Beautiful tires & super affordable! Took about 40 minutes tops. They have a cat there to chill with while you wait and that made my experience even better. Will be coming back for all of my mustangs needs!

My tire experience was very good, excellent as a matter of fact. The problem that I'm having is that (2) female employees delivered verbal beat downs at (2) different times to the same employee. If this young man did I something wrong he should have been taken aside and talked to instead of humiliated in front of customers in the waiting room. I personally apologized to this young man, for these women's behavior. I don't think I will return there if employees are treated like this. I know this won't be seen by anyone, but I had to express how I feel.

The whole staff was simply excellent!!! Great service and quality of work. Just sitting waiting for my car to be completed, you can feel the good positive vibes in how Dawn runs her business and to which surely rubs off onto her staff. The awesome lady Lee went out of her way to solve a problem with my car. Kudos! Love the cats mingling around also.

The folks at Burnett white were friendly. They were able to get the exact tires I wanted on my car the same day. We had to travel unexpectedly the next day so it was important that we got squeezed in. Technician was friendly when I asked where to park and then again when I asked about the tires post installation. All around a good experience.

Prompt on-site service at our farm property got our tractor rolling again. We were given a reasonable estimate before work began and final price ended up being less than the estimate. Completely hassle-free experience at a very fair price.

Great customer service, I called at 9:00 am, said I had a flat the day before and was driving on the spare donut. I was told to come right in as it was a short day being Saturday and they close at noon. I knew that I needed to replace all tires, they had them in stock, elsewhere did not. I called at 9:00 am and was in and out with a new set of tires mounted and balanced by 11:50 am.I will definitely do business with them in the future

Highly recommended! I ve had a flat tire twice and each time, Burnett White made the process seamless. They came out to my house took the tire off, and brought a replacement back and installed it. The prices are reasonable and the employees are incredible. This time, Tommy came to do the job and even took the time to show our kids how to jack the car up and let them all take a turn to try the jack. Tommy turned a bad situation into a great one!

Very nice and very rare these days to be able to walk into a shop without a scheduled appointment and have a tire issue immediately looked at and fixed. This has been the same experience I've had with Burnett-White over several years with different cars. Our family doesn't even consider alternatives.. Thanks

Normally id give a 5 star but this time is different after having my car revved to piss and driving like a bat out of hell durning a brake test. Been going here for years I hope this was a new guy and one that wont be around for long or unfortunately ill have to start looking elsewhere for service which sucks because like i said ive been going here for at least 5 years. Gonna give it another shot hopefully it'll be the usual great service i receive from this establishment.

This was my first time working with Burnett White. I was given their name by a couple people, and I was amazed with the service they provided. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and for the price they quoted, and they did an excellent job. They made it beyond convenient for me. They have my business from here on out.

I have been coming to Burnett-White for years. They've always been nice and accommodating. Today absolutely not the case. I had a 10:00 a.m appt scheduled for today. I came in the day before and it was too busy so I asked him to check my oil and tire pressure to make sure I was okay to wait until today. They checked it and it was fine. My oil change took an hour and a half. At the hour and 15 minute mark, I was preparing to get up to ask what was taking so long when I was approached by one of the associates telling me that there was no oil in my car and that the technician recommended I get an oil flush for $230. I said absolutely not, my oil was checked yesterday by one of your technicians so I know that's untrue. He then came back and said, oh well it was low not empty. I then say what is taking so long I have to go to work. I was then told the car in front of mine took longer than expected. The issue that I have is if you are making a customer wait that long for an oil change you should explain that because that's good customer service. And I explained that to both of the representatives that this was unacceptable. The female at the computer just stared at me. No apology no concern nothing! I left very agitated and unappreciated, being that I have been a customer for a long time. They did take 10% off of my oil change but unfortunately I will not be returning and finding another place of business to spend my money.

My elderly grandmother was a *former* loyal customer of this establishment but had an unfortunate encounter with the owner (Dawn) who was extremely impatient, short and rude towards her during a basic transaction. An absolute embarrassment that the OWNER behaved the way she did. Our entire family will be taking our business elsewhere and spreading the word about the poor customer service received.

Had a slow leak in 1 of my tires and a small slice in the sidewall where I hit a curb months before. Called around and got prices. They were cheaper than anyone else, and had it in stock. They told me to bring the car in after lunch, which I did. After being there about 15 minutes the gentleman came over and handed me a small screw and told me it was causing the leak, and I didn't need a new tire. I can't thank them enough for their honesty. All their counter employees seemed to be courteous and experienced. This is the way customer service used to be.

Came in very stressed over just a flat tire. Warm welcome from Donte and I so appreciated his kindness. Less than 30 minutes I was back on the road. Very reasonable prices too! Highly recommend

Always first to call. Had a flat tire - quick repair. The service staff and technicians are friendly, caring, and efficient. Even made sure that tire pressure on all my tires was good.

Roughly 4 years ago, this crew helped me do an overhaul of wheels and suspension on my pick up truck. It was an excellent process and excellent work and I m super happy with it still to this day.Good work, honest people. Highly recommend .

Needed high performance tires in a hurry due to hitting some debris in the road. I called BW on a Wednesday afternoon and my new tires were installed by Thursday afternoon!! Super nice people!

Roadside assistance was prompt and made a quick change of 2 tires. Our truck was FMC in under 2hrs. from the time we called. Highly recommend if you need tire assistance around the Salisbury, MD area.

Needed 4 new tires. Called Friday afternoon and had 4 new tires and on the road by 9:30 the next morning. Since I have been dealing with Burnett- White I have always been completely satisfied and will not go anywhere else for my tire needs. Great job again! Thanks

The service was Platinum, drove up Warren came we told him which tire had the screw it then took off tire a and wheel patched the tire put back on we didn't even have to get out or car. Very wonderful service Thanks Again Warren

I was ecstatic about how Dante took care of my phone call. My son was on the side of the road with a blowout tire, and his wife and two kids needed assistance immediately. And Dante took care of everything. They got the tire change, and they re on their way. Matt, the service driver, an A+, was excellent at helping my son. There yesterday with an air conditioning problem with my chevy truck. Said that they can t determine the problem while there is a chill in the air. Told,would,work,on it while air is warmer. Took,the day trying, charged me 0 Showed real class.

I came in to have a tire patched. I thought I d be there an hour. They were done in under 15 minutes! Unbelievable service. Very polite and professional. My highest recommendation.
