Very good experience at Meineke, in Salisbury. Justin Mills was a good meet, for sure. I had an exhaust system issue and the appointment was prompt. The mechanics went above & beyond to rectify my concerns. It was a good day.Thanks again. Barry R.

The gentleman at the front desk was really nice. My biggest complaint is that when I called to schedule my appointment I was specific. I ask for Mix Blend and specified it twice. Upon checkout I was quoted a higher price than the $59.99 I was suppose to get. I was told they gave me full synthetic. I had my vehicle for 4 years and all my oil changes was Mix Blend. Even the dealership I purchased it from gives me the same thing. But the gave me the full synthetic because he said it calls for it. No one consulted with me about it. They just gave me the opposite what I asked for and it was more expensive than quoted. Please consult with customers before doing stuff like this. Not everyone has the money and may just had what they needed. Because of lack of communication I will never get my oil changed there again. Give the customers what they ask for.

So I went to them for help! They toldMe be $8000 for everything. So I took my auntie Cara there they told me going cost $1000 to have my auntie car fix. New tires and alignment done. So I went for second opinion, Firestone they told me my auntie does not need a new tires just alignment. From $1000 too 227.08 much better!!! Please don t go to them lies to you. So I set up appointment for my 2003 GMC envoy see what Firestone have to say about my car. But the guy who did my car use to work for them . I think he got fire from them and went to this place. So I will see

Excellent Customer Service, I was able to get my tires put on and an alignment in under 2 hours. Im new to the area and I felt like a local thanks to the service advisor. Will definitely be returning for future service needs

The crew at Meineke is professional and timely. They tell you exactly what your vehicle needs at that moment. They do a diagnostic on the whole vehicle and do suggest you might need some more things to fix, but they do not hard sell you about it. They fix the problem at hand and suggest if you need more done. The way the economy is most people can only afford one thing at at a time. That is why I go back to this shop. They do great job

Had a great experience. Called to make an appointment for new tires. Justin and Dustin at the front desk gave me several tires options, and pre-ordered them for me. When I came in for the appointment, everything was waiting for me, and Brandon and Juwan had my new tires on and alignment completed in a jiffy. Everyone was very courteous and helpful.

They got great customer service. They don t give you the run around about what could be possibly wrong with your car. They will let you know what s the problem and give you different options on how to solve it. They will even try to find ways to cut the cost somewhat for your repairs. Overall they are cool guys and nothings forced. I ll come back again

Great experience. Very honest about what needed to be done and what could wait. The pictures you get with their inspection is very helpful so you can see what they are talking about. Definitely will be back.

The staff at Meineke were pleasant to deal with! I was in a time crunch and needed to get in and out as quickly as possible for a routine service. I called ahead and Dustin Mills gave me a time to come in that worked best for us both. Brandon was the only mechanic/ technician working, but had me in and out in 30 minutes or less.

I d like to take a moment to recognize and highlight this location. We are traveling from Pittsburgh Pa to Myrtle beach SC for the holidays. Noticed a noise coming from my driver side. Called Justin and explained my issue. He got us in an gave clear and to the point about our issues. He worked endlessly to get parts and the tech Juwan working on the truck kept us informed on his progress. Very good experience. Would highly recommend.

They're polite on phone,I speak fast many people find it difficult to understand me. In all thank you Meineke Car Care Center.for replacing my car exhaust,with a low price My car exhaust pipe broke you'll,and they replace everything.

Great work this time around but the price they charge for an hour of work is insane. I was told that the work would take two hours to replace 2 feet of exhaust pipe and even though it only took an hour they charged for 2. Their excuse was it goes according to the technicians expertise. When I asked prior to starting the job they said it was the labor charge. Total was $363!

Helpful staff, wonder customer service, same day service. Pricing was best around for replacing all 4 tires on my truck, alignment, and oil change. Will continue to go any time I have an issue with any of my vehicles.

I went to them because of my car's air conditioning malfunction. They have very caring and friendly employees. They detected the problem within 15 minutes. The vehicle's condenser was replaced. My vehicle, which I left at around 10am , was delivered at 12pm. My air conditioner works better than before, thank you

They will diagnose what's wrong with your car including putting it on the left for free prices for a little high for my budget but honestly I didn't think it were too bad
