The valet service offered by M-B of Salisbury is so helpful and well-organized. Driver Glenn is kind and efficient and I feel comfortable when he drives off in our car. When the car arrives fir service, I know it will get first-rate attention and, if any questions, I ll get a phone call. One of themain reasons we bought from M-B of Pohanka was the entire service experience they provide.

Had great experience working with Taylor. He was so thorough, transparent and helpful throughout the entire process. Robin was incredibly helpful and efficient as well. I can't say enough good things. And I love my new car!

Exceeded my expectations. I am a woman of many words, so I can t just leave it at that. From the minute I drove up to the dealership, I was greeted outside by the most professional, charming and welcoming staff I have ever experienced at a car dealership. Charged $600 labor for a <$200 part - rip off! Then when I got the car back, they had not done all the work. I returned to the shop to have it completed. They used to be efficient and reasonable in cost - that's gone.

I was able to drop off my vehicle without an appointment the night before and they got it done the next day! Can t ask for better service. The Service Tech called me when it was done, very professional by the way, and made sure I didn t need anything else that wasn t on the drop off envelope. Even when I picked it up, I informed them that I needed to bring in my RV and he was like sure, drop it off and we ll take care of it ! I love this place!!

Pohanka Mercedes service crew always keeps me informed during the entire service, and never feels pushy with sales!! They make their suggestions and allow space for decision making! My car is always like new when I leave !

Very disappointing. Asked for a quote one was given. Bill was higher that quote. For md state inspection. Wanted to ask a question about the vehicle, Told all of the limited sales people were busy seemed not to want to talk with me, didn't buy it there. Ultimately after asking if I was here to buy something would you still turn me away. Then I was led to the sales manager, given the stories how I should go back to the sales person I bought it from. I'm 63 years old and remember a time where you felt welcome at a place of business. There was integrity and you felt good about the interaction. Sad to say seems a bygone time. This is my honest opinion of my visit today, am a business owner of 43 years , hope I or anyone on my team doesn't make our customer feel this way.

We ve bought 3 Mercedes vehicles from Pohanka. Kevin Dean has sold us 2 of them.Always a great experience. Kevin works hard to make us feel appreciated as customers. We drive an hour to this dealership. It s ironic because we could practically walk to a dealership close to home in Milford. We will always shop with Mercedes Benz of Salisbury.Our last stop was Robin Farley s office. She was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure. Way to go Pohanka thanks for having a great team to work with!

Service had declined. My hood was left up!!As I drove down the highway my warning light came on. My engine cover wasn t placed back on the engine. It was suggested I needed wiper blades and I literally just replace them a week ago. Car was supposed to be vacuumed and washed. Note on my service tag attached to my keys said crack in windshield done. The chip in the windshield was professionally sealed. How does that effect washing the vehicle??? Service Manager did however offer a free detail for my in convenience????I m definitely not happy!!!!

Was told tpms sensors were fine after i asked that they get replaced and now the light is on again because it is a 15 year old car and the battery s are dead. Also service engine light is still on even as i picked it up. Not satisfied with service at all

I had the most wonderful experience as a new customer with Mercedes-Benz of Salisbury. I walked in to the service department and was greeted by Megan Horvath who was so pleasant and considerate. She told me everything I needed to know about my car that I had purchased from another Dealer that I did not want to return to and she made my service experience great. The other employee's at the dealership greeted me with a smile and said hello how are you today and if they could help me also. Salesman Kevin Dean greeted me in the showroom and offered any help also and when it came time to leave, Jesse was very pleasant and very nice as well...5 stars to Mercedes-Benz of Salisbury!!! We had to get both the main battery and the auxiliary battery replaced. Pohanka Mercedes Benz has kept our car serviced very well. We have not had any issues. The original of both batteries have lasted for 7 years, so no complaints here. Our Service/Tech Manager Paul Goodson provided excellent service!

Our salesman, Taylor Spedden, was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the purchase process. He went above and beyond with finding us the perfect Mercedes GLE that satisfied our many must haves. Taylor kept us informed and was able to answer all our questions. I highly recommend Taylor and Pohanka!

