Predatory signage. Real prices are 20� more per gallon without a car wash. Difficult to access from northbound on Rockville Pike. Gas stations with this kind of misleading signage should be called out and should not be patronized.

BEWARE of this SLEAZY and MISLEADING Shell sign. If you take a close look, you'll see that the top highlighted price is only if you buy a carwash. The much smaller and less visible price shows the actual cash price. You pay more if you use a credit card. This is obviously done to draw in deceived customers, who then decide not to be bothered driving to another station. I see that numerous previous posters have already complained about this practice, and I want to warn you that this still goes on.

The machine glitched out and took my money. All while pumping fuel. No one was inside, although it is a 24 hour station. Not helpful

This should be considered misleading advertising. Advertised price is $3.29, but with a disclaimer that you will only get that price with a car wash. Seems sneaky/shouldn t be allowed

UPDATE: I went here because it was the only gas station that had gas...I just checked my account and there s a pending charge for $125.00 when I only spent $34 on gas...they better hope that pending charge gets adjust! BE CAREFUL!False advertisement!!!

I live right around the block and like other people mention some gas station might be cheaper although most of them are much much pricier this gas station is the lowest and it's 500 ft radius that includes BP and Liberty Gas Station this gas station does have a car wash that I have never tried and a convenience store which is pretty small with only General things like snacks drinks coffee they do accept Giants membership so if you have that membership you will get $0.20 off per gallon

I bought an item and was charged twice for it and now I'm leaving on vacation and would like to go back and get my money back. I didn't get a receipt but my bank statement states that I got charged twice. I'm super angry brcausevas soon as I said I didn't need a receipt they must have a ball and started charging me twice. I'm not done I will go back with my bank statement.

Honestly just go down the street and pay the six extra cents for gas. This place also has the misleading sign with the car wash price where regular is usually located. Half of the pumps and equipment are broken. The cashiers are awful and always video chatting or watching a movie; you have to ask them politely a few times to ring you up. The first two times I was here, I thought it was someone's kid that had to go to work with them, but it was the employee working.

Don t get fooled by the price sign on front light is a catch ! Se the prices on the floor also you can t not see them !!!tomorrow I will call the inspector from Maryland to report them cuz they can t do that Sign on the floor also

I wish I had taken a picture of the car wash signs. One of them reads open and the other one reads, now closed :-)Nice convenient location.It should be illegal to boldly advertise the price of gas with car wash and show the actual price in small print below but when the car wash is closed, that s even more of a party foul.

Tricky... Stay alerts, they put lower prices in the outdoor, but you need to read small print "prices with car wash"... I'm never coming back.

This gas station always lists the WRONG GAS PRICE. I say the 2.79 sign about a week ago and excitedly pulled into the lot to find that1. The first gas pump I pulled into was BROKEN2. Gas listed at the pump was 2.97, almost +20 cent different from their sign price. If it s too good to be true, then it is most definitely a lie. Don t waste your time coming here :///Tl;dr pumps are broken and gas price is +20 cents more expensive than listed

Scammy. Advertise 3.61 on the sign but really its 3.91 if you dont get a wash or pay with cash.

Beware, I had an extra HUNDRED dollar charge when I spent $34 on gas. My bank statement shows Shell. I have called four times and no one answers. I ll have to drive back.

The hungry looking Ethiopian lady at the cashier desk needs to be fired. She s rude and disgusting, she threw my refund on the counter instead of handing me the money. She resembles someone I saw on the news as a kid when they were showing Ethiopia in famine, and they were all rambling on the ground trying to eat grass. Don t forget where u came from lady!

Not my favorite to get gas but I had a long drive and did not want to risk stopping somewhere else. As gas station goes its ok and the service was OK going into the store but I use a high octane in my car so I always can feel if the gas has pollutants or water and It ran a little harder than issue.

Pumps do not work correctly. Constantly shut off. Others users were having the same issue. In order to pump, you need to hold at the gentlest throughput.

Do not get fooled by the big sign that has a very cheap price.It's only IF you wash your car. Actual gas price is 20 cents higher.I consider this as cheating.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This gas station is a huge cheat. Advertise the cash price as 2.09 but then you go inside to later find out that the actual cash price is 2.29 and if you want 2.09 it is with an oil change. There is no issue advertising a cash promotion with an oil change but the real cash price needs to be advertised as well.

Standard gas station. Only pumped gas and didn't go inside. There is a very nice car wash that cleans vehicles.

Beware! the 20 cent discount you are supposed to get when buying a car wash in NOT applied in your final charge and invoice. I have an invoice to prove it.

I use to put gas in this station. Cheaper prices that others around. They accept Giant gas rewards too, a good way to save when feeding the car.

Charging an extra 20 cents a gallon for credit. Basically 10%. I could see 3-4% to more than cover their cost but 10% is ridiculous. Will be sure I never use them again.
