A Good Example of VERY BAD SERVICEI recently had some water management issues with my Subaru Outback and brought the car to the Subaru Service location at 11407 Rockville Pike, Rockville , MD 20852.I had experienced similar issues before and, as per suggestion of the main Subaru office in California, I took the car to the nearest Subaru Service place for a multipoint inspection to evaluate de situation.I brought the car to the Subaru Service in Rockville , MD , explained the situation and left the car . The service person never called me back. I went back at least two times but could not get much of a feed back. They did not even realized that the amplifier system was damaged nor listen to what I had to say about my previous water issues experience. After ten days waiting for some kind of response/reaction I decided to go back and and retrieve my car. The car was returned to me with the back light disassembled and the front pillar (passenger side) detached. In other words, they never put the parts together after the inspection.I only realized the issue after I returned home. I called and wrote them an email with photos but they never returned my phone calls or answered my email.It is truly a shame and a disgrace !NEVER AGAIN Subaru Service Rockville, MD

I purchased an Ascent the week before Christmas. Did all the paperwork in the office and was told we would be called when the tags came in. A month later, I still hadn t gotten a call, so I called to check on the status and was told it should be coming soon. Very next day, I get a call saying they only do the tags in order of sale and they are just now getting to mine and will be sending it off to get the tags requested. This makes NO sense! The paperwork was already done and just needed to be sent, let alone it taking a month before you get to mine and suspiciously notice it after I ve called to check the status. Sounds to me like someone dropped the ball and wasn t willing to take the blame so they made up some lies.In the meantime, I m getting multiple emails offering a free gas card from the dealer if I do a Q&A with them about all the features of the car. I email with the lady and did a Zoom call and she showed me some things. She verified my mailing address and says I should see something in about 10-14 days. A month later, I haven t received anything. I emailed the lady, who had previously responded in a timely manner, and now I get no response. Yes I learned some things, but I wasted gas under the impression it would be replaced for info I could have just read in the manual. That s deceit.I will not recommend them. I ve heard amazing things about owning a Subaru, but this dealer does NOT take care of its customers.

Don t schedule appointments here, they ll just ignore it anyway. Made my appointment for an oil change and inspection here for 11:30, dropped it off on time. They said i had to physically stay there for 3-4 hours at the dealership to get my car back the same day. They said if I were to leave I would not get my car back till the next day. I said if necessary that s fine if I got it back in the morning. The next day comes and it s almost noon and still no update. I call them and their reasoning is if I wanted it back the same day I should have stayed at the dealership up to 4 hours for it. Then as I was speaking to Ismael he hung up on me mid sentence. The valets were very sweet as were the secretaries that answers the phone. Though with how Ismael was, I will be going to another Subaru dealership with my future needs.

I visited for a state inspection, and it was a great visit. The staff was very knowledgeable and kind to answer any questions. Not a bad price for the state inspection either. Overall, I recommend going to this service center for any Subaru service needs

Hace 5 a�os compre un Subaru Outback nuevo, los primeros 2 a�os el servicio fue bueno, ya que no habia mucho mantenimiento que hacer. Cumplido los 4 a�os ya empezaron a no hacer la "Complimentary inspection" en donde entregaba un formulario en donde decia que habia que cambiar o si estaba pronto para hacerle un servicio.En una oportunidad me informaron de palabra, sin ningun formulario, que habia que cambiar los discos de frenos que estaban gastados (30000 miles) y pasado los 6 meses lo lleve para un cambio de aceite (31000 miles) y me informaron que los discos de frenos estaban en buen estado.Desde entonces empec� a dudar del servicio. La ultima vez, lleve para hacer el cambio de aceite y a la entrega me dijeron que tenia que cambiar los filtros de aire, que me querian cobrar $80 y $160. Que casualidad!! Yo lo habia cambiado una semana antes de llevarlo al service de cambio de aceite y solo me costaron $35 los 2 filtros y 30 minutos de mi tiempo.Realmente ahora dudo que le realizaron el cambio de aceite.Ademas siempre hay un recargo adicional sobre los precios que aparecen en la pantalla y lo que dicen "en la pantalla esta mal" o sea que pueden cobrar lo que se les ocurra sin explicaci�n.El cambio de aceite decia $89 en la pantalla y me cobraron $129.No mas services en Fitzgeral Subaru.