BUYER BEWARE!!!They sold me a vehicle that broke down after 2 weeks and gave me fits about fixing it...after they finally agreed it sat in their shop for over 3 weeks. When they finally got the part it took 6 days to install a new turbo that research told me should take 3-4 hours. When I asked about this the girl told me that maybe i should become a technician! Is this how they treat their customers?I was also charged almost $800 to put in an oxygen sensor before the turbo installation. I firmly believe that I should be refunded that money and was told the general manager would call me to discuss this; of course I'm still waiting!I got the land rover back finally and immediately took it across the street to Pohanka Nissan and traded it in on a 2022 Pathfinder and wastreated like royalty.They only got 1 star because there was no option for 0 stars.I highly recommend staying away from Pohanka Mercedes-Benz!!!

Had a faulty sensor on my Mercedes GLE. Took it in for replacement. All seemed to go well car was ready at the indicated time. Paid and went to car warning light in RED showing on screen. Went back into service area. Told them what I saw on the dashboard was told they needed to do a $200 diagnostic check to see what was wrong (even though the sensor indicated the same problem for which I took in in ). Having little choice, I okayed the diagnostic check.(To get to this point I had spoken with the service advisor and the service manager. Neither showed the slightest interest Telling me that they were only doing what I had instructed and since no testing was ordered, the only way to proceed was the $200 diagnostic test.)Another hour passed and a different service advisor came over and told me the car was ready. I asked what they found. He said the mechanic that did the work had failed to properly re-calibrate the replaced sensor and that there was no charge. BTW it is instructive to note that when the car was delivered after the first repair it was driven from the garage to the pick-up location with the Red Lights glowing on the dash.So, in sum, they did what I d ask but failed to complete the Mercedes sensor replacement process, failed to care that the issue was back and worse than when I bought it in, didn t seem to care that that was the case and, finally wanted to charge me for diagnostics that I didn t need.You might want to shop around a bit before you elect Salisbury Mercedes for service.

I called to schedule my 50,000 mile service with Mercedes. When I called, I asked the representative how much the service was going to cost me, she replied approximately $300. When I dropped the vehicle off at 8 AM I was then told by the service person that it would cost approximately $850. When I questioned the price difference they said oh they must not have known about the mileage (which when I had called I told them what service code my car came up with and they have my history so they should ve known one way or the other), then upon receipt of my vehicle at 5:30 that evening I was given a bill for $935. When I asked about the additional increase in price, I was told oh that s service fees and taxes . I am very dissatisfied with the service because communication is key and I was not communicated with concerning the differences in price . I feel like they have taken advantage of me and to make matters even more aggravating when I picked up my vehicle. Which they had had all day it wasn t even washed. In addition, the receipt that I was given shows fees, that I frankly do not even understand what is a CMP fee And why is it $347.00? Again, going back to communication It would be nice to have someone explain any additional charges that are on your bill.

Service clientele (Megan & others) at Pohanka Mercedes are always so accommodating and helpful! My car has never had any service at another location and it runs like new (2015). I appreciate getting a loaner to accomplish errands while waiting for service!

This review is for Kevin Dean. He is a down-to-earth salesman who is very responsive. He was respectful of my time in that he was able to work with my schedule to meet and the car was ready when I requested to test drive it. I highly recommend Kevin.

The best car purchase experience ever! Jose was very knowledgeable and honest. His enthusiasm and energy made our decision easy. It is nice to deal with someone who has so much integrity! Everyone at the Mercedes dealership was helpful- the finance person was very thorough and detailed explaining options for us. What a professional group! Highly recommend!

The staff was always polite and professional. However, my vehicle was in the shop for 11 days and required me to initiate the majority of calls to get updates on my vehicle. Whereas my vehicle did get mostly fixed the service assistant informed me that the issue was likely not resolved and would require work in the future.

Pleased with how the car was serviced and cleaned upon my return. The service was very expensive and I had to call back to get a better explanation of the details of the service. The second call was handled by a more professional representative who understood the car and how to explain the details
