I had to have Highlander front bumper pulled and painted. Yelp, the price was right and they did a very good job. Though after further inspection a small detail was overlooked. They without hesitation took the SUV back and solve the issue. Great Job, I was very satisfied, and they stuck to their word. Customer guaranteed satisfaction. Yelp, I would highly recommend this business

Our car was at Kelly's for over 30 days while the insurance company was deciding what they were going to do. Ty was very professional and helpful during the entire process. He helped me with the appraiser and getting the claim completed. There were many communications back and forth with the insurance company and he handled each and every one in a timely manner. In addition to being in constant communication with the insurance company, he always made sure I was updated and answered all my questions. Thank you Ty for all your help and patience!

I will never ever take my vehicle anywhere else for body work. I requested an estimate from Caliber Collision for a new bumper. They quoted me over $3,000. I also took my car over to John's Auto Body on Hammond Street in Salisbury, MD. The gentleman came outside and said it would be over $1300. He never offered to type me up an estimate or ask me when I wanted to bring the vehicle in for repairs.I went to Kelly's and the gentleman was nothing but professional and courteous. He had been speaking to an older gentleman on the phone who kept repeating the same questions, and he never lost patience or cut the man off. That impressed me.The man gave me his full attention and told me he would print me out an estimate. I made an appt. The vehicle was finished when Kelly's said it would be done and the cost was the estimate $1510. There was a $45 processing fee to use my debit card, so you might want to pay in cash or check. I will never take any vehicle anywhere but Kelly's if I should need body work. Kerrie King

Kelly s collision is hands down one of the best companies I ve ever worked with! Ty was so helpful and answered all my questions! He even helped me get stuff straight with the insurance company! Ty is a huge asset to this company! The cars looked great after they were fixed! They went over and beyond to make sure the paint colors matched just right! Hands down an amazing company! If you ever need collision repair please choose Kelly s u will not be disappointed! I highly recommend this company! Thanks Ty for all your help!!

Such a great experience with this team. They provided me with a detailed explanation of good vs. best repair options, scheduled it on the days I requested, and my vehicle was ready when promised. The repair itself is excellent. Highly recommend!

Overall, it was a good experience.The manager Ty, communicated the whole time, kept me updated, and was very professional. It took longer than originally projected, but I would still recommend them.

Brought my car in becuase someone hit it while I was at work. Had insurance pay & them do the work. Now issues with the window of the door the put in and the missed painting a big spot of the inner door. Called them twice left messages ND no response back. From my first phone call to Ty at Kelly s, I felt at ease with them repairing my truck. I was always greeted with professionalism when I would call there to ask questions before and during the repair.The work done to my truck is absolutely beautiful! Ty explained the work that was done and the warranties that apply to their work and the parts used. We've been to Kelly's twice now, both times were wonderful experiences. Where repaired, the car looks brand new! The staff is easy to work with and along with quality work, they are also fast- which means fewer car rental charges! We would highly recommend them. The only downside is that they close for lunch, and if that's the ONLY downside to a business, I'd say that they are doing an amazing job (which they are)! Thank you!

The Kelly s Collision team took amazing care of my vehicle. Out of all the businesses I called, Ty took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and my many calls to check on the process. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing collision repair, etc.

I highly recommend Kelly's Collision to anyone who needs work done. They were incredibly nice and professional and gave me a great deal on the work that was done. I really can't speak any more highly of them! They took care of everything with the insurance company and rental vehicle and I didn't have anything to worry about. It was truly a breathe of fresh air after dealing with the insurance companies after I was rear ended. They did an excellent job and also give you a lifetime warranty on any work that they do which tells you how confident they are in their work. They did everything they could to save me money on repairs as well. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area that needs work done

I got introduced to Kelly's Collision when my rear bumper on an 05 civic was damaged while my car was being towed on the 22nd of December . The tow truck driver was very apologetic about the incident and assured me that my car would be taken care of. I brought my car to Kelly's Collision on the morning of 23rd December since the tow truck is associated with the shop next door. I'm not a 100% sure since its been a while but I do remember they had my car repaired and like new within one or two days. They even gave me a ride back to my place when I dropped the car off.I also returned to this place in late January so the owner could have a quick look at the body of a 99 civic for me. He didn't rush the checkup even though he did it for free. He pointed out all the areas where it had previously been repaired and reassured me that the car's body was fine (which is true since I have had no alignment problems to this day and the car passed inspections 100%).The biggest reason why I like this place so much is that they treated me like a friend instead of just a customer. They gave me real advice on an issue I had with my car since I realized too late that I bought it from a shady dealer. This was my first car and it was reassuring to know that I could trust them and they did truly help me out.Even a month and a half after our last interaction they called me one day just to check up on how my car situation was going with the dealer. It's great to know that there are still shops out there that care about the well being of their customers.Thanks Kelly's CollisionI know this review is long overdue but I just got distracted with my busy life and when I remembered the shop I couldn't go a minute without posting a review about it.

