Superior Auto Service stands by their name: superior!! I had to drop my car off last minute without an appointment due to an odd noise and wheel shake and they were able to take it in and look at it. I told them about other issues I was having on top of that, they were able to diagnose everything and Rob clearly explained every problem they found. We discussed what would be the best options to repair first based on my budget, and Rob was understanding and agreed with my choices. Other shops have pressured me to do things, like they were going to keep my car hostage if I didn t, but I did not feel that way here at all. I felt they were honest and very knowledgeable! All repairs were performed within a very reasonable time, I was able to get my car back in 2 days when I for sure thought it would take longer! They kept me in the loop with everything going on. Highly recommend this place! It will now be my go to shop for any future car issues. Thanks again guys!! Keep up the amazing work!! It does not go unnoticed!

I appreciate how thorough they are. They were true to their word and professional. My only apprehension is having to schedule such an early morning appointment to get my car fixed the same day. I'm new to the area. Where I came from before I can set a 10:00 appointment and still be out with a fixed car that same day no problem.

A great auto shop I recommend. Robert keeps track of your vehicles status and gives you recommendations of when to update components. They also list out everything on the receipt so the charge is transparent. I will keep coming back to them. Thanks Rob!!

I had an excellent experience. My car had been sitting for over a year. They worked with me to identify the critical repairs needed and develop a plan for subsequent repairs. The people were both helpful and very pleasant to work with.

Bob, the owner and Rob the manager are a great team with expertise and kind heart. I had great experience for great price. I got a lot of work done on my 2011 Toyota Camery.I went again few months later and they delivered the quality yet again! I also got pleasant surprise when they told me I Harv$150 in points . Love them 2.8.24

We ve been coming here for years, great service and great work. We first came with our Toyota Corolla, now our Honda Odyssey. We might start taking our electric car here too for the non-electric components (didn t like vw dealership service on electric car).

They did a good job fixing our SUV in a timely fashion and didn't appear to do anything that was unnecessary. The person at the front desk was very thorough in explaining the repairs and potential issues to look out for moving forward.

I must acknowledge that this is the most reputable auto repair shop in our locality. It's a Maryland Certified Emission Repair Shop that played a pivotal role in ensuring my 23-year-old car passed its emission test. The manager, Rob, consistently kept me informed about the progress, and the owner, Bob, readily extended his assistance for any additional issues. Their professionalism and courtesy are truly commendable, and I'm genuinely delighted to have discovered this shop.

I have used Superior Auto Service for several years. It is not only reliable, courteous, and prompt, but also honest. It makes suggestions about service for your car, and tells you what is needed immediately and what can be postponed. My car always performs better after it is serviced. Highly recommended.

I am so glad that Superior Auto Repair did the work so well and with promptness. My car had battery problems, then rapidly deflating tire from a screw puncture. The response to telephone and email was prompt, the explanation and discussion of expenses was clear. I've taken my 2017 Pacific Hybrid here a few times now. They are easy to work with and the communication is good. They do the work requested and check out the car and appear to only recommend necessary work. Last time I came in with a specific problem with my rear brakes and they took care of it at a very reasonable cost. All of this is so so much better than the dealerships.

Brought in my 2011 Chevrolet Malibu for a problem with the transmission. I previously called a couple of other places about the problem and was either getting told I needed to rebuild/replace the transmission, or the closest appointment date for a diagnostic was weeks away. I gave Superior Auto Service a call and had an appointment and tow service scheduled the very next day. They ran diagnostics and Rob kept me up to date every step of the way. Turns out, a power cable was damaged and they replaced it. Vehicle runs just like it used to now. I highly recommend this shop if you're in the Silver Spring/Rockville area!Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, Transmission repair

I called to set up a next-day appointment for my vehicle inspection and they were able to accommodate me without a problem. They even provided a complimentary ride to and from the Metro after I dropped off my car, which was completely unexpected but thoughtful. Overall, I was incredibly happy with the service - it was efficient, timely, and every worker I encountered was friendly and extremely helpful. Great customer service. I am new to the state and needed a car safety inspection. My car was done in 2.5 hours and cost $105. The price is pretty standard from my understanding.

We have worked with Superior a lot over the years and their customer service is bar none. We recently brought our car in after accidentally running over a metal object on the highway and they helped diagnose the situation and proposed next steps even though they couldn t do the work (required body work, which they don t do). They are fair dealers and more interested in developing lasting customer relationships than making a quick buck. We ll keep coming back for sure.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Vehicle Inspection

My 2011 Toyota Prius had a blown head gasket. I found this shop to be the most trustable from online reviews so I paid them a visit!These guys are absolutely 100% transparent and they get the job done. My car now runs perfectly and I m happy to have it back. Bob and Rob are great guys and I recommend this shop for any type of work. The can handle it.

Definitely the auto shop to go to. It feels that they are in top of everything. When they do maintenance they are looking out for anything that looks wrong. if they see something that doesn t look right; it is brought to our attention and they give us their recommendations.
