Poor customer service the lady at the front desk couldn't tell us when the lawnmower would be repaired. She said 2/3 weeks and wanted a 75.00 deposit. She said their work is done by the hour. We went across the street to MacMillion great customer service and it took him 4 minutes to repair our lawnmower for much less than the deposit these people was asking for.

Sue at Bent or Broken was a pleasure to work with, and the service was top-notch. My John Deere LT166 was picked up from my house, given a full servicing, and was brought back to me running like a dream, all within the same day! Charges were about what I was expecting, labor rate was communicated up-front and the bill was itemized with a complete rundown of work performed - I like transparency. Sue was communicative and kept me informed of progress. Five stars, would recommend!

I love to support local and small businesses. However, their Labor rate is extremely HIGH, $125.00 an hour to have a trigger and cable fixed on a blower is ridiculous. Other unauthorized repairs were performed without notifying us 1st. I wouldn t recommend leaving or dropping off anything without getting a written quote.

Called in to ask if a certain issue on my mower could be fixed, was cut off mid sentence and spoken to as if I were dumb, ei" small engine repair means we can fix anything on a ......." then was asked what my issue was, well I was in the middle of trying to explain that before I was cut off..... no thanks I'll take my business to where they listen to customers

Apparently this place is under new ownership. I don't know anything about the last owner nor do I really care to, but I can tell you that I was very satisfied with my service. The fact that they can come pick up your mower (for a fee) was really convenient for me.

After 3-1/2 weeks of waiting, I stopped in to learn how the repair work was coming on my lawn mower. I was told that it could not be repaired. I took it across the street to MacMillan's, who returned it to me, FIXED, the next day. I could write more, but you did not come here to read a novel.Be aware that there is new ownership. The old reviews do not apply.

Took in a power hedge trimmer that wouldn t start or run at 11:45 and it was fixed by 1:30. Excellent service. New owner has completely turned the business around. Pleasantly surprised by reasonable costThanks again

Spent $403 to get the mower deck fixed. Had it there twice and the belt is still falling off. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.

Initially sounded helpful. But could only pick up our zeroturn mower in a weekSaid they would call when on their wayNo one showed. No one called I called I wasn't even on the list he saidThe guy said he can fit me in. He never showedI understand they might be busyBut I am not Recommending them if their customer service is horrible. Wouldn't count on great serviceIt's competitive out there. Not good to treat customers like that. But perhaps they don't care

This guy is the best. He is honest, dependable and great to work with. Since my husband is no longer able to work on our lawn equipment, I took a chance and called Gary. He is my new best friend. He took care of my riding lawn mower and my twenty-year-old push mower that I love. You will not find any better service. I highly recommend him.

I moved to Salisbury in the spring and have an older zero turn club cadet that had some issues that cost a fortune to fix at another lawn mower shop, but it was never right. It had to keep going back, and cost more money each time. I found Bent or Broken and read the great reviews they had. Well, the owner Gary did not disappoint!! He knows his stuff when it comes to riding mower's. Also, if there is any problems after he's worked on it, he does not do the job and walk away. He backs up his work. How refreshing!If you need mower work done, get it done here. You will not regret that decision to go to Bent or Broken.

I have used this company many times. My family has been very pleased with the service and pricing for the labor as well as the parts.Mr. Novak-I am extremely surprised about your comment. The shop has standard fees that are on all bills that may be associated with services provided. I know that the pick-up fee for all equipment has been $60, which includes the return of the said equipment. All pricing is an "estimate" for a reason and is only a way to possibly give you a price but it could always be more or less than the estimated price. You do understand the parts are not included in the labor fee? The $7 fee that you might be questioning could be the environmental fee to discard old gasoline or oil. Did you have something like that done? I would truly hope that you would reconsider your review.

Terrific I give this 5 stars. Gary Shores took my tractor in and had it fixed in a couple hours . Great service tractor runs fine I'm going to take all of my tractors there from now on. Went back a month later. Tractor not starting.. Gary had it fixed in 2 hours. This is great

For 2 years now I ve been trying to find someplace around here that wouldn t RIP ME OFF ROYALLY every time I needed my yard equipment repaired or tuned up!!!! Well I m absolutely THRILLED to say that Bent or Broken in Salisbury MD is the place to go! I discovered them just a few weeks ago and so far they have repaired my string trimmer, garden tiller and power washer. I also discovered they repair/service chain saws so I ll be dropping my little chainsaw off in just a few days. It seems they repair all makes and models and even though I m on a covid - 19 budget now - I ve been able to afford their rates. I can t say enough good about Gary and his crew. Total 5 star business!

Mower shut down one evening and wouldn't start back up. I called that night, he picked up the mower next day and had it fixed and returned within 24 hours for a reasonable price.

Never again. Learned from the engine manufacturer and the gasoline company that their assessment of the mower was impossible and they were lying. They also told us the repair would be $50-60 and tried to charge us $91. And change. The extra being a for a screw. Nope!!! Ended up paying $75.63 and will never go back!!!! Try Mobile Mowers or Mac millan if you need repair work done!!!!

Over a week of saying they would call me after a friend dropped my mower off and they never did. Then after going there they told me a ridiculous price for simple small repairs, I'm very unhappy and I will never go there again I do not recommend them to anybody

Repair costs exceeded those quoted prior to repair.When I asked what the costs for repairing my two snow throwers would include, I was told $35 for pickup and delivery, and labor at $65/hr. The bill that I received had $60, instead of $35 (for pickup and delivery), and additional, not previously mentioned, $7 shop supplies charges for each of the snow throwers. However, the spark plug that was replaced was not considered as part of shop supplies and was billed at $3.95

They got an old riding lawn mower running the same day that they picked it up at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend them to service and fix your lawn mower.

Waited three weeks for them to replace a fuel line then they charge me $65 an hour The lady was very very rude It takes five minutes to change a fuel line On a Weedwhacker

Working with the owner allows you to experience the type of customer service which was prevalent back in the day. Strongly suggest Bent and Broke repair. !!!