I highly recommend this body shop. Hands-down the customer service is better than caliber collision . The work that was done to my car was done at a good price. Quality work was excellent and unlike Caliber collision no matter if it s through insurance or you re paying out-of-pocket they will work on your carAnd throughout the whole process the manager will call you and tell you what s going on and if there s any other parts that needs to be replaced or fixed

This is the second time we have taken our SUV to Kelly s and each time they have been fabulous! The staff is friendly, the work is top notch and the turn around time is great. They have repaired our back bumper and repainted the hood. We would absolutely recommend them!

These guys are amazing! I had to get body work done because rent a center dropped a couch on it. I had a horrible experience with caliber collision so I googled auto body shops with high ratings and I came upon Kelly's. They lived up to their ratings and some!! Ty is an amazing guy as is Victor. Very polite and made sure that all of my needs were met. He guaranteed the work. After I got my car back he fixed a situation immediatly with a part that never came in and the bumper came unclipped a little bit. When I brought the car back, he had it fixed so quickly I didnt even have time to blink. They are great people and very honest! I will NEVER go to any other auto body shop ever again!

Glad I found Kelly's Collision in Salisbury, MD. Have used them twice for mechanical work on my car and being a student at the University their location is ideal. I highly recommend their services to any potential customers. They are very reliable and straightforward with great prices.

I've used Kelly's twice now in the past year and both times they went above and beyond with their customer service and repair work. Both John and Ty were professional and kind to me! As a woman it can be intimidating going to an auto body shop but I never felt uncomfortable or out of the loop when dealing with Kelly's. It is refreshing to have such a good experience while dealing with something as unpleasant at a damaged vehicle out of commission!! Went there for a minor fender/ bumper issue and was taken care of right away, problem solved within seconds.... On top of that they didn't charge me for it, great customer service, very friendly and I would absolutely recommend them. !!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!I can t tell you guys how pleased I am with the guys at Kelly s. I dropped my Hyundai Sonata off with Ty & they worked magic!!!Not only did they repair my car back to its glory they went the extra mile with a CHROME GRILLE & LED headlights. The day I went to get my car Ty called and stated that my car insurance company was gonna stiff me.Needless to say i m grateful that he caught it, it pays to pay attention! 1200+deductible... This is the first time I've been to Kelly's and the are honestly the best automotive repair shop i've been too. They are very professional and offered a reasonable price for doing minor scratch repair to the front bumper of my F150. Do yourself a favor and go to Kelly's if you want to get the job done right and at a reasonable price.

I took my car here when I was in an accident and have never felt better with the experience I had, even as a women in my mid 20's who unfortunately knows little about car repairs. They were patient and did not speak down to me and walked me through the whole process. They scheduled me right away, had very fair pricing, and did a great job. I highly, highly recommend them!

After receiving a repair quote from another body shop that appeared excessive I went to Kelly s Collision for a competitive quote. Their estimate used fewer parts, less labor hours, and lower labor rate with the total cost being less than half the competitor s and the workmanship was excellent. I definitely recommend going to Kelly s for your auto body repair and, if you have already gone elsewhere, then go to them for their estimate.

Kelly's Collision is the place to go. They quoted me a price half of what I was quoted from other body shops in the area, and the work they did was great and fast. They don't try to nickel and dime you like other places. During my estimate, I was told exactly what they were going to do, and felt completely comfortable leaving my truck in their hands. They even took care of another small cosmetic problem for me, for free. It's hard to find that kind of courtesy, especially when you're a girl needing a service in the car world. I won't hesitate to go back for anything else in the future.

Never go there! Here is why:Took the car there to get it repaired after I hit a dear. They repaired the car, but there were issues with the car. Car was making a loud sound when you re turning. Took the car back to them to take a look at it, but what made me mad the most is the denial response that I kept getting from them. This is not us and this sounds more like a transmission issue they said. I took the car to the dealership that day and the firs thing they asked me after they fixed the problem was if I have recently gotten any work done to the car. They found 2 LOOSE BOLTS ON THE SUB FRAME. Another thing that was messed up by them is the inside door handle. It was broken and they failed to replace it or let us know about it. Took the car back to them with the invoice from the dealer to get my money back. I was told they have to contact the manager cause he is the only one that can sign the check. Stayed in touch with them every now and then, but 2 months later still I didn t recieve anything. Went back and asked about it and all they seemed to care about was my initial one star I gave them and what they can do for me to take my review down. I was told to call bk this past Monday in which I did call. I was to the manager is not there. Drove there myself and told them to no worry about the money and that I don t need it. DO NOT GO THERE!!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KELLY S COLLISION REPAIR SERVICES!Kelly s collision gets five stars across the board from the cordial greetings and consultation from John to the fair price (without asking me who my insurance co. is so they can contact them, like anther collision place did), to the superb workmanship by the shop personal, to the concise time and fulfillment of have the job completed. I ll be back for all my future needs.
