They are incredibly honest and upfront about the work. Every single staff member is nice and says hello. I was in and out in less than an hour. I got my quote within 30 min of sending it. I haven't even mentioned that they are usually literally HALF price or LESS compared to the guys with the commercials on TV. Strongly recommend.

I had an excellent experience here at Zips Auto Glass, the owner offers a fair price and did flawless work on the install on my new front windshield . They were busy but handled my appointment extremely well and I was in and out with a new front glass in no time ! This is a great small business to support and the other reviews will echo the same sentiment, not to mention the lifetime warranty of workmanship / I can be confident this new install will last as long as I own the car and then some, thanks again!!

I called Saturday morning to have my window replaced and they had someone out to my apartment that afternoon. The replacement price was much lower than my insurance quote and quicker. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs their window replaced.

Always will remember this shop. Came in and told me that the crack was so minor (surface) that it does not need a repair as it did not enter the glass deep enough. Thank you for being honest and will come back in the future.

Zips replaced a broken windshield on my recent model Hyundai. Communications was good and we were fortunate to get service within a day or two after calling. They charged much less than the quote I got through my insurance company that has a financial relationship with the big glass replacement company in our area. The work was done quickly and so far, no problems with the new windshield. The calibration seems to be correct because the driving safety features appear to work properly. (Of course, I have no technical way to know if the calibration was to spec.) Note, they used a windshield from an after market source that claims to provide glass to the sames standards as Hyundai. Time will tell, but at this point I am very satisfied with the company and the work.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Armon was great.. Had a huge crack in my windshield. My son was taking the car back to school the next day, 7 hrs away. Armon was able to get me in in the morning and my son got off to school by noon. Couldn t as for better service!

Armon was great to deal with; he gave me a quick quote and told me the materials could be there next day. I had my rear windshield/glass replaced the next day, as promised, and it looked great. Would definitely recommend working with Zips Auto Glass.

Mannn! Armon is amazing. I was really skeptical about this place. I looked the reviews and it was good to be tru, for it to have that many good reviews. I called and he quoted me almost half of what the other shops offered me including Safelite. I would recommend to anyone that wants quality and good price windows for your vehicles. One more thing I know a lot of people don t know but I have sensor windshield and it cost more because they have to calibrate the system once the windshield is repaired but here Armon gotch you. He won t charge you for the calibration he ll tell you the secret and I want him to tell y all because other shops are making extra $300-$500 just in calibrating windshield sensors. I m telling y all this is the guy to go to.

It was an easy process all around from My insurance to Zips . You set up the appointment. They contact you immediately upon set up and give you your service the same day They come out and take care of everything. Payment is auto processed which makes it easy for a busy guy like me. Easy Transactions through Zips......... I would recommend them to anyone I know

Armon provided me with the most upmost, friendliest, professional, timely, and accurate service. He was incredibly responsive during our email conversation and was helpful in working around my insurance policy. He offered an estimate that was more agreeable in comparison to other shops in town for a full front windshield replacement. I had a great experience working with Arman (Zips auto Glass) to replace my windshield which had a large crack. Arman was very professional and helpful. He answered all my questions and worked around my schedule.He came to my office when he said he would and got it replaced in a short period of time. Woke up this morning to find that someone had shattered the window on the driver's side of our vehicle. Other companies quoted around $350-$400 and a few days wait. I called Zips Auto Glass and spoke with Armin, he quoted almost $100 less and made an appointment for me within the hour, was very reassuring. Wily was our technician and did a great job replacing the window, finished in 45 minutes and I was able to make it to work without a headache.thanksSo grateful we found them and will definitely be coming back in the future as well as recommending them to friends and family. Their service is excellent and so are the prices. I love that it's a local company, and the people I saw there were happy and helpful. Thank you Armin & Willy !

He was able to accomidate my schedule, gave me a very resaonable fixed price to install my shattered back side window. The installer was equally impressive and kind. This place is amazing, both times I had my windows replaced here I was in and out under an hour! Armon was super easy to work with with getting a quote and setting up it installed time that fit my schedule. His guys were very professional and clean with their work! Highly recommended!

2021 BMW X5 windshield smashed , very happy with Zips service , Willy came to my place to replace a damaged windshield. Finished in about 45 minutes. Price was very reasonable. I will recommend Zips to all my friends and family in Bethesda Area. Thanks Guys....

Alonso was very professional and friendly! I provided my address, and within 20 minutes he was at my car ready to work. I handed him my key, and just after another short 20 minutes my car window was replaced! To my surprise all of the broken glass that was on my seats and car floor was all vacuumed up!
