This is the worst car wash I've ever had in my life. I paid $13 to end up with a ton of dirt on my car, brushes in some places. They just didn t touch my car and the dirt remained untouched. I want my money back.

I paid for the The Best car wash but It was disappointed. It didn t really clean my car as you can see in the photos. The bird poop stain didn t come off at all and there was still some dust residue left. Not recommended if you got bird poop stains on your car.

My recent visit to splashin Carwash left much to be desired. Despite opting for the premium automatic wash, my car was not properly cleaned, with noticeable stains persisting all over the body.Disappointing experience overall, especially considering the extra cost for the supposedly superior service.

I am disappointed regarding the car wash service I received today, March 13, 2024. Despite paying $13, I noticed that there are still dirt residues on the sides and top of the trunk of my car.I hope they take it serious to ensure such oversights do not occur in the future.

The other day after I went to the car wash it started making weird noises and I looked at it and the weather stripping on top had become unglued.To be fair, this isn t the first time I went. I d been going consistently every month or two for maybe a total of 5 times.Splash In evaluated my claim and didn t find anything wrong with their machines. I went to the mechanic and he said the weather stripping was pretty old anyway so I m not sure I can 100% blame the machines. Just be careful - check your car for any sensitive parts before you go in. I wasn t aware of mine. If you have weather stripping like this (Honda pilot 2012) maybe avoid. It s not really this company but perhaps car washes like this in general.Otherwise I love the price.

Edit: it would not take credit cards today and the tap to pay (Google/Apple pay) has never worked. Also the review about the car getting damaged worries me about returning.Original review: Cheap and quick. Located behind Shell gas station. Rebranded from the shell car wash to Splash In.The car wash cleans as expected and is quite good in my experience with 'gas station car washes'

It's closed. This was one of the good locations but now it is no longer available. It is a shame. I would think business is going good.Update 3 months later: the location is open but the wash isn't great. I had a decent amount of soap not soap residue but soap because it was not complete rinse then the dryer was upsetting. I saw 48 seconds and in about 20 seconds it went off. My car was still very wet. Conclusion, the maintains it not up to date and would recommend the other location in Rockville.
