment, and the phone rang 25 times two separate occasions. Each time, someone eventually picked up, but then immediately hung up. Finally I got an answer and ordered tires for replacement. I came in for my appointment only to find that the shop ordered the wrong size tires. I then rescheduled, and the correct tires were placed on my car. After completion of the job, the manager didn't bother to apologize for the inconvenience, OR thank me for my patronage. However, despite the new tires being less expensive they still charged me the cost of the first set of tires, resulting in a $484.00 overcharge to my credit card. They promised to "take care of it," and "get back to me with the status of my refund," but no one ever called. I had to chase them down to inquire, and - as usual - I was placed on hold for 10 minutes. After speaking with corporate, I was told that the overcharge amount the shop reported was $450.00, not $484.00 as it should have been. Very unprofessional, and I plan to tell EVERYONE that I possibly can not to ever use Mr. Tire again. There are far too many other places in town that offer better service.

Outstanding service and customer relations. As a fleet manager, I have taken them just about every automobile repair imaginable and they have always come through at a reasonable price. They have always stood behind all of their work. This is a great place for tires, brakes, and oil changes as well. Joe and Rose are the best.

Who was visiting from out of town and had a loose flat tire. Stopped by here on a Sunday afternoon right before closing. The guys were very gracious and helped me out in spite of how close it was the closing time. They were pleasant and did it with a smile. Next time I'm in town, going to stop by and see if they can change my pressure sensors for me. Good experience.

Was highly satisfied until today. I have purchased tires in the past and never had an issue. The new Michelin tires I purchased were great. One had a slow leak after install, 10 lbs every couple of weeks. Finally pulled it off and found the bead was leaking. Marked the spot on the tire and dropped it off at the store explaining it had been leaking since installation. Went back the next day to a 30 dollar bill for a flat repair. Bill says it included charges for a tire plug, the tire was not plugged they just reseated the bead and rebalance the tire. Not my fault the bead seat obviously was not cleaned during original tire install. I can put up with a less than perfect customer experience but flat out lying in the description of work performed and charging for something that was your fault in the first place...never will happen to me at Mr. Tire again.

Jimmy Smith went above and beyond for us when we were desperate to have our tire patched on a Sunday traveling from North Carolina to New Jersey. We are very grateful for his honesty and kindness as other places had told us over the phone they couldn t help.

The staff @ Mr. Tire (Ms. Rose, Jimmy, Sean et al) are in a class above the rest! This group of professional, knowledgeable, friendly, empathetic trailblazers installed new tires + my alignment recently. Everything was explained to me in depth as I'm filled with many questions; their responses were accurate and explained to me in such layman's terms, it made it easy for me to understand. My next big job (coming up soon) will be done by none other than Mr. Tire! I'm beyond grateful to them! Thank YOU ALL!

The service was quick and completed properly. The guys were able to explain all of my options to me and helped me make the best decisions for my needs. Great prices and it didn't take all day like most other places.

I had a fairly pleasurable experience at this location . I went in to have my tires rotated at Sams Club in Salisbury Md. I was the second person there at 7:30 a.m. and sat there for three hours until someone came out and told me that they could not rotate my tires because they were cracked. However they would put me on the list and would try to have my tires changed to new tires before the day was out . After sitting there for 3 hours that was not going to happen. The following day I went to Mr Tire in Salisbury Maryland and ask for a price for four new tires along with an oil change and four new tire pressure sensors (because my tires were five years old and those sensors should be replaced at about every 6 years and I did not want to have to pay in a year or so to have my tires dismounted and remounted just to change the pressure sensors).I left 3 hours later with new 75000 mile tires, new pressure sensors and an oil change along with a road hazard warranty for the tires All for a price that was cheaper then what I was quoted because I was given a discount that I wasn't counting on. I will be going back for new tires for my truck, and hopefully I will be treated the same way.

Jimmy and the staff at Mr. Tire are fantastic. They told me everything that was going on and the price for each item. Their customer service goes above and beyond any of my expectations. It was definitely worth the drive.

My family and I have been long standing customers of Mr. Tire. They used to be great many years ago and so when they started slipping up I didn't immediately stop going there. The first occurrence when I noticed that place was going down hill was when I was sitting and waiting hours for my car to be done. I sat and heard the front desk associates/managers talking about their personal lives loudly as well as how bad their employees are. I even got to hear about the "screw ups" their employees did while I was sitting there. This occurred every time I went in there; there was no professialism. Then in June 2017 I decided to take my car there due to some brake issues. They completely replaced my brakes and told me eventually I needed my calipers replaced but it isn't urgent. So I waited a month and when I noticed my brakes weren't working again I took It back. The owner reminded me that they suggested I get my calipers replaced and I said sure whatever it takes. So hours later when they finished my car, the manager himself stated that he didn't understand why they recommended my calipers needed to be replaced and so he never replaced them and put all new tires on my car instead. Then literally a few days later my tire became completely flat on the bypass and when my husband took it in the manager said if was a valve stem issue (not sure about auto stuff) but I feel like this is an odd occurrence for tires that we're put on a couple days before. Then a few days later, the final problem that led me to never go back to Mr.tire, not even was how they handled my 3rd occurrence of my brakes not working. I brought the car back for the third time for the same situation (all occurring within two months) and while I was trying to tell them woman at the desk about my issue she completely ignored me while I was talking. Very little customer service was observed. I left my car while I ran some errands, and I get a call not even an hour later saying there is nothing wrong with my brakes and perhaps I should take it to a dealership. When I physically came in the store she brought out a mechanic to help her articulate the problem and he was smirking and talking to her about the issue as if it was funny, not even looking at me, the customer They said there was nothing they could do for me. So a few days later I took my car else where and the mechanics at this place told me that I needed my calipers replaced, they were completely worn and leaking. I was really annoyed that Mr. Tire said I needed my calipers replaced, took it back and said they were great and even threw out that line of "I'm not going to charge you extra on something you don't need, that's not how we do things around here". I feel like this business has majority declined in professionalism and ability which is sad to say about a business a whole family once trusted. I can honestly say I will not go there anymore, not even to change my oil
