Great experience at wheel king Rockville. Rim work looked great and staff and owner were quick and friendly. Pricing was good too. Glad my son could take care of this on a Saturday morning too! His tire(s) looked like new. Thanks Wheel King!

Took my new Tesla in after a minor curb rash incident and they had the rims looking like brand new again in less than an hour. Everything was simple and painless with them, they honored the estimate and even took a little off the top just for finishing sooner than expected. Highly recommend!

This is got to be one of the best places I have been. Came here at 11:30 and they got everything done within 3 hours. Perfect job! I would love to recommend this place to anyone with curb rashes and dings.

I have used Ding King at least 3 times in the past. I have had them fix broken rims and had them mount and balance 2 pair of my rims. I have 22s and 20 inch rims. There were never any scuffs or marks of any kind. Guys there are super friendly and the cost is fair. The quality of work is what keeps me going back.

Super quick and friendly, couldn t have been easier to work with. Texted some photos of my rim, got a quote back instantly, and they had my car finished in an hour. Would definitely recommend!

I really like this place! They did a perfect job on my NX450h+. Had a couple of dings and they are no longer there! Would love to recommend this place to anyone that has curb rash or dings! The workers here are also super nice and accommodating! Thanks a lot!!

I went by this location to see the price and time it would take to get a rim repaired. Lucas told me to drop it off today and we will get them back to you tomorrow. I dropped off my car and they called/texted me the next day informing me that my car was ready for pickup. I was running a little behind on picking the car up and they gave me some more time for pickup. If I and anyone in my family needs this service , I will faithfully send them to these guys. They made me a faithful customer just from their customer service alone. It s rare to get that kind of service nowadays.

I recently had my calipers painted from Wheel King Ding for my Tesla Model Y and I am extremely happy with the results. The process was simple and straightforward, and the final product looks great. There were a variety of color options available, so I was able to find the exact color that I was looking for. The painting process was quick and easy. The finished product was smooth and evenly applied, with no drip and imperfections. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to get their caliper painted.Service: Painting

Great application poor operation and administration.I am generally pleased with the outcome of the work (caliper painting) and irritated with the owner s poor management. He committed completion in 4 hours. After 8 hours, the work was still incomplete and rather than take accountability and pay for his mismanagement, his team and I paid for the miss.To avoid the headache I stopped pushing, but I am sorely disappointed given the spectacular experiences I have had with the company who referred me. Sadly, his poor communication and scheduling cost me an additional $130 in expenses. His team discounted my services an additional $50, leaving $80 gap that the owner has yet to acknowledge beyond telling me I should have told him I needed the vehicle completed within 8 hours AFTER he committed repeatedly to complete the job in 4 hours.What could have been an awesome experience turned sour quickly. I do hope he compensates his team appropriately for his errors in operational judgement.Bottom line: clarify multiple times with owner and crew the expectations.

After researching several wheel repair businesses in my area, I setteled on Wheel Ding King and happy I did! The owner Sebastian, was super fast in answering my inquiry regarding services, approx. cost and appt. times. I was told by a BMW dealership that I had four bent rims, which I found suspect. I explained all of this to the Sebastian and Lucas, the technician, and after all wheels were removed and spun, it turns out I just had one bent wheel! It was repaired in 30 minutes and I was on my way. This is an honest business, which is hard to find these days......I will refer my family & frinds here for sure! Give them a call, you'll be happy you did!

If you don t feel like reading just know that I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.I want to start by stating this is my first ever business review. There s never been a reason for me to have this reaction to a company s services. But I felt the need to express my disbelief and displeasure with the services that were rendered to my car (Tesla Model X). I brought my car to this particular shop because it was recommended by a friend of mine. The shop is located behind a gas station next to a dumpster. After speaking to the owner and stating the services I wanted completed (getting my rims gloss black and my calibers white to match my vehicle) and scheduling an appointment to drop off my vehicle he gave me a quote of $700 and said he can do the work. Perfect!Upon my arrival I was met by two staff members who were unaware of my arrival. Not a big deal, but foreshadows the rest of the services I received. The team added me and got to work.Upon arrival and pick-up I was in shock. The rims look like they were sprayed by an amateur and the quality is horrible. I returned back to pick my rim caps which they ALSO ruined and the final result was worse than the original job that they did. Horrified!!I walked out knowing that I am never going to be made whole again at this shop. I texted the owner about this shoddy work and his comment that he told the employee was regarding my caliber stickers not being added, and being told to charge me an additional hundred dollars!! What?!The owner did not respond which is just rude IMO. There are a few times in your life when you feel you were bamboozled and this is one of them for me. This company s has zero quality and their customer service is piss poor. Being a business owner myself and understanding the importance of customer service this experience has really ruined my trust and I feel disrespected. I had waited for months to do this as a treat to myself and finally moved forward with it.This will be my last time ever doing business with this company. It is located on the side of the road behind a gas station right where it belongs next to the DUMPSTERS. #ROBBEDService: Painting

