This place is better, faster, and cheaper than anyone else for tire repair or replacement, hands down!!! Great service and crew! I ve been coming here for years and have brought many cars, thank you Zip Tires!

They were too busy to plug a tire. I'm not sure why these type tire places don't get it, you have a tire leaking air, you are on your way to work, the Drs office, the grocery store, child care, they charge a whopping $25 to plug a tire, $45 to patch them but want you to wait in line to get it done. This is a 911 and safety matter. I don't get it when they tell you, we can get you in in an hour. We do have an alternative, NEXT!!! Thank you Google for allowing us to report on here how we are interacted with from business all over the United States. Some just don't get customer service but when they read it here, after it has been read by thousands, my prayer is, THEY FINALLY GET IT.

They give you tires that are already messed up and leaking air. When I came here, they changed my tire and put it on backward, and soon it went flat within 3 hours. When I went back, they blamed me and didn't give me my money back. Horrible experience. These guys are scam artists.

They might be good changing tire but service in a car they re not good I paid them 150 to fix something and then I had to take it to another mechanic to fix my car. Service stink. No good service not a good job they don t fix cars at all

Damn good prices and FAST service.... I bring my trucks and my personal vehicles to this place year after year.....this is his new place as I forgot to mention....Update..Aug. 2019 I hit a curb which caused a small leak, he found it and fixed it.....as always in and out quick

Great selection , great prices . Technicians are pleasant and thorough. I have had tires replaced on both my cars ( 8 tires total) here and never had an issue

These guys are great! I had a huge bolt in my tire. They replaced both back tires for a reasonable amount. And plugged a slow leak in the front passenger side. I was in and out in 30 mins. Highly recommend this business.

They went above expectations I went to get some used tires for my fixer upper and they gave me the best price around the area they spotted other issues that I had with my car and gave me excellent feedback and solutions. The service was fast and the staff was very friendly and they definitely have prices that can t be beat. It s hard finding mechanics that care about the work actually going in and taking safety serious as well as quality work. I ll definitely be recommending and coming here to fix up my lemon.

This is, without doubt, the worst tire shop I have ever done business with. The first time I went there for a tire change, they messed up one of the TPMS sensors. The second time, I took my wife's car in, they balanced the tires incorrectly. I took the car to the highway yesterday and it shaking over 50 miles. To add insult to injury, most of the personnel is also rude besides being clueless. What a waste of time and money!

My bf and I were on a road trip this weekend from another state when the car s tire began deflating. His car has an uncommon tire size and many shops we called did not have the tire in stock.Upon speaking with a very friendly woman at Zip Tires, she informed us they had the size we needed and they had time to change it. We received quick and professional service at a very good price. Zip Tires saved us from what could have been a very bad situation. Thank you to all of Zip Tires staff!!

Was recently at Zip Tires In Rockville. They provides excellent customer service, did not need an appointment. I appreciated most about my experience. Instead of selling me a brand new tire unnecessarily, they were able to plug my tire and saved me money! and so I was able to have enough money for an oil change done with them as well. I will definitely be coming back should I need any needs for my car!

Had a new tire at an affordable price, put the tire on, and balanced it quick and efficient, and even my dog liked them so they must be good people. Definitely coming back if I'm in the area and in need.

They charged 72 bucks for a patch on a tire. Charged more than the service at a dealership. I think just because my mom doesn t know anything about car. Such a ripoff. And also, hate their zero-friendly attitudes.

Damaged the wheel bolt covers. Told the kid to wait so I can get the removal tool, he just went ahead and continued to dig into them with a screw anyway. Very careless with your car. Told one price, charged another. Have been here before but will not be back. Not sure what happened to them.

Found this place on google and called to ask if they had a used tire of a specific size and luckily they did. Got there and got greeted and serviced immediately. The one tire that kept leaking had a nail in it.I was out in less than 10 minutes & was more than a fair price for a good tire. Definitely recommend. Highly efficient, respectful, & reasonably priced. Will be back for mine and my family s tire needs!

Drove up no call ahead or appointment at 10:30am on a Wednesday with a screw in my tire in need of patching. Was immediately taken care of. I didn t know where my tire lock was so bless that gentleman s heart who helped me look, even unpacking half of my trunk (did I mentioned I m moving 300 miles away). The whole time he was extremely polite, quick & efficient. This is my second positive experience with this company.

The best technicians ever!I used them 4-5 times already. Not only with my personal vehicle, but also with my business box truck. The guys always professional. I would like to advise everyone in the area to use this place. Fair prices, no hidden fees and tricky things how to make customers pay more. Always polite and ready to help.Believe, with my profession I used a lot tire repair places. And this place is the best!

I have a fleet of vehicles to which they give me adequate and preventive maintenance; a good quality tire that fits your vehicle is pivotal for how your car performs, and importantly how safely you can control your vehicle. A good tire should align with the climate, the roads that you travel on, the vehicle you drive and your driving habits. Called and let them know I had a hole in my tired and needed it patched, I drove to the shop and without even attempting to patch it they told me I couldn t patch it and I would need a whole new tire. They told me they had no used tires my size so I needed to buy a new one.(2016 jetta ) Over the phone they told me it would be $115. Once completed I wanted to confirm the cost and they said $115. I also only got the tire put on. I had to ask for them to check the others because they didn t. Once I got inside they tells me it s 125 now. I go back and forth asking why taxes was never mentioned and the guy said this is America. Hispanic company ripping people off especially females. Do not go there without clarifying cost because they WILL change the price on you.

Great spot - quick friendly service.I just was in need of a tire repair from a nail and these guys took care of it in no time at a very fair price.I will go back to them for nearly anything tire related from now on.

Great Service!The whole process was smooth and easy. Eddie is great! super pleasant and knowledgeable. He recommended a set of tires at a reasonable price. Items were in-stock and they installed them while I waited later the same day. Quick service even though they are super busy. Very satisfied with the tires, the price and the service. I needed some new rear tires for my work truck knowing that snow was headed our way. I showed up right before closing and the guys gladly fit me in. I was shown my options between used or brand new tires. I opted for the used tires because they looked great (big improvement from what I had) and they were around the price point I was willing to spend. The whole process went smoothly and fast. I will definitely be back in the future.

Decent service not the friendliest but what you would expect. Be sure to ask for pricing upfront they added some fees to my total after my tires were installed which I found unprofessional. Fortunately it was only an extra $12 but still not what I was told when I spoke to them. They offer a 7 day warranty on their used tires keep your receipt.

Had a slow leak in my tire let in my tire while commuting from Fredrick to Bethesda, and wasnt sure when or where I would have time to take my car. My boss was in a meeting so I ran over to zips no appointment or call ahead. They found a nail on my tire and had me in and out in 10 min. Super reasonable price. Very happy customer
