Great service Enjoyed , The great conversation and helpfulness of the two guys at the front desk. The services was Efficient !! Great help when explaining the process of what tint is best for my car. Thank you exotic for your help. I will be a returning customer.

I ve taken at least six vehicles to the exotic crew and man do they not disappoint. Every time I m left in awe. Quick work, GREAT work, and even better customer service. Only place I ll take my car to on the shore.

Ok so here is my year and a half review. They ran smaller wires then needed I took that since space is not a thing my truck has much of. They changed my amp from a DD audio down to a kicker 2400 think I was a little bigger then the DD was so I accepted that. But I recently developed an issue with when I turned up my volume the bass started to cut out so I pulled my seat and find that the power wire was crammed into the ground and was melting . Thanks alot exotic sound. As much as I dislike my truck payments I like having my truck around. That being said thanks for the trying to burn my truck down really appreciate that

Great customer service, price, and good looking tint job. However, was super messy and spilled a huge amount of liquid inside the vehicle and destroyed my jacket as well as my sons jacket. I understand the mess on the outside of the vehicle but definitely not the inside.

So here's alil story about this joke of a place I had my entire system head unit 4 door speakers and 2 tweeters they were kicker brand well it's a year later now and I have 4 blown door speakers and 2 blown tweeters. So i call and em and was told that the screws may have come unscrewed like are yu serious I work on cars for a living I know what the difference is between blown speakers compared to them leaning on the door panel my entire system is effed but they don't care. I will never have them touch my car again I spent 1200$ just to have a blown system a year later good job guys please dont go there if you want good quality work done cuz they are careless.

Yeah I like there work they do there just careless sometimes they left my hazards unhooked twice and also I bought a sirius xm tuner and they never installed it so I had to go back for a 4th time. But they did put it in my car 2 months later. And they also failed to put a few screws back in my dash so I had to go searching for the proper screws.

Awesome job on jeep lift kit install! Install took a bit longer than expected and couldn't get the alignment done same day but no worries, that happens sometimes, the owner gave me a ride home and they were done early the next day. My jeep never looked better after they installed a lift and new tires. Would certainly recommend!

Great experience, staff was courtesy and welcoming. I had my front windows tinted on my 2020 dodge durango and they look great. I did have to wait a few weeks to get in but to be expected for the service rendered.

I got my radio and speakers changed for my car and they did an excellent job for a great price! Great customer service also. I would recommend to anyone on the eastern shore to get their work done here

First I want to say that I got a remote starter installed and it works fine. When I picked my vehicle up and drove off I realized my climate control system was not working correctly. I called exotic the next day and told them the problem. I was basically told they didn't think they caused the problem but they would have the installer call me back in about 15 minutes. After waiting a few hours no return call but I called and left a voicemail. Still no return call so I did a little online research and found out that a wire had not been reconnected. So I pulled the panel down and reconnected and fixed the problem. So I'm just very disappointed in the after sale support. I got none. Like maybe bring the car in so we can look at the problem and see if it was something they caused. Nothing. So that's why I gave 2 stars.

What a wonderful experience! All the staff were very accommodating, professional and super friendly. Store was very clean and organized. Got my new radio and speakers installed quickly.

1 Star ONLY because they sell good brands. HOWEVER, I went there to have them install components into my car that I purchased online and not only did the young guy refuse to install them saying the brand I chose was garbage but if he DID choose to install them he would charge me 500 dollars. He then tried to sell me a 700 dollar system rather then install what I had EVEN tho I called ahead and was told they would do it for 300. The guy was rude and condescending. I would NEVER go there again for an installation. Perhaps to buy components but to have installed elsewhere. They could have made money THAT day

This place is awesome they installed speakers amp in radio for my son's ranger turned out awesome did a beautiful job had a broken Door handle when I picked up my truck I let them know They order a new in and installed it no questions asked I recommend them to anybody Will definitely be back to. Thank you to the two gentleman up At the front counter

Buyer beware, this store tell you any thing to sell you. As they say they are the experts but when it comes to Pioneer GPS products that surely not the case. I called Pioneer direct they say it is the selling store that has miss led me. I as the store owner for a refund or an exchange for a GPS that would work and you can guess it's your stuff luck o if you buy an additional software package for your phone then it might work.I suggest you use a great deal of caution when you go into that stor..

I took my 2015 Dodge Viper in to get my factory speakers and amp upgraded. Considering it's a $100,000 car I was hesitant about any custom work. I did not want to lose the clean factory look. Well they custom made 2 10'' boxes molded to fit the car and put 2 JL subs in the boxes. Then custom made a new floor piece for the hatch back to hold the 800 watt amp. There is a custom cover over the amp so it can breath which makes it look ever better. Long story short is it looks tons better than it did coming from the factory and most definately sounds better. Awesome work.

Got a set of nice rims and a new sound system put in my SUV. Great people to deal at a great price. It looks great and rides smooth. The sound system thumps and sounds great.

Not happy at all I got windows tinted there I got radio systems installed. So last yr I got a drop down DVD player in my Lincoln navigator I paid over a $1,000 just for the DVD plus's installation it won't turn on at all so I called and they told me bring it back an the tech said he checked all the wires was good an he rest it or troubleshoot or something an he said it came on 10\10 . And told me if it happen again to call back an they will see what they can do, so I call the very next day an explain it was doing the same thing so he said he will talk to the tech who looked at the DVD player an they will call back.... Well... 2 weeks go by and nothing so I decided to call back an he says well we can just upgrade the DVD but I cover the charge of everything, I asked if I do that what happens when an if this happen again he said well nots just like a cell phone... No, its my truck I don't expect to pay $1000 and you tell me to buy a new one from us an if it happen again just buy another in the same pattern... Then he tells me well we dont deal with plant audio anymore... That is crazy to me will definitely not be going back because they don't stand by there work to the point you tell me its nothing wrong with it except the fact... IT DOESN'T TURN ON HELLO!!!