This was my 3rd time coming to the King for a wheel repair in the last 10 years with my 3rd different car. As expected, the King did a phenomenal job. I was in and out within 45 minutes and my badly scuffed rim looked good as new. I can t say enough about these guys. They offer fast, friendly, service, with quality work and attention to detail. FIVE STARS!!!!!

I had some fairly bad curb rash, they did a great job with they had to work with, Audi wheels have a machine faced surface which they blended fantasticly. Excellent price point. Fast turn around/same day service. Would highly recommend for cosmetic damage.

This business truly lives up to its positive reviews on this site. I contacted the company yesterday just before closing and was able to get a quote and schedule an early morning appointment to have my rim repaired. The gentleman that worked on my car arrived early and worked quickly while maintaining the quality of the repair. Overall, I had a very positive experience and was impressed by this company's professionalism, turn around, price, and quality of work. If I damage my rim again, I will be returning, and if I know anyone that needs their rims repaired, I will be recommending! To the gentleman that worked on my 2018 Corolla SE this morning (I didn't catch your name) thank you again! Your work was impeccable!

So I'm basically like any random customer (research, read reviews, contact the facility, get an understanding and try them out). Being a first time customer, yes there were some concerning reviews but every company has these kind of customers that complain instead of listening to understand or don't ask the right questions. I called, had a friendly greeting, inquired about a dent in my rim, and scheduled an appointment. I didn't know I had a crack in the rim but luckily, they repair certain cracks as well! They kept in contact with me and told me my rim was ready, 2 days later (again, keep in mind repairs do take time)!But anyway, service= excellent, customer relations= excellent, I would highly recommend them to anyone to needs rim/ wheel repair!Thank you guys so much for your assistance!

Great job! Wheels in high gloss black and calipers in cherry red. Also, they removed any dings on my rims. Professional and friendly staff. Will be coming back to get decals on calipers!

Sebastian hooked it up! I called after hours to leave a message for them to call me back in the morning because I bent and cracked my rim and wanted to speak to him before I spent $450 on a new rim. Even though it was after hours he still answered, gave me a very fair estimate on the phone and told me it would be done 3 days after I dropped it off. The next day I drove to drop it off (20 minutes before their closing time, the shop was closed down and Sabastian let his guys go early because it was 28 degrees that day and he didn t want them working outside, but he still drove back to the shop in less that 5 minutes to take my rim and meet me in person). He told me the new price which was cheaper than the initial phone estimate, and said I could pick it up tomorrow (less than 18 hours after dropping it off). Sure enough, my rim was fixed, no more 2 inch crack, no more bend in the wheel, nothing. It was fixed perfectly for a third of the price of a new rim. He remounted the tire, balanced it, put it back on the car within 10 minutes of showing back up to the shop and it drives perfectly! Unbelievable quality of work coupled with outstanding customer service makes this place hands down the best place to get your rims fixed! Sebastian will absolutely go the extra mile (literally and figuratively) for anyone, regardless if they re a new customer or not. After reading the other reviews prior to choosing this shop I ran across a few here and there that had negative stuff to say about Sebastian or his character as a business owner, I m here to set the record straight. I was one of the most inconvenient customers anyone could ask for (not intentionally) and he took care of me like I was a member of his family. Highly highly highly recommend!

If your meticulous of the work done o. your wheels this isn't the place for you. Destroyed my rim, was told by another repair company couldn't save my wheel.. They won't warranty what the promise to warranty and will ask you for additional 100 dollers to fix there mistakes and when I got my wheel back the second time scratched surface.. Over all terrible experience and waste of my money got no where.
