Incredible service. I chose Zamora's to repair my vehicle after I hit a deer and could not be happier. They were amazing - helped arrange the tow, worked closely with my insurance, provided text updates along the way, and above all else, the work they did was superb. My truck looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Highly recommended!

They understood how quickly I needed my vehicle repaired and got it to me way sooner than I had anticipated! Kept great communication between my insurance and my self. 10/10 would get rear ended and repaired at Zamoras again!

The correct Paint color was applied to my Vehicle/ thats about it , the bumper installed is crooked and off center - Mini the body lines do not lineup My hood is not aligned with the cars body off by maybe a centimeter to the passenger side and hitting the headlight not flush with the rest of the car nor is the drivers side finder witch was not hit. Zamora's did not Fully paint my bumper just part of it Fully paint my bumper just 90% of it. Will go to this place Again.

Zamora is a great place to fix your insured car, I had come for paint job which was done nicely and there were no issues identified. There timely communication and flexibility with appointments also was satisfactory.

Took a Honda there for repair. They were pretty on top of things from the start and were good about calling me once a week or so with updates. It was an in depth repair and I had some concerns the first time I went to pick it up. They kept it an extra week and completely addressed all my concerns, to include one or two that I brought up but didn't actually ask them to address that were minor in my opinion. Bryan was my POC and he was super good about being up front and explaining things professionally to me. I would absolutely use them again, but hope I never have to...Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was in an accident on my way to visit my son in Washington, D.C. and there was a good deal of damage to my car. The towing company recommended Zamora's and I am grateful. I worked with Alex and he was exceedingly professional and kind. Supply chain issues created a few delays but Alex was always upfront and realistic. He made the experience, if not pleasant, at least tolerable. In the end, my car looks brand new and I am thrilled to have it back. Thanks Alex!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I did my research and I got quotes from three body shops. I was thrilled with Zamora's. The work they did was perfect and the car was so clean inside that you'd have thought I just bought it. I had an odd circumstance because I was going out of town for two weeks. So, they delivered the car to the garage in my apartment building while I was away and called to let me know exactly when they'd parked it. Their communication was amazing. Any time the schedule changed, they called even though they knew I was away and fine with any changes since I'd told them I was flexible on timing. I started off expecting to be self-pay and ended up going through insurance because my deductible was less than I thought. The process was seamless. It was a pleasure to work with Jos� and I got the impression that others who work there are probably equally as responsive, friendly, and professional. If your car needs work Zamora's needs to be on your list for estimates. You'll end up there and you'll end up happy!!

I cannot get over Chris and the team at Zamora's. Where have I been? I had a bit of a fender bender...took it to Zamora's and two days later my car looks amazing...dent gone, car washed and vacuumed, and the price was more than reasonable. This is a five-star operation and the only place I am ever going to get my car fixed from now on. Chris is super friendly and walked me through the details step by step. When I dropped off my car, they even gave me a ride home...for free! Great service all around!!Service: Body & Trim

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Zamora's. Their entire staff (office personell, shop techs, owner) were great to deal with.The communications were incomparable. They have restored my Chevy van and throughout the process, I received multiple emails and phone calls with updates and photos of the progress being made.Aside from the quality of the work being fantastic, it was all completed in an impressive amount of time. It was an awful lot of work. I was unable to upload images, so I REALLY hope they post them on their site. The pictures speak volumes.Without question, I will be back to Zamora's for future projects. If you have a need for any type of body work or paint, be sure to try either of Zamora's locations. Seriously!Thank you so much for a great job!

Customer service is top notch. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and loved the text message updates on the progress of my car s body work. They even coordinated with the rental car company and was able to drop my rental car off there when I picked up my car. Super easy and excellent, quick work. I couldn t be more pleased. I checked a few body shops out before going to Zamora's after my accident. Also they were highly recommended by a friend of mine. I dealt with Jose and he was very professional and explained the whole process. They even dropped me off at a local car rental place. The job they did was perfect! I don't use that term often either. Very bad customer service, I do not recommend it. an estimated 15 minutes they wanted to do it. Then I went to another one very close to there and they treated me super well and fast.

Zamora's repaired my car after an accident. Eric, the owner, was terrific! He was patient, answered all my questions, responded quickly and kept me up-to-date on everything. Everyone at Zamora's was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I HIGHLY recommend Zamora's Auto Body.

I recently had my 2012 Honda Civic repaired at Zamora's in Rockville after someone ran into the doors on the driver side. I worked with Eric (he and the front office were great) and the body shop did an excellent job. It took right around 2 weeks was was fine since a holiday was part the time period. They keep you updated on the progress with texts. I would recommend them for getting your vehicles body repaired. I would use them again but hopefully no one hits me again.

I had the unfortunate luck to have struck a deer in my Audi. Having used Zamoras Auto Body in Frederick before. I used them again. They did a amazing job. Communication was amazing., they updated me everyday. They were right on with the estimated time of finish. The work was perfect. You could not tell 5here was any accident. Paint match was perfect and the car was returned to me spotless. I hope to never use them again but if the need arises and something happens to my car where I need paint or body work. Friendly front office team was very knowledgeable and courteous. Time in and out was quick due to high efficiency. Technicians doing the work were extremely talented and the finished product was excellent. Text updates gave us the play-by-play status all the way through. We've trusted Zamora's time and again - never let us down.

I went to Zamora's today, in Rockville, and had a great experience. This is my second experience with Zamora, the first being at the Frederick, MD location. Today's visit was to fix my passenger side door, which was blown open by the wind, and not closing correctly. I had first taken the car to the dealership, and told the damage would require a body shop- which triggered fears of a big, and expensive repair! Much to my delight- Zamora's was able to 1) Correct the door within an hour, 2) Charge an extremely reasonable rate, 3) Provide excellent customer service (Jose my consultant was excellent!). if you need body work, I highly recommend Zamora's!

I had brought my mini Cooper Clubman here for repair when the front end was damaged from an accident. They did an awesome job! You can't tell anything happened. It was done in just a couple days and communication is stellar, they kept me posted throughout the way

Don't bring your car/truck to any other body shop!! Chris and Eric are the best and they take great care of their customers and their vehicles. This is the only place I bring any of my cars and all of my families and recommend this location and the one in Frederick to my friends and anyone that I know who has crashed. Eric, Andy and Mr. & Mrs. Zamora's are the best of the best!!!

Recommend by USAA and they do a fantastic job, to include cleaning the vehicle after completing repairs. Alex was great at setting my expectations. They repair rather then simply replace everything, that works out to be very cost effective. Great people ,good coffee & snacks in their waiting area.

Quality, fast, dependable, service. I recently brought my car to the shop and was greeted with smiles and treated like I owned the place. The repair is perfect and the color match is flawless. I hope I never need to visit again but if I do.....

My car was involved in a collision that caused the AC to stop working. AFTER the insurance adjuster spoke to the shop owner (without even seeing the car), he agreed that the broken AC was not caused by the collision. I should mention that the AC was on and working at the time of the collision. It seems like the shop is in good with the insurance company considering that they would not look into it. I took my car somewhere else. Insurance companies are shady enough without having auto body shops on their side.
