Service department is quick, efficient and very polite. For our 1st visit we will definitely be returning for future service.

Went there to look at a car this weekend. Test drove it and all was well until we found out the rear speakers didnt work. We questioned the salseman and his arrogant manager about getting the car speakers checked to see if it was a blown fuse or what. The sarcastic answer we got back was "we discounted 500 dollars off the price so we ARENT GOING TO FIX ANYTHING. We said we didnt even ask you to fix it we asked you to check the fuses. Same response again!! So we told them to keep the car and they lost out on a 21,500 car sale. We left there and drove to Chantilly and Alexandria Va to two of the Sheehy dealerships. Best move we made heading to Sheehy deallerships.

It was easy to make an appointment and to get to this location. The staff is super friendly, and all questions were answered before I left. I'm new to the area, and I'm happy this will be my local service center!
