The pump I tried to use was broken, so I went inside to ask for help and the staff with a strong Indian accent was very hard to understand and unnecessarily rude. Will never pump gas from this location again.

Who I believe was the owner failed to lay out pricing over the phone and did not give clear details about the process. Told me I could just drop off the car over the phone which is understandable but was told to expect a call after the diagnostics and if I didn t get a call to call in?Then, when I picked up the car I had a large balance for nothing really being done other than a diagnostics. Then he said he had mentioned it on the phone which he actually had not but seemed to be saying it to justify the absurd charge. I don t recommend going here for any work done on your vehicle.

Today I used Upside app to find it is the cheapest gas price near me, hence drove here to fill in 20 gallons with the remaining put in two bails. Maybe it is because today is Thursday, this Shell offered an discount as I don t remember the gas price is cheaper than other stations near me! I will check on it to see if it is so.

There is absolutely no customer service from the owner Russell. As a first time customer he treated me like dirt. He bragged about how he does 12 hour days while the shop is only open 7-4 daily. I like to support family owned businesses but Russell Dodson is arrogant, mouthy, and plain rude. I won t even go back for gas and I advise everyone else to stay away!!

I was looking at a used car at Rockville Lexus and needed a second opinion. I took the car to the Mechanics located at the Shell. There were 2 younger guys working at the shop. They had time to look at the car and put it on the lift. They charged me a half hour worth of work to over look it which was well worth it. They were very professional. They even let me look at the car from the lift view and gave me their opinion on the vehicle and answered any questions I had. Outstanding service! If I lived closer I would bring all my vehicles to them.

Fuel is fuel. Asked to use the restroom while I was filling up and was lied to by the clerk stating they do not have a restroom. He s a liar, I ve used the bathroom here before.

I have used this station for my car repairs for more than 10 years. Great professional service and good advice. They have occasionally told me that repairs were not worth it (on older cars) .

Bad customer service, not very helpful when it comes to service for gas or working on cars, they don't car they just want the money, don't care about their customers, the manager or owner is rude

One of the few great paybacks if you are using the GetUpSide app. Price isnt to elevated and the cents earned back are pretty good.
